Can the government employees always online on Facebook or LinkedIn or Twitter or YouTube and other social sites be more helpful and better serving and transparent and more productive?

Thanks for the unstoppable but delayed decision to allow government employees to be online on social websites, but with one condition that they cannot write against government…..etc. Every Government in India forgets 5 million government employees vs. 1.3 billion citizens (As on 2016 A.D.) of this country make a huge difference in the likes, dislikes or neutral or hits or….

Also, in this world of transparency how so ever any government or organisation try to keep secret, the public are smart enough to make a dent in the information. Thus, why can’t government employees discuss openly about pros and cons about some policy matters? Open invitation to such issues can give us more edge in future.

It’s a matter of time, when people will demand more helpful, better serving, transparent and productive government offices and employees, hence this suggestion. Otherwise, for millions of years, the government offices and their image would remain the same unless they implement suggestion from well-wishers like me…… hence, left to government.
