Where do we get the cheapest Petrol/ Benzene/ Gasoline in the world?

Petrol as called in India....
Benzene as called in ASIAN countries, Indonesia, Malaysia,...
Gasoline as called in USA....

Though scientifically it's not correct name but Gasoline or Petrol is called Benzene in Indonesia and ASIAN countries at most of the places. As we know benzene is aromatic hydrocarbon, etc. Any how,

It's 10th cheapest in IRAN of course: Just 0.33 USD or INR 18/=.

But, the cheapest among all is VENEZUELA with 0.12 USD or INR 6/= at the rate Rs. 50/USD:

In India it was in late 1970 and early 1980's, it was so cheap, now it's more than 1.5 USD or INR 75, i.e. 12.5 times Venezualan price.
