Direct Democracy Vs. Only one person can be the leader meaning, doubting God's own creation-Humanbeing's abilities: 1987, Discussion

Direct Democracy Vs. Only one person can be the leader meaning, doubting God's own creation-Humanbeing's abilities: 1987, Discussion:
Once multi polar, viewed discussion was on....
In direct democracy, each one and everyone is important. In it theoretically, only one leader as a person is not VIP all are VIP.
Philosophically also, why at all importance to only one person be there, when, everyone reveals Shiva (i.e. every soul is representative of Lord Shiva) himself?
The debate continued.
Are you talking communism? It failed as skills of every person are different and without creativity and achievement and feeling of something, "I've done this and that.." humans are not encouraged....
Democracy will also fail....because many a times at least one leader is required to be bold and strong enough to lead from front and sacrifice or fight with negative forces....
Anti stand said, "Why can't all of us fight and take wiser decision by involving everyone..."
The googly man said, "Not every one can devote his life or such decision and be part of government, hence, some people have to be representative...."
However, the hard hitter man said, "The representative democracy has destroyed India as people have ways to become leader by playing with rules and regulations and......."
One old man said, "Boys, I know better leader than all you have seen till date....but...they have gone out of public domain and are living saintly life alone in Himalayas.... as they felt 50 years ago was not right time..."
I objected, "When will there be right time Grand-fathers and uncles.... at that time ...when 100 odd countries going into the hands of negative people?.... or when they capture half of the countries and destroy their economies and even steal away atom bombs?  ... why do we keep talking why can't we take decision and do something? If seniors like you just raise one voice there are millions who will come forward to make this world right....Today in 1987.... the corruption is so rampant and if you people have had stopped this in 195o's itself...the rampant corruption would not have been there....Do you know I'm not appearing for IAS exams because the fixers are there and I don't want to go into Government jobs...and I know many in VRCE ( Today's VNIT) who are preparing for GRE and TOEFL, to go to USA for studies and for settlement due to your indecision...Do you know they start this preparations in 2nd year of engineering itself....if all these intelligent students leave then? By 2000 AD none of my classmate you'll find living in India...except me."
"Do you know another side to this, is, you're making India unlivable for us...." "Also,  irrespective of caste and creed and religion....There are my friends namely Daniel, Anand, Javed, Vaibhav, ... all...are going for USA and I know them they are 100%'ers, we can imagine what IIT'ens and IIM's are doing may be same-thing....as a teenager I'm worried about this world."... (Lot of people laughed...)
..... You teach Chanakya, this and that... but why can't a strong vigilant department be there to let India be governed properly.... doesn't our leaders in the Municipal Corporations,  State Assembly or Parliamentarian leaders review every morning what they are going to do that day...aren't they taking "Guptachar" reviews about situations around, aren't they making every project lead to completion...? In case they are not trained to govern honestly and truthfully for the benefit of nation/ humanity, then why are they made leaders?"
Why can't we have democracy where each person represent the government and not fantastic leaders? Are we doubting the best creation of God that's the ability of every human being?
Grand pa, one of my friend's aunt had a talk with PM of Switzerland in the Bus...when she visited the place. Why can't our PM travel in the Bus...or local trains and walk with the common man? Why they are given so much undue importance? Why film-star is given more importance than a very-good doctor who saves lives of many?....Why importance is not given to soldier sacrificing on border but the "CM or PM catches the cold" kinds of news?.... I had shown him that news on that day in one of the national daily.
... At this the grand pa asked me to wait and said, "Just wait....we know, what you're saying...we'll do something boy...at least convey the agony of simple citizens of India like you to higher authorities in governments and political parties and places....of importance, because at least you talk in public or even in debates, others are afraid of jobs or family or this or that...we know we're not living for ourselves, (including you my boy), or for only for our families we're living for society... we've lived here we'll give back to society before we die, that's for sure."
Thanks to all those strong leaders.....imagine everyone had the capability to lead the world....but just that grand pa was the oldest one he was revered and everyone listened to him carefully....that's Indian culture....which teaches patience and perseverance and respect to olders...elders.... and what not since millions of years.

Here after only those economies will survive and sustain which can create multi-million, in fact billions of jobs and let them sustain

Here after only those economies will survive and sustain which can create multi-million, in fact billions of jobs and let them sustain:
I was in DataPro in 1999-2000 A.D. when it suffered a 500 million loss and when we got lay off.
The news among my friends and family spread, that, he has got lay off.
Someone said, "Waah bhai Ashish you got lay off.... you deserve it? You should get better prize than it...." When I told him, what is lay off, he said, "Sorry." None in the government departments working around in Pune understood  what's it? Also, at that time, there were few organisations and jobs were less.... So, one of the uncle, said, "Ashish, if you really need job go on the railway station and do labor work." I said, "Done, there is nothing wrong in it, work is work for me."
Next day, I went to Railway station, demanded a work to the boss there... he asked, "Not seen here you boy here...." I said, "Uncle, I lost my job and hence to feed myself at least than my family I'm here." He said, "You seem to be quite learned boy." I told him about it. He said, "Boy if you do this work then what about children who cannot study after 10th grade/ class? Where should they get job, if you people start capturing such jobs?.... Please leave such jobs for them..." I said, "Ok, uncle, " and left.... the Pune Railway Station and went and told this fact to Uncle who suggested me to try this.....
Came home....to Nagpur to meet my family, one person said, "You might not be working hence got lay off?" I told him, "In that case note is working in my company as everyone got lay off..." I had to explain how we got lay off...
Then in the economic down fall, went on to apply for job to 11000 organisations...got a call from few, but preferred Ph.D. after Doctorate, Symbi called but by that time, I went on to understand the real life at every level in society....billionaire family to penury ridden families.
Durin Doctorate, for surveys and studies, and to understand the life and management subject well, went to more than 5000 organisations around the world, may it be public sector, private sector, NGO, SHO, this and that... recorded data of more than 2200 of them.... understood how really the life goes on in a real laborer's life, junior workers, middle level managers, CEO's and owners of the companies. Seen good owners, bad owners, equally well.
Some times felt this world is not fare, not just, not worth living for many in the human society...felt why everyone should not get proper "Sanskar", education, for life worth living? ... The most painful day in my life was...when...I had seen children running for the same food for which even dogs were running to get once thrown out of 5 star hotel in Mumbai, .....when asked came to know.....their parents got lay-off in one company shut down, ...Had seen highly skilled labors became job less as they had spent their whole life doing one kind of work/ job and those skills were worthless then....at the age of 55 when whole family was dependent on them, ... had seen students of the age of 60 learning software to get job to feed family, .... sometimes felt this world is cruel to them...have seen people engrossed in bad to worst activities after the job loss.....what is job loss and how it affects the families was great experience....
In fact, I claim, here after only those economies will survive which can create multi-million in fact billions of jobs and let them sustain, otherwise, billion to trillion to quadrillion is of no use to humankind going into only few hands.

Why ideal people are hated during their life time even banished, or killed;and later are worshiped?

You take example of Sant Dnyaneshwar, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Socratic, Jesus Chirst, even Prabhu Ramchandra, .... list is unending...
Why human civilization, systems, procedures, offices, work culture are such that it never supports the honest, truthful and godly and saintly people?
My question is, why some one like Lincoln has to apply for several times and fight election and to become President of USA , why could not the wise people realized his potentials? Why was he killed? Are we moving towards ...???
Gandhiji was hated by few people, now, there is no end to movies on him winning accolades and Gandhigiri kind of things, people follow it for few days and later?????
Why the society hates ideal people?
Once, I went for an interview, some one said, "He is too idealistic, in fact ideal personality, ... not fit for this job...we want someone else..." Since, then, I was thinking on it. Then he offered me tea, coffee, and asked in lighter vein what about.....soft...hot drink and parties?" I said, "I don't take this, my work itself is Ganga/ water and Amrit/ milk for me, and of course, these are the only drink-worthy liquids and I don't go to party for wasting time, in that place, I read or write or spend time with family. Why party is needed, if it's an organisation we should meet in office, and if wavelengths matches with my family our families can meet or a family meet for the whole organisation is also enough. Then he said, "You're  not fit for this organisation." .......Later on I worked in UPES at VP level, and ... later...when I had meeting with that person, "How can company like UPES select you as VP, didn't they got anyone better?" I just said, "They looked at what professionally I can do for them and not asked me whether....". Later he said, "But of course they might have hired you at peanuts...at Assistant Professor level and let you boast outside." I said, "No, I'm full fledged Professor, and my family needs are less..."... Then, I told him I was also Director in Rai University, Bangalore campus, but, had no problem, in Symbiosis International University, and in Alliance University or even in Canada, there was no problem... I think, you've to rethink the value system to survive in globalized work culture, where some takes coffee, ...milk,....mineral water, ...go to party or don't go to party, ...etc. We have worked with them and accommodated them, plurality is life.
We are too humble before giants I have mentioned here, but, just compare, same things have happened with Dnyaneshwar Maharaj he had to prove something below his par, .... and then society accepted him... but frankly this world is so fantastic he had to attain the Sanjivan Samadhi....However, when he was alive not even a million people followed him, but, now.....multi-millions follow him...even demand to let their wishes come true... that's the problem with the society and the whole political and world system in this world.
So question was same 1000 years ago, 100 years ago and even 100 seconds ago, why ideal people, are hated....and have been kicked out of families, societies and organisations and even from Nations and some of them are now been worshiped...?
Gandhiji was even killed....rest lot of things have been written about him... Secrete  had to drink hemlock poison, Jesus ....was crucified... Most important thing is people who heard, made it unheard, ......were / are equally responsible for not raising voices at that time and hence even after 2000 years we're facing similar problems.
Prabhu Ramchandra was even banished...if you think mortally he was banished from family and kingdom of whom he was to be the King...and was trying to find limitations of human life...and live within that, even though he had unlimited powers....was trying to help humans.
Why some one taking stand of our own human society is killed, hated, banished, kicked out, ....

"Are humans building myopic systems and vindictive projects in which last in the queue or needy person should not get the benefit?"

"Are humans building myopic systems and vindictive projects in which last in the queue or needy person should not get the benefit?"

Look at all the public scams in the world, they were meant for public and for the last person in the queue, however, till date, .... little benefits have reached to needy person.
Whether it's fodder, wheat on ration, or rice on ration or....this and that.

I asked my father, "Can't the Garibi i.e. People Below Poverty Line come up in India?"
He said, "Never."

Hence, my above question.... go the world over... picture is same.... always say such things and cannibalism in humans are equivalent, because, the person who takes away major share deprives the person who needs it... and s/he dies soon....

I'm challenging the wisdom of all wise, in fact, all humans in the world on this issue as I feel Millennium Development Goals (MDG) seems to be Million Year Development Goals (MYDG).

Fear of losing knowledge, skills, power and authority, money: Typical Imperialistic high handedness

A few years ago, we're at workplace, and were talking about giving away whatever we have. I said, I'm willing to give what ever I have, knowledge, skills, power, authority, money.... I did and was happy, said, "Maja aa gaya" i.e. "So happy to willingly give something with whole heart-edly, with full capacity of brain and with whole of the soul for betterment of the society....."
Someone even said, "They are exploiting you, and they are treating you as monkey and you're working for peanuts". .... Few said, "You've done 5 years job in 1 year....." etc. However, willingly I was trying to learn more by giving more. I've seen happy face of god after I gave away last drop/ penny/ ... I had.
However, when it came to some others.
First person said, " I can't give away my knowledge, if I lose my knowledge none will come to me."..... First time in life, I heard, we lose knowledge but giving away...in fact, it increases many folds after giving away...but...we're helpless...
Second person felt same-thing for his power, third for his wealth, fourth for his skills, ..... list continued.
Even, later; I left that place, seeing at the end of the life somehow I've to give away these things then why not now? Let's try it now....
I'm happy to do all this and my family is also happy, however, the people I left keep calling..... Why and how should it happen?
Imagine, if everyone gives sometime for the society in hey days, as well as after retirement, what change they can make in society?
I  had one research paper on it, if everyone with his 1% of wealth can create and change someone's life positively, and, they will not have fear of losing but the world will be different....
If everyone, teaches skills not only to his/ her family but to needy and capable ones, there will be more employment generations.....
I know few organisations that work for physically challenged people, the first generation worked hard, however, their all children got settled in USA, also, these people were busy in so much politics that others who really wanted to contribute, were already ran away, now...... none.... absolutely none are coming to take initiative due to the word that has got leaked out about imperialistic mind set, high handedness, ....we want our community person to lead....we want such person, such-such person.... etc.
Thus, if powerful people instead of wasting time in petty things, do accommodate more and do succession planing with good and able people then leadership vacuum that many political parties, corporate, academicians,  organisations, institutes, SHO, NGO, Public Sector, families, business conglomerates, governments, .... etc. are facing and will face ......will not be there.
Same with knowledge and other things.
Ex. About knowledge, Trust me, what ever knowledge is on Google.. or on internet..... it's not even a drop in the ocean of knowledge... is my experience.. hence this effort...
Aum. Amin. Amen.

99% houses in good locality of Nagpur, have seen their children migrating due to lack of opportunity

Scenario after 12 years is the same, in Nagpur, it's not personal but a general article and not a blame game but facts and figures and scenarios, as I'm well wisher of this world:
1. 99% of houses in good locality of Nagpur have seen children studying here and going for job in Mumbai and Pune or somewhere in USA. Of course, I'm talking about job seekers with varying skills and qualifications....Most of the mothers and grand mothers request us to stay put where ever you are, the people here who are holding money and power have no value for you.....
2. Even after 35 years, 99% VNIT, LIT, or good institution prepare for GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, CAT... in 3rd year and migrate. Height is even if NIT, IIT or IIM's are there in many places, they do not work for development of that region.... fact still is the same. They still talk big, but for themselves and not for the place, fearing they will not get a job, or it's a waste of time.
3. Only few, who remained here to serve nation, ....etc. have faded away their past glory. They talk in the exactly opposite way that I was told in Americas, "Leave within 1 year or you will get trapped in Makadjaal/ spider-net here.
4. Nagpur has the biggest 5 star Industrial Area in Butibori in Asia 'but the Industry'. Imperialism of Pune and Mumbai is still there, (with due respect), and Industry have been regularly siphoned off towards Western Maharashtra.
5. Despite, Nagpur is the Tiger Capital of India, despite Nagpur is the Second political capital of India after Delhi, despite Dhantoli where I live have Guinness Book of world records have the highest density of Doctors in the world, despite Times of India rates it to be the best city to live in India, despite having the biggest industrial area in Asia and the MIHAN the biggest Cargo hub in Asia, despite the biggest armed factories and ordinance stories near Nagpur, despite having the best Engineering and Management Institutes in India, despite having the biggest coal reserves in India, despite the 30% of thermal power plants are located around Nagpur in India, despite having all the India's gold reserve put up in the Nagpur branch of RBI, despite having the most number of stone and metal statues and people taking care on each road and square, despite having the most caring people living together and absolute peace at all the times, despite having the greenest city in India, despite having the central location in India, despite having the cleanest city tag in India, having the roads and infra pretty best but not attracting may be so called myopic Industrialists or due to hidden anti stand and apathy of government towards Vidarbha area or ....God knows....
6. Though Nagpur and Vidarbha has provided or groomed the number 1 National Leaders of both giant political parities' Pratham Guru i.e RSS founder Dr. Keshav Balirampant Hedgewar on whose ideology BJP is working and but of course, Adv. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (Mahatma Gandhi), on whose ideology Indian National Congress Party works, still the followers have always sabotaged the Nagpur, Wardha, Sevagram, Amaravati, and the whole Vidarbha area due to various reasons, hence, since 68 years of independence, none could make Nagpur the 3rd global city next to New York and London as predicted by BBC and many Supply Chain gurus, who tried to say, make Nagpur as hub and rest of Indian cities as spoke.
On this, once, a Pune person said, "People living in small cities think their city is the biggest, they are foolish and live in frog in the well class mentality."
On this he was cracked hopelessly by a person from a Bangalore.
He said, "I was here in 1972, people used to say, I want job near my drawing room door, school of children at / near back door, my grocery shop adjustment to it, .....is the mentality still same in Pune? It has happened  in 2006 too, and looking at the way you're talking shall I confirmed it still today the same. Please note boy if mentality remains the same, the way you're speaking whole Maharashtra will face shortage of industry except this imperialistic mind set minded Pune and Mumbai area, none is talking Nagpur is big or this city is big, why hurting personally to these people? Come on Bangalore is bigger than Pune, hence, I'm intervening."
It's still true in 2015, the imperialistic mindset is the problem for India since last 2 to 3 thousand years, whether it's Congress Mentality to rule India by appointing 12 top Ministers studied in Foreign countries and keeping a huge communication gap between common man and ministers; or; whether Pune and Mumbaikars want everything near their houses; or; Britishers ideology to rule India; or; some Kings striving for their own comfort than civilian/ common man's comforts; or; favoring only few cities in India to grow and others not; or; I'm minster from this constituency and it should look 5 star but, just 100 meters from it the villages remain high and dry; or; I'm big leader than this and that or petty personal politics or ego or apathy of government bodies.... Trust me if everyone gets decent jobs according to his skills and qualifications the negativity will reduce in this world.....corollary is also true... as happening in the backward area.... meaning it's a artificially created negativity due to this imperialistic mindset that benefit only their family and favorable people, their land or nearby area and scarves the other regions/ cities/ countries/ worlds.
Finally, I always say, India is ruled by God and no governments rule it. It's true for the whole world too. We'll slowly and silently keep contributing to the society and leave this world naturally may be today, tomorrow or 100 years later, but, we'll keep contributing to this world for its betterment.

"Can I put a "dash" on Visa form over religion, category, ... Asian... kinds of things?"... "No" was the answer in all states I travelled

In 1982, as a child, I asked this question to an IAS officer, when he was checking my date of birth, and other certificates in Zilla Parishad, Nagpur and other IAS officer in 1985 and then in 1987, also, I asked this question, "Can I put a "dash" on caste, religion, category, ... Asian... kinds of things on form?" Next I asked, them, "Why can't I belong to all the castes at a time s a human being and all the religions at a time and what's wrong in putting dash on caste?"
The answer given to me was almost ditto/ similar, "Do you think you're above all these things?" ....and finally it went to, "What do you think of yourself?" and ultimately, "Jyada Shayana ban raha hai kya?" Meaning, "Don't be over-smart." However, I went on to say, "I'm not over smart but I'm trying to reduce over-smartness by putting myself ineligible for caste advantage......"..... They laughed but...

During lot of government job applications too I asked the same question and in fact was rejected even at the top places for putting dash on it. Hence, since 1995, I rejected to work with Government firms and even did not appear for IAS exam as that exam itself started with such forms. At some places, I applied but kept the this point blank... rest of things I've written about the draconian ways they invite applications at other places like they wanted 7 applications copy...of every paper and publications... which could go up to 5000 X 7 = 35000 pages.... long may not live such things in any country....
Recently, I asked the same question for my daughters' admission, this time the answer was similar but diplomatic.
In 1992, during ASEAN visit, my question was rejected by Visa officer for writing Asian, Indian, etc. In 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010 my question was rejected in Canadian, USA, Hungarian, Australian, New Zealand, UK, Russia, German, Japanese, UAE, etc. .... visa authorities.
Also, while we fly, and in case they ask for food preference, what this question has to do in globalized world? As, in case we say in globalized world few of the people in Metros (Metro-city) in / on any continent have similar tastes for food or living style, then why these questions?
The corollary is also true, why governments and imperialistic minds try to divide and rule people?
For this question, once, Mr. Kolhatkar, my friend's father said, "You'll excel like anything in your life my child.....once I went from that IAS officer with my mother and then we followed to Bank and my mother was trying to tell, "Do not ask such questions to such authorities who don't have heart or who don't care or .... who don't have authority itself to answer this question." Then, I asked my mother, "Why do they create such decorative places and positions then? If an IAS officer can't take such decisions then why are they created like stamp paper? Are they there just to sign which ever form comes to them? A peon can do that, IAS and graduation is not required for that." .... Mr. Kolhatkar was laughing at it and ... felt... at 12, I Was more learned than any IAS officer at that time. I asked him, "You work in Government, why don't you people raise such questions to Governments, why should you people have fear?" He said, "It's not fear, it's respect to officers that we don't question their authority. Also, once you are in job, you've to keep your head down boy, you'll understand this when you'll grow up..." ..... Now it was my time, at this, I was laughing....
When my child asks me such or any scientific question, I try to answer it, if I don't know I google it ans answer them... I say, "I'm not authority. I'm also student like you, of almighty, let's find it together."
Why such forms are not flexible, except for few basic things? Till what time it will continue?
Frankly, I didn't like this world on this front.... artificial racism. I don't think God has created this world with racism it was pure, we humans have divided this world with selfish motives and for the benefits of classes than masses forever.
Can any President, PM, Chancellor, UNO's UNSG..... answer my this question and implement it? Otherwise, in 2500 A.D. my super-grand-children will have same questions and problems in front of them, and this time it will be, we humans at present generation, who will be responsible for it......
Aum. Amin. Amen.

On One Rank, One Pension (OROP), Solution to Indian Military Forces

On One Rank, One Pension (OROP), Solution to Indian Military Forces
My father went for the 1971 war, and when he came back, I said to my mother, as a child, "Uncle has come." Mother cried and said, "He is your father."
He was just a Territory Army man, but, fought war as a full soldier.
Now, with this simple sacrificing background, I have few words.
My grand father was freedom fighter, and he literally gave away his all wealth for Indian freedom. However, after freedom, he was going to get the freedom fighter's pension. It was heard that it was approved, but, none in the government knew, where his pension had gone till 1988. The whole family lived in penury. What was the department doing, can't they have simple check on it?
Now, coming to OROP, India boasts on its Software Industry, sitting at my home I can design a software with just few soldiers and few software Engineers a ... software for OROP, why couldn't any government could do it since 1995? Also, what kind of message we're giving to next generation, that, we don't recognize our soldiers who sacrifice lives for their nation?
Look at the parliament, this session went 'waste' on vested interest of few. Why couldn't the decision was taken this time, if they talk so much why can't they do a bit?
OROP, proves there is discrimination among the sacrifice of the soldiers is also there, when the soldiers are selected on the merit basis and even though each and everyone try to fight and sacrifice for the nation at any moment in their lives.
Looking at all these show-offs, many of my friends do not treat Business men, Politicians, Film stars, ..... or anyone dominating or becoming famous on media as true hero or true heroines in their lives, for them these soldiers who sacrifice for the nation are true hero heroins. For them the people like my father who earns just Rs. 6000 as pension but who gives away Rs. 18000/- special cart to physically challenged people is hero, for them, an uncle who feeds street dogs everyday is hero, for them, Major Unnikrishnan, Major Batra, are true hero, for them a grand mother who earns her lively-hood at the age of 88 by selling dailies is an heroin, .... the soldiers who are using Jaipur feet are hero, ranked above any super star making billions, .... I think, if quick action is not taken, all Governments, UNO, World Bank, WEF, .... if can't reach to masses and classes both, they, will become white elephants, and there are many such organisations around the world. The next stage would be these organisations may become 'white collar parasites' to whole of the societies, OROP is proving that.
I'm well wisher of this world, UNO, WEF, WB, all governments hence.... this reality check, and hence also this is a wisdom check of / for all of us....
It's a wake up call, as I always say for human civilization.
Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude, ashish.urkude@gmail.com

White elephant to white collar parasite... will it be reality? I'm talking about UNO and Governments of the nations/ states

White elephant to white collar parasite... will it be reality? I'm talking about UNO and Governments of the nations/ states
Look at few nations.... governments are there or anarchy is there, none can tell... what UNO... WB...WEF are doing in such cases none can tell, even if there are more than 10 million total Military forces around the world are there. Ex. India 1 million + China 2.5 million + USA...+Russia+.... why can't all come together and fight negative forces?
The anarchy states gets weapons from states which have the best ruled governments... is also an agony not hidden from this transparent world. UNO seems to be powerless and puppet in the hands of so called big or influential nations... My cautious words are will UNO, WEF, kinds of major organisation become white elephant in future? Will they become white collar parasite who will do the same thing what big nation or veto power nation and cartel of few nations expect?
Just think if UNO is not democratic and if it remains clutched in the hands of few nations... horrifying truth but could be a reality looking at horrifying things happening around the world.
I'm well wisher of this world, UNO, WEF, WB, all governments hence.... this reality check, and hence also this is a wisdom check of all of us....

On comment of sister Sharon Jumper: She has put a comment on LinkedIn and this is the answer:
That's what is my point...but...I never got hired in UNO, the WB or in any government organisations in the world.. though I keep applying...even in India my waiting list is 2000 or 4000 at places like IIT and IIM and in UNO and WEF, I was not even got my waiting list.... since child hood of course by god's grace I've found answers to many existing problems of this world... that is put in the book..."The Solution Master."... http://ijordgroup.in/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/The-Solution-Master1.pdf . Thanks sister to Sharon Jumper, JD, MPA... who had put comment on this on LinkedIn.
Like this session of Parliament in India (July 2015) was waste of time... UNO has also become waste of time.... is what I feel in my heart, hence raised this point for betterment of this world....
Why can't UNO talk about what is there future plan in case human civilization has to expand to Moon and Mars? Why can't they plan MDG being reached.....

Why few people's work get noticed and awarded while others' not?

Why few people's work get noticed and awarded while others' not?
I was telling my child, that, it's a known fact that Noble committee still 'cries' for not awarding Mahatma Gandhi the coveted Noble Peace Prize.
Now, the question comes, why didn't his work got noticed when he was alive?
What stops the biggest contribution being not getting noticed?
It was true a few centuries ago, during Gandhian era and today and may be tomorrow and a few centuries later too. I'm talking in case we've, yes, if we've the biased media like News papers, Television news channels, internet, government authorities, corporate, institutions, non-government authorities and other such influencing mass as well as class communicators remain biased.
Question is still open as there is no concrete answer found yet. Hope readers agree upon it.

P.U.R.A. - Providing Urban Facilities in Rural Areas, was his great dream. In case we fulfill that will be a great tribute to His Excellency Bharat Ratna Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

P.U.R.A.- Providing Urban Facilities in Rural Areas, was his great dream. In case we fulfill that will be a great tribute to His Excellency Bharat Ratna Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

I had privileged to talk to him via email. Twice.
1. During Ph.D. and Post-Doctorate, I had send him email and hard copy letter too on 25th July 2002. It was based on "Indigenisation" and told him that in case we don't act quickly on indiginisation, we'll not have even bullets for some foreign made guns and may be we'll lose our independence on technologies issue/ front due to patents and copy rights, etc. He liked the concept of my Ph.D. and he thought it's very much relevant. Our heartfelt thanks to H. E. the then President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, replied, "All the best for Ph.D." 2. When I came back from Canada, in 2005, I was searching for job. I contacted him and told that I'm interested to work for P.U.R.A.- Providing Urban Facilities in Rural Areas, in the domain, where it requires most.
I authored a publication on it: Imagine, even as the President of India and later as a Former President of India, had problems of funds for such a dream project of him. Why, such idealistic projects fail? Is it not a failure of the whole of the human kind itself? Time and again we are failing our existence on earth. Why can't so powerful people in politics, spirituality, business, science and technology, ... get such idealistic projects done? PURA in India and Globally MDG goes hand in hand, and failure of one is failure of other. Why can't Millennium Development Goals (MDG) being ...done? Hence, I feel, if we Indians can fulfill his dream of PURA, it'll be a great tribute to him.

The first ever President of India while sitting in the Presidential Palace / Rashtrapati Bhavan/ Office had answered student like me in 2002 by email.

i.e. F.D.I. using Rapid TC4T i.e. Faster Development of India using Rapid Time Compression Technologies, Tools, Technologies and Talents. Then, I was asked to contact Dr. Indiresan. He told me in one word, the problem they are facing is....."FUNDS".
In fact now, India requires smart farmers who are already hard working then it will be deadly combination to defeat death by suicide attempts:

One student asked me, "Sir, Indian economy is growing but where are the jobs?"

One student asked me, "Sir, Indian economy is growing but where are the jobs?"

I asked him in return, "You're already in job, then why this question boy? Also, you're well skilled as well?"
(Verbatim) He said, "Our skills are useless Sir, it's of no use. Some companies do not like honest but skillful people like us. They earn a lot but they're not pay masters. Sir, we've taken loans from Bank for this degree, and we've to pay back it. In case company pays us Rs. 15000/ month i.e. almost 45 USD/ Month, then how can we pay back the loans and survive our daily lives? Why can't we have minimum wages act for each degree holder? We don't mind you Ph.D. holder people get highest salary but, our salaries are less than even illiterate people.....".

I was listening to his agony and pains he was going through. He was about to cry.

Hence, I became speechless, I had no answer.

Unless Indeginised, Made in India or USA or China or Russia or Japan or Germany or UK or France or ABC or XYZ, is a show off...Importance of indeginisation in the era of Globalisation

Unless Indeginised, Made in India or USA or China or Russia or Japan or Germany or UK or France or ABC or XYZ, is a show off...Importance of indeginisation in the era of Globalisation

One of the Chancellor of the International University asked me, "Why the research and books on indeginisation, which shows it's a obvious that if everything is manufactured in India then it'll be cheaper and will be better serviced for customers as well?"

My answer was, "How about Robotics and Manufacturing Technology? How about Patents and copyrights and trademarks? Where the royalty is going? Where the credit is going? Where the profit for all these activities are going? Any Advocate can understand. I'm not against Globalization or against the Multi-National Companies (MNC), but more the indigenisation by all the countries we'll have multiple ways as well as cheaper ways to manufacture, and these variety all over the world can sustain the economies of each and every country. Why we talk only about one particular country? Why not all countries have sustainable economy?"

Another senior person in 1998 asked me, "It's Indianisation or Indigenisation, you always talk?" He heard my guest lecture in some colleges about my this argument and Liberalisation, Privatisation and Globalisation (LPG) talk of the town and the world at large. I asked him, "Where would Legal rights go?" He said, "Obviously to the country where it's patented?" Then, I said, "Sir, hence, indegenisation of technologies, resources, manufacturing technologies, etc. should be owned by India, e.g. Cars, if Mercedes-Benz or BMW or Honda or Toyota or Ferrari or Bentley or Rolls-Rice or Lamborghini or .....is manufactured in India, and still it's patent, trademark copy right is hold by Germany or USA or Japan or UK or France or Italy then it's not 100% Indian made?" He further said, "Are you against MNC's and Globalization due to their profit sharing and these royalties we pay to them?"

I asked him, "Please allow me for this question back to you." He said, "Ok?" I asked him, "Why, not all but most of the foreign literate people in India are so myopic? Why don't you realise, what ever you publish your copyright goes to publisher who are sitting pretty in foreign land of Journal's origin? Why don't you realise that even if you buy a Suzuki car in India still royalty of patents and part of profit goes to Japan? We also hold Maruti-Suzuki but at present we don't have choice hence we do. Once, even Tata's and Mahindra's start indigenous the manufacturing robotics technology and software, then we'll call Tata's and Mahindra's as indigenous vehicles and then we'll buy it, they are also not fully indigenous." It's a fact still today in 2015.

The old boy was adamant, "Do you know how much investments are required? Now, if all the top technologically advanced countries lose their domination then what?"

I asked him, "Sir, with due respect, in our GSLV program, which country is ready to provide us cryogenic engine?"

He said, "None?"

I said, "That's the reason not only India, but, all the countries should have indegenisation program. This total indeginisation can make all economies self reliant and self sustaining and self propagating as well. I'm not against Capitalism or Communism or this political view or that. I'm not against relationship building nor against any country or business. However, when we talk about every village should be self reliant then what about nations and organisations and individuals, shouldn't they be self reliant? Also, in case 100 countries and 100 companies manufacture the car or space age technologies in their own ways then, wouldn't they be developing in their own ways? One of them could be a break through technology for the future....trust me when in use...it can got any level further."

He said, " True. I thought this thought will be against the globalization, hence, was the objection."

Then, I told him and all that, in this globalization and competition war cheapest manufacturer with high quality will win the race but in case that country/ organisation is economically giant entity and captures the global market then it could lead to monopolistic condition again. Any how left to this world, what to do and not, but I can visualize this is not true globalization as it favours only limited or few economies or few companies only who can survive the law of survival of the fittest and not survival of the weakest. If humanity has to survive and sustain then "Survival of the weakest is the law.....for all economies in fact to all the species especially, it's a lesson for the humans.....Let weakest survive and then fittest will automatically will take care of themselves, and indeginisation could be the best solution as it favours locals and glocals as well."

I said, "That's the reason not only India, but, all the countries should have indegenisation program because they know their own conditions and people very well and can implement the plans according to their own conditions. This total indeginisation can make all economies self reliant and self sustaining and self propagating as well. "

No questions were asked further and slowly students and staff came forward and supported the idea of Indeginisation in the era of Globalisation.

My all the 5 books worth 2200 self typed and published by god's grace, right now, in the name of "Indeginsation" proves this. They are available on URL: http://ijordgroup.in/books-by-ijord/

You can download and if you wish can submit USD 5  or INR 500, in the account given on the website. We trust all and the whole humanity.
