1. When one magnetically charged particles are kept on North Pole of Earth and one on the South pole then, interaction on one has effect on the other.

2. The northern lights and southern lights have shown some synchronous movements and linking, when seen from the space shuttle or from satellites.

3. Viruses can live for may be thousands of years by forming a crystal and together resisting the chemicals and other atrocities.

4. Viruses are one among the only living species that can literally crystallize like the metals or non-metals.

Amazing places where life exists, extremophiles

Amazing places where life exists, extremophiles

Bactrias living under the Sea bed, below 30 meters, since 86 million years, may be oldest living creatures on earth:
http://phys.org/news/2012-05-bacteria-alive-million-year-old-seabed-clay.html
Extremophile:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extremophile

I also have read, that Viruses are suppossed to be on the perifery of the living and non-living due to their resistivity that they have developed by forming crystals and even they can multiply and live for millions of years.
Why not then on mars, saturn, moon and other places have such life, that, we may not be able to detect, is different issue, that we may not have porper definition for the life at present is different issue, that we laugh at such ideas is different issue, then we prove it after some time and confirm is also different issue, but, it's a proven fact by ancient scripts, that life is everywhere? We might have lost the technology to know it and access it is different issue.

Microbes that servives Arsenic contamination:
New Forms of life:
http://phys.org/news172493700.html

I also have read, that Viruses are suppossed to be on the borderline of the living and non-living due to their resistivity that they have developed by forming crystals and even they can multiply and live for millions of years. Viruses can resist the medicines by modifying and evolving themselves, hence, continuing research is required to overcome some diseases. Viruses, stay at one place without eating for any long time and once they come into contact of pray/ host, they eat and multiply. This means Physically also it is possible to live long and infact that's what scientists are trying for humanbeings.

If such facts are available on earth then, why not life exists on even some conducive environment / atmosphere like on mars, saturn, moons and other places? Of course at present, we may not be able to detect, is different issue; that we may not have porper definition for the life at present is different issue; that we laugh at such ideas is different issue; then we prove it after some time and confirm it, is also different issue; but, it's a proven fact by ancient scripts, that life is everywhere. We might have lost the technology to know it and access it is different issue.
Finally, life exists everywhere, we may not have that technology to detect or understand or concieve and develop the technologies to know, at present.

It's a long process, more advance but very simple than rocket science, to develop, humanbeings will keep trying and hope to come up to that level in future.

That's the final conclusion everyone can have after reading, studying and imagining, and finally, as a  experince as well. In fact, it is not the energy that runs this multiple universe but the life that runs it. Seers even have proved, that, even sub atomic particles and vacuum also have life in them. In fact this whole world is one super-conscience God and is full of Life. That's the Advaita Philosophy as well.
Amazingly science is also going that way only, it seems. Though it's a bold statement at this juncture, but, humans can go anywhere and even survive, I've started feeling. Hence, time has come to establish the human civilisation at multiple places in the universe.

Have Permanent Solution to Anti-Moral Activities?

Have Permanent Solution to Anti-Moral Activities?

My child asked me, "Baba is there permanent solution to these anti-moral activities?"

I said, “Child once you awaken your self-conscience, then you can’t do anti-moral activities.

Child, “If you’re telling me as a child, why these older people were not told by their parents?”

Me, “Their parents also told them, but, the criminals didn’t listen to parents.”

Child, “But, Baba, they should understand themselves they are grown up.”

I was dialed by God, I started feeling, through my child, to awaken self first, is what I started feeling.

Then, we started thinking along with children, “Why this world is so imperfect?”

“Why bad news are always shown on news channel?”

“Why there is no moral in the place, where most moral are supposed to be there?”

“Why there is inequality at its extreme that force, thieves to carry out theft?”

Why there are boundaries between the countries, which, forces, wars, extremisms, and other crimes?”

“Why everyone is not literate, even after Right To Education in more than 100 countries?”

“Why people take non-legal steps in spite of strong books on code of conducts and penal codes?”

“Why evil society becomes powerful sometimes over the civil societies around the world?”

“Why everyone including leaders, and parents, can’t behave properly?”

“Why there is so much corruption, environmental damage is there everywhere around the world?”

The questions were unending, but, no one, no entity, could give a permanent solution.

“Awakening Self-Conscience”, Solution was under consideration.

Someone came and interfered with us, and said, “Don’t misguide children with your idealism.”

“This idealism will bring no solution,

This idealism has destroyed this country,

This idealism has made this country weak,

This, idealistic thoughts, will never ever, make these children earn a single Rupee,

This, idealism will take us to nowhere,

Bring some practical solutions, where in, you can bring some jobs to keep the society busy for life”.

The man easily forgot, to keep your own-conscience awaken at all the times, is also a full time job.

Children can be taught to keep their moral values high in their young age only.

Ones the roots are built strong, the children will become true moral citizens of the world.

Again the practical solution provider can in, said, “You’re destroying their young age.”

“Let them know on their own, experiment, and let them learn.”

The man easily forgot, “Even you can learn from other’s cases.”

The children went happily, said, “Let others live their life as they wish, we’ll live full of conscience.”

I’m sure, they will not ever do, any anti-moral activities.

Inspiring tenacity to resist motor neurone disease, of Dr. Stephen Hawking

Inspiring tenacity to resist motor neurone disease, of Dr. Stephen Hawking

To overcome any disease of this kind is science miracle, but, to face it for 50 years, requires resistance of body, tenacity of mind, and still if his brain is super brain then we must respect it, as it's a god gift to the world, and let's respect god's verdict, by allowing Dr. Stephen Hawking to express himself, and that too while his super brain functions well.

Most of us have read his book, The Story of Time, and now, let's get inspired by his tenacity. Let this world learn, his, this great attribute.

Truly, inspiring and worth reading:

In place of hacking the super brain of Dr. Stephen Hawking, let's modify this technology to let him express himself

In place of hacking the super brain of Dr. Stephen Hawking, let's modify this technology to let him express himself
Why can't the same technology be converted to let Dr. Stephen Hawking explain/ express himself willingly, in place of hacking hs brain? Just a thought. It'll make him express his complex thoughts willingly.
In place of hacking, let'w work on modifying the same technology to level further.

Needs solution on energy crisis

Patients are dying, when power is off,
Silver Spoon Children cry when Uninterrupted Power Supply is off,
Offices face situation next day, when the power was off in the night and no one could sleep,
Farmers face, situation when, they can't water their land, due to no electricity or power off,
Children can't study, when power is off,

Researchers can't go furhter in their research when, when power is off,

Personal Generators, can't be afforded by one and all, and hence, people face problems when when power is off,

Anti nuclear campaign, can be or can't be the solution when there is no electricity,
Environmental hurdles, can be or can't be the solution when there is no electricity,
Anti Wind Mill campaign, can be or can't be the solution when there is no electricity,
Anti Solar Panel campaign, can be or can't be the solution when there is no electricity,
There must be solution to these campaigns and anti-campaign and deadlocks, in fact.

As, People on Mountains, hardly get any electricity, even after more than 150 years of invention of electricity generators,
People in Desert land, hardly get any electricity, even after 60 years of independance of India,
Citizens living in/ near Jungle, still use the wood as energy source
Citizens living huts still use natural light, air, water as their source of energy.
Needs solution on energy crisis, definitely needs Needs solution on energy crisis.

Triple Accreditations: The real bench mark for ranking Business Management Schools

Triple Accreditations: The real bench mark for ranking Business Management Schools

Triple Accreditation (also known as Triple Crown) is the accreditation awarded to only 54 (as on date) business schools worldwide by the three largest and most influential business school accreditation associations:
(URL): A nice article on Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_accreditation

AACSB - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (based in Tampa, Florida, with an Asia office in Singapore), it has IIM, TAPMI, ISB, from India

AMBA - The Association of MBAs (based in London), It has IIM, MDI and ISB from India in their list

EQUIS - European Quality Improvement System (based in Brussels) Only IIM A and IIM B are in the list

World Map of Triple-Accredited Business Schools (URL):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:World_Map_of_Triple-Accredited_Business_Schools.png

European Countries with Triple-Accredited Schools (url):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:European_Countries_with_Triple-Accredited_Schools.png

It's not single accreditation but the real bench mark for any MBA/PGP/PGDM Business/Management Schools is the Triple Accreditation.

If only 54 out of multi thousand institutes/ universities/ colleges qualify this criteria then the situation of education system seems to be pathetic all over the world, and a world body like UNO should be involved to raise the quality of education right from primary/ KG level to PG and PhD level.

It's not a complaint against any one, but statistics proves that, it seems at least as of date.

Super Questions in The World today

Super Questions in The World today

The Jungles are burning but there is no water to extinguish?

The hearts of civilians are burning but there are no medicines to cure it?

The minds of young generations are burning but there is no brighter side?

Politics has gone to nadir?

Business has become cut throat?

Lives have become cheaper?

Environment has become unpredictable?

Nature is exposing man’s true nature?

Parents have less time for children?

Families are getting disintegrated?

The holy Ganges is targeted by the unholy minds?

Oceans are getting polluted beyond limits?

Richer getting richer?

Poorer getting poorer?

Children losing their childhood at early age?

Wild animals are getting encroached by human activities?

Cities are getting hungry even after over eating?

Villages are left hungry and not getting foods?

Farmers who sow the food for humanity are left hungry?

Notorious who should not be fed are given star citizenships?

The real heroes who fight for humanity are not in the news?

The reel heroes who are working for millions of dollars are always in the limelight?

Values that should be valued are on purpose getting devalued?

Qualities that are to be shown the door, are entering the homes of the common man?

India, where milk was abundant, now left high and dry of milk?

India, is where un consumable liquids are sold door to door?

India, where fakirs and sadhus were revered to the core?

India, where gundas and rich are getting more reverence?

Education has become business?

Teachers have become friends next door to students?

Most of the Students have become misguided missiles for their own lives?

Stress has overtaken the life?

Tranquility has left earth?

Uncertainty has over powered the certainty?

God has been shown, and mostly been treated like a businessman in the places of worship?

Governments and Economies have become rather dysfunctional?

Loyal and Truthful are words in the dictionary but not in practice?

Change of words and eating of words spoken by leaders have become everyday practice?

People are losing trust in their own systems where they live?

Children are facing future as black-hole than feeling brighter?

Black Economies, has become order of the day?

White Economies have been targeted in organized manners?

Evil Societies have started controlling civil societies?

De-recognition than recognition has become order of the day?

Barbaric Acts are overtaking the civilized acts?

House culture is getting destroyed by the TV culture?

Office cultures are getting destroyed by the organized crimes?

There are more fictitious offers than real world offers for money now a day?

Children are always in search of their idols and icons, but hardly could find it?

Internet and Money are getting so much importance that they have diluted all physical boundaries.

In many incidences, people know the result of the match that would be played a week later?

Where are we going?

What are we doing?

Why are we doing so?

Nobody has time to ponder on this?

Or “who cares” state of mind, has overtaken the minds of civil societies?

That is my real agony my boy

That's my real agony my boy (poem)

I went to my near and dear one, Grand father,
He started expressing after a while.

Boy, I'm 90+ years old, now.
I've been to USA, UK, India, Japan, Canada, and Australia,
I've stayed some time there,
However, there also I didn't find the true democracy.

Went to USSR, Hungary, Austria, and China,
However, there also I didn't find the true communism.

Went to Bhutan, Nepal, Brunei, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other princely states,
However, there also I didn't find the true monarchy.

This world is full of inequality, and favouritism,
I could not find the inclusive growth anywhere.

Everybody talks about environment, and I've been to many culprit organisations.
To my surprice, the environmental campaign is raised by them only and it has a basic flaw, that everyone wants others to do it.

Everyone talks about going agains anti human activities.
However, my boy, the real authorities themselves support these activites behind the scenes.

I've seen war on water in India, your own country my boy,
I've also seen rich authorities taking bath using packaged drinking water.

I've seen countries fighting for the diamonds in Sierra Leon like states,
However, infront of the public, the same people who started the war, were talking against it.

Thus, I've seen this dual nature of few so called powerful people,
Thus, in this world full of sham, I've started losing trust, and still now don't know who is truthful and who is not.

I'd dreamt of a wonderful world in my young age i.e. till I became 90 year old,
However, it is coming out to be a pipe dream, and
That's my real agony my boy.

With increasing population, humans should have worked on this issue, and should have generated a plan,
Values should have been given more importance than falsehood,
Gone are the days when Fakir's like me were revered truly and were followed truly,
But my boy, humans are the greatest enemy of this earth and themselves is what I've started feeling now.
You're Pure at heart, but, I request you please, don't call me enlightened soul,
Sometimes, even God himself cannot change this world, and it's well set routine.
Please convey my message to the world
Let humans work towards these dreams of setting up heaven on earth,
before the dreams are labled utopean and even concieved as pipedreams.
I may go ahead and even say, let humans become real humans first,
true to their own words, trust and faith,
and which will not let this earth become the hell.
This warning is required as I feel hell may not be created on earth,
while we try to establish heaven on earth.
AUM. AMEN.

God in me and you blesses himself at all the times

Once, God Super-Conscience talked to me, and told me,

I'm so still, that no one can move me.

I'm so dynamic that no one can outclass/outsmart me

I'm so unbreakable that no one can break me

I'm so flexible, but no one can bend me down

I'm so much ever present, but, very few can feel my presence

I'm so much in front of every one's eyes, but very few can feel my presence,

I'm so much gettable but very few can get me

I'm so much in you that you cannot separate you and me,

God bless me, you, every one and every entity, the entirety is God, thus god belsses himself only.

Talent is universal and every entity is talented (poem)

Talent is universal and every entity is talented (poem)

I can quote many talent shows performers here, and some unknown  perfomers whose performace could not be recorded.

Also, watch the crow skating, insect larvae response to the sound, frog seating in human position, etc. a nice video collection on yahoo, which supports this claim:

(Poem: When I was on the bed and taking medicines for muscle pull, when it clicked)

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

You just need eyes to capture it,

Ears to listen to it,

Brains to evaluate it,

Mind to grasp it,

Legs to go and watch it,

Tongue to appreciate it,

Hands to create it,

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

Just look at the Sun,

It glows,

Provides life to its own solar system,

Provides gravitational pull-push for stability.

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

Just look at Wind,

It flows ,

Provides breather to living and non living entities,

Makes birds and airplanes fly,

Makes it rain,

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

Just look at any bird,

It flies,

Avoids getting captured by enemies,

Feeds its little ones,

Protects the family and nest,

It requires huge talent to survive

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

Look at the virus,

So tiny,

It can be crystallized like molecules,

It can penetrate the strongest animals,

Survives the atrocities of enemies and medicines,

Generates and regenerates amazingly

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

Just look at a non attractive stone,

So talented to hide,

So fixed to its position and survives for millions of years,

So much it suffers, as wind, water, sun all try to convert it to pieces,

Talent is universal and every entity is talented, and

This we have seen,

Hence, my fellow human beings,

Why can’t talent be there in unknown people?

They could be rich or poor, or this or that,

You just have to catch talent, and let it grow

Let’s unearth talent more and more,

Let’s not suppress talented people

Who knows, a miracle may happen if we do so?

IAS is popular career in Jammu and Kashmir, and some inspirational stories of IAS toppers

Many my friends can't Imagine this.

They herad IIT'ens going for IAS, Doctors going for IAS, MBA's going for IAS, ..to name a few, but living in J &K and going for IAS and getting selected and then serving their country, they couldn't believe it.

Academic Rigour : What is it? How is it implemented across the world?

Academic Rigour : What is it? How is it implemented across the world?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rigour

Interestingly,

1. Some University/Institutions give more importance to creativity, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creativity,_action,_service

2. Some to curricula, some to content,

3. Some to dexterity,

4. Some to depth of knowledge,

5. Some to contact sessions (lectures/ class room sessions),

6. Some to practical knowledge,

7. Some to integration of theory with knowledge,

8. Some to application of theory to every day life,

9. Some like UGC even gives importance to evaluation, system and monitoring methods, quality of teaching and learning:

http://www.ugc.ac.in/financialsupport/xiplan/womenstudies.pdf  especially page 15 and 16

10. Some give importance to combination or add some value to everything in these points by setting up a tone of we are building centers of excellence, and we have International Business is at focus, or Dentistry or Surgery or CFD or CRM or child education or ....to name a few.

11. Some give much importance to credits offered

12. Some give importance to creating leaders in their own domains, etc.

Thus, Academic Rigour becomes really worth studying.

13. In Gurukool system in past Vedic System, Teacher-Guru was watched and followed in daily life by the students/disciples. Some times even debated on certain issues like why this medicine is better on this disease and why not this....etc. However, Guru were open minded and self/continuous learners at that time. Some were even enlightened souls like Guru Yadnyawalkya/Yagyavalkya, Lord Buddha, Lord Shrikrishna, and others to name a few.

14. Some give importance to learning by doing,

15. Some give importance to, stay put and watch and learn, Ex. "Let him be here for at least one year, he'll automatically learn by helping seniors and asking and with his will of curiosity". Ex. In the Automobile/ Machine Shop, we learnt a lot from seniors over their during our First Year of Engineering. Apart from Practical Lab session, which we used to complete in an hour, we spent time of 2 to 3 hours and learnt how other practicals are performed, and one of the Lab attendant said these important words.

16. Some give importance to dealing with cases. Ex. Management, Medicines, Pharmaceuticals, Business, Law/Legal Studies, etc.

17. Some give importance to projects/thesis by research/ dissertations and the background studies with originality in it. They even check plagiarism in the contribution and even some may reject the thesis on the ground of lack of originality except for the references.

18. In some cases, theory is given more importance than practical knowledge because of their unique pedagogy, ex. BA/ B.Sc. Economics with Honours.

19. Some even give importance to how teacher is teaching and analyze the teacher’s teaching in-front of students and hence, faculty as well students have to remain on tows all the times

20. Some give importance to Teaching Core, domain cources, and specialised courses+ Lesson Plan + Research done in industry + Consultation + Contribution to the Institutions + Placement of students + Industry Collaborations + Projects Brought + Good Students Attracted in the School for admission, + Books Written + Research Paper Published + ....a typical Business School Approach ( that many of us might have faced till date, as it becomes more academic rigor for faculty than a student executive, as many a time students are also involved in it so that next generation also gets trained and....).

21. In Military Schools, apart from this your ability to defence or military domain/ punctuality/ discipline/ mannerisms/attendance/ physical fitness/ ...etc. are also counted.

22. Some give much importance to pedagogy that they have designed and to fundamentals, and

23. Some even do not compel students to attend classes, as students’ self study is their motto and they get that kind of brilliant students.

Thus, “You name it and you have it in the Academic Rigor” is what I always say to students, when I told them, “You’ll be getting same MBA degree what even HBS students get, hence, you’ve to differ yourself and compete with them as well”.

To Engineering Students, I say, “You’ll be getting degrees similar to MIT’ens get .....”

24. I’m proud to tell you that recently I was given highest marks when I implemented academic rigor with 96.1% success over the scale of 100. It’s the highest in its class.

25. In the distance learning sometimes even the number of assignments submitted is also important.

26. In the 360 learning, online learning and teaching is there, and quizzes, online exams, timely/ with deadline submission of assignments, plays a vital role.

Analyses of LIFE on A to Z and 1 to 100 scale, with occasions

Analyses of life on A to Z and 1 to 100 scale, with occasions

1 of y/our achievement or debacle = 1 count.....may it be big or small. E.g. Winning chess championship @ age of 12 was more important for me than becoming VP at this age or winning Frog race at the age of 4 was more important for me than both of this, as I got ice cream that day and I was really happier than both of those occasions. Also, standing 2nd in the class of 50 in the 4 the grade (standard) was bigger achievement for me than standing 2nd merit in the whole University. Hence, though it is relative still a gross figure can tell you the fare analyses of life.
Also, in a profession, getting PhD even when I got a lay off from a company and had no penny to go to University for PhD Viva-voce, and then 'Walking for PhD viva for 4 kilometres' was a bigger achievement for me than wandering a whole Singapore in the car of my father.
Another example of my friend, for him winning the swimming competition in a class of 50 out of which only 5 could swim, at the age of 10 was more important than, today swimming 10 kilometres in a one go.
For my child cooking round chapati @ age of 3 is more important than playing in a cold whether in a garden.
There is no end to this discretion. You are best judge and evaluator of yourself, as you know exactly what is what in each of your own case, as your own conscience was present with you all the times.

A= Achievements on 1 to 100 scale (Count: 5= 5 times world champion, etc.)
B=Boredom time on 1 to 100 scale
C=
D=
E= Felt like Elephant= 1 to 100 scale (Count: When became world champion= was 2nd time in 1985, When win the Olympic medal= 1st time in 1983, etc. )
F=Failures= 1 to 100 scale (Count: 1st time, Failed in Olympic trials though was national champion 1982, etc. )
....
Z= ...
The table could be modified and made more complex or simple according to the requirement and mastery over the statistics/mathematics,....
No copy right, No Patent for this, a loud thinking for all around the world, so that world becomes a better place to live hereafter for every entity at every moment and there is a competition to help each other to achieve more.

The real challenge would be Train of high speed going through every country, across Indian-Pacific-Atalantic oceans and then next level would be Earth-Moon-Mars-...out of Solar System. Our Aims and Targets must be like that only and deadlines must be 2200 A.D. Otherwise human beings will live on the Earth and will die on it, and will not wander and experience the ocean of the space though they have so much talent, skills and brains and soul to soul contacts and what not they have?
