Just remember, we're racing against time (poem)

Just remember, we're racing against time (poem)

When we celebrate birthday,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
Whenever, we say, we don't have time for good things,
Just remember, we are running against time.
When we sleep in the night,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we wake up in the morning,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we quarrel,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we make cartoon out of some entity,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we think bad about someone,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we think something good about someone,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we avoid talking to our near and dear ones,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When students do not study, they should,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we spoil the environment for our selfish gain,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we spoil this world,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to exploit some one,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to suppress the feelings of our fellow living beings,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to inflate our own sorrows,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to extend our own entertainment,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to mingle with devil's mind,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try, just to our job than positive contribution,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try, to live excessive leisure life,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to throw the food, in place of giving it to really needy people,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we try to grow, negative businesses,
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When we say,"I/We/She/He...will do it tomorrow".
Just remember, we're racing against time.
When our last moment comes, just remember God and leave this abode,
Because at that moment, we've lived up our life, and should die in peace.
'Time consciousness' is boon to an individual,
If we keep pace with time,
If we balance our lives,
We'll survive, and reach stars, at every moment,
We'll achieve un-achievable goals, at every moment,
We'll create miracles, at every moment,
We'll attain nirvana, at every moment,
We'll be able attain constant nirvana, at every moment,
Life on earth will attain Universal Supremacy/ Ultimate Bliss, at every moment,
As by doing/attaining this, we'll be able to please ourselves and God, too.
Aum. Amen.

God, please save this world. (English Poem)
God, please save this world.
Probably I may not be able to see it.
Save thy politicians.

Save thy Flora.
Save thy fauna.
Save thy nature.
Save thy Internet.
Save thy computers.
Save thy transportation.
Save thy rivers.
Save thy oceans.
Save thy businessmen.
Save thy students.
Save thy teachers.
Save thy nations.
Save thy world.
Save thy air.
Save thy earth.
Save thy water.
Save thy sky.
Save thy Sun.
Save thy sons and daughters.
It may not be physically going in oceans or unseen.
However, morally it's.
Your nice children are requesting.
Save thy world, morally as well as physically.

Leaving Footprints and Not Leaving Footprints (poem)

Leaving Footprints and Not Leaving Footprints (poem)

I happened to meet tow kinds of people, stalwarts in their fields.

One, trying to leave footprints, by publishing lot of research papers in the international journals,
Asked them why, each one said, "I want to leave footprints back, before leaving this world."

Another one, who try not to leave any footprints, but, who keep contributing, in various forms, of businesses,
Asked them why, their answer was, "However, you may try, people forget you within a span of a week or two after, one's demise, then, why not keep the real contribution being done, but, leave no mark?"

Both, sides were true.

When, requested to take an opposite stand, they agreed.

Why you want to leave the mark, by publishing lot of research publications, the Professor said, "Till the technology supports these papers, it will guide the humanity, with the name of the author, and I'll feel, I've contributed to the society at large".
The opposing, question, asked was, "In every one year technology changes do you think, your contribution will last so much long?"
"Then do you think our efforts will go waste?" The Professor was simpleton.....

Then, an opposing question, to leave no mark, people,
"Why you want not to leave any mark, but, keep contributing, this world is so selfish and wants all credit, money and entertainment, in fact will try to exploit you"?

The answer was, "By contributing I get real joy, and that's enough for me, otherwise also this world knows how to exploit each one and everyone, then why not contribute by own will, and in our own domain?" was the apt answer.

Slowly, "Leave no mark" people won the contest, as they put the seal by saying, "If god wishes, he can leave no mark, or, if he wishes he may leave some mark of your contribution, and death is the ultimate reality of life. There is death to the name of contributor, however, there is not death to their contribution, the link of the contribution continue for ever."

Om. Amen.

Awards that I received till date: My the best award is living with God

Awards that I received till date: My the best award is living with God

1. Bharat Jyoti Award: 2007: (Photo not getting loaded problem with Google it seems)s:
It includes the Chief Minster of Goa, and other Ministers who awarded, me. However, I was surprised why they awarded me, when I'm not an IIT'en ( I was rejected by 11 organisation as I'm not IIT'en) or IIM'en (I was rejected for the Faculty position as I'm not an IIM fellow) or from MIT (My top class research was rejected by MIT as I'm not MIT'en) or from NIT or from HBS (HBS rejected my several articles as they were not in collaboration with HBS faculty) or LBS or Oxford or Cambridge or from any any top institution in the world, neither I'm Government Employee, etc.
Then they told, "It's for your selfless contribution in the engineering and the management field". Thanks to them, who keep a track on contributions and contributers of the society.
Ok, the award belonged to God who contributed through me (I'm nimitya matra, God can replace me, with any one, at any time, for any work and award), and at present holding my 1 million patents in waiting. Ex. I've decided my first patent would be "Quark Based Technology" otherwise, I'll not file any other patent, including how to detect, species, in the non visible spectrum....If humanity requires these technologies, it will happen or else left to God and fellow human beings.
Amen. Om.
God listens to me, and I listen to God, I'm his good child, my aim is "Constant Nirvana", hence, these, awards are ok to me. My best awards are 'people showing me my place', or 'indirect insults' or 'my rejection as not a suitable candidate for **** jobs'.....that's the advantage of being simple and straight forward, and saintly of course, unlike big gurus, or big stars or ....ministers or rich person or genius or .....Om, it keeps us on ground level.
Liveng with God at all the times, is my the best of the best, of the best award in my life since last 40 years, and now, for all the times. If you want experience of God, welcome, experience it....if you search yourself within yourself, you'll find your constant companion, GOD.
Om. Amen.

2. India International...

4. Academic Excellence Award ....

By now forgot, other awards.

(PROEM or PROM or POEM) Common man or Global citizen?

(PROEM or PROM or POEM) Common man or Global citizen?

(Prose + Poem = PROEM or Prose + Poem = PROM ) = > As you'll feel that it's written in simple prose format but it's a poem in simple language.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
A child was talking to me.
"Uncle, how many countries people contact you, email you everyday?"
"Ten my boy, thanks to technologies and technologist" was my answer.
Then he asked the President of the nation, the same question.
Answer was, "Around twenty five, everyday".
The boy said, "Everyday, I talk to children of my age from more than 50 countries."
I was not surprised, as I knew the time he spends on the Internet.

An youth was was talking to me.
"Sir, how many countries, you have your friends?"
"More than hundred countries, for sure," I said.
The youth said, "You name it and I have friend in that country."
Again I was not surprised, as I knew by 21 he had mastered the basics of more than 5 major global languages.

Few oldies were talking to each other on social web sites.
"Man in Hinduism, Mukti or Nirvana will remains the ultimate goal of life", Indian.
"Yes in China, especially in Tibet, the Buddhism has mentioned the same goal for human lives",  Chinese.
"Yes, Salvation is / was, what we try for in our lives," The Italian.
Was again, not surprised again, as I've seen my parents using their cell phones, meticulously.

Few businessmen were talking business.
"Let me check, if it's feasible, then, let's get these things manufactured in Vietnam", Indian.
"Okay, you go, however, in my opinion, my company would go for Philippines or China," American.
"No matter, what you think but in my field, I have to go to Arab nations, as I'm in the oil domain." Russian.
I was again not surprised, as, it's but obvious, that technologies would be best used by the businessmen around the globe.

Few ...

The stories are unending.

I wondered, whether these are the common men or the global citizens?

Then, I asked them, the same question, "Are you common men or global citizen?".

The child asked me a question in reply, "Where are the borders?"
The youth asked me a question in reply, "Why you're you putting barriers in our friendships?"
The Old-men asked me a question in reply, " Why are you afraid my boy, you also must try for Nirvana there is no escape to it?"
The Business-men asked me a question in reply, "By compulsion we have to follow all the business barriers, and if communication is also stopped then, what's the use to live this human life?"

Amen. Aum.

Basic crux remains the same and it's timeless preaching. Ex. God is all pervading. The dogmas, the systems, the procedures, the ways, the methods, etc. are dynamic, and they change over times, even from script to script, even it could be different from person to person, it's expression could be different in different particle and bodies/ creatures, but 'God is all pervading' remains the basic fact, experience of realized soul and the reality.

Debate: 1995: Are political parties around the world, in each country, employer of Presidential and Minister positions? Debate

Debate: 1995: Are political parties around the world, in each country, employer of Presidential and Minister positions?

Pro:
1. Ultimately Communist party in China, or Republican and ...party in USA, Congress and BJP in India, .....decide who will be the candidate for President or Prime Minster or Chancellor or Chief or any ministerial position,....
2. Thus, it's not the President/ Chair but people behind the chair rules the nation, who are advisers of the Chair.
3.  One student even said, " I'm ambitious, (in satirical language), he'll not join any party and will be independent candidate, as each party has prefixed their President or Prime Ministerial candidate.
4. They follow the party agenda.
5.

Against:
1. Ultimately, the leader leads the nation and he is fully capable, hence he is appointed. Once appointed
2. They don't follow the party agenda, they lead the nation.
3. These are not mere faced before the world they really work.
4. Political parties are not, employment exchange. (This point won the student 1st prize)

DEBATE: Will ground breaking research come only from Research Papers, Sponsored Research, Conferences, Patent and Copyrights, and from top research institutes and organizations only?

DEBATE: Will ground breaking research come only from Research Papers, Sponsored Research, Conferences, Patent and Copyrights, and from top research institutes and organizations only?

Candidate 1:
Sir, they are doing their jobs, and you know, for job people may stretch research for life time, by the time their life is over, the drugs or technology would not come out, as they are doing jobs in the research organizations like NASA, ISRO, RSA, ESA or any drug company owned by State.

Candidate 2:
No, Sir, otherwise, human beings wouldn't have progressed so much.

Candidate 3:
Sir, have you seen the "JUGAD" it has engine of some thing else, it has iron cot as its vehicle frame, wheels of SUV, it has body of Tin and still it runs on the Indian roads, who invented it, no one knows, and that's how real research works and helps common human beings.I don't agree, these research organizations can be so frugal. They earn money by all means and from all the corners, it's a business and not for humanity.

Candidate 2:
Even Jugad is for mankind, and top class research is also fro mankind. I don't agree that organized research for some purpose like going to MARS or MOON can be done overnight, it takes it's own time. Ex.1. Bequeral Rays or X Rays were discovered not merely by accident but Henry Bequeral was performing some experiment on the Radioactive Material hence were discovered. Ex.2. Edison discovered safety lamp after several thousand failures.
Thus, it takes time, and man ours, to discover or invent something. Even Edison filed several patents, but to stop misuse of the technologies.

Candidate 3:
I don't agree patents can stop technologies been misused otherwise, evil minds wouldn't have used cell phone, etc. for wrong purpose.

Candidate 1:
Patent, Copyrights, are also used for the domination purpose, it could be business or institutional dominance or hegemonic as well.

Candidate 2:
You see, if you do multimillion dollars business then, why not you pay for the patents and do the ethical business? I don't think it's only for dominance, it for humankind that the research is aimed at.  It requires huge investments and organized resources.

Ultimately it was 2 versus 1. No one was stepping down, and all were putting their points in a reasonably good way.

DEBATE: Are Organizations like NASA, CERN, ISRO, RSA, ESA slowing down the pace of Research implementation in everyday life?

DEBATE: Are Organizations like NASA, CERN, ISRO, RSA, ESA slowing down the pace of Research implementation in everyday life?

Dr. Ashish: Judge of the Debate:
I'm not against these organizations but, against the slower pace of implementation of research for the benefit of humankind.  They are great at their own way and in their own domain.

I've my own experiences with all these organizations, besides following different opinions of the participants:

Candidate 1. CERN: I've send my research to CERN, about Quark Based Technology, even yesterday I got the answer on International Call that you've come with proper procedure. I said since 2004 I'm sending you email, why can't it be that email forwarded to Chief Scientists so that I can discuss with them, otherwise how the research will progress? The switch board, has warning not to forward such calls....I think they are doing their jobs and research is GIVEN LESS IMPORTANCE.
Candidate 2. Same case with NASA.
Candidate 3. Same with Harvard Business School, California Management Review, and even same with Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, -Vikalpa, when they rejected my Infosys Case Study saying they won't get value addition and readership from it, as it's a Indian Organization and surprisingly for 1 year I got at least 200 emails everyday from world wide when that case study was published.By now, the emails have crossed the subscription of Harvard Business Review, California Management Review and IIM-Vikalpa put together.
Candidate 4. Same case with ISRO, they don't listen to non-Scientific community like me.
Candidate 5. Same case with Microsoft, IBM, TCS, Wipro, and even Infosys, when they rejected my chance to develop new algorithm for anti-virus, and still anti-viruses are not that strong as that algorithm is not developed. Surprisingly, Infosys, interviewed me and after 3 stages they didn't had a expert to interview me since last 7 years. Wipro rejected my candidature as I'm not from IIT, same is the case with Tata's. IBM thought, though I happened to be author books in the field of ICT, but... I've no working knowledge of developing software and my 11 books in IT field are .....and are of no use.
Candidate 6. Russian Space Agency (RSA) (Roscosmos), could not read English and they out-rightly deleted my email and put it on spam, by now, I hope.
Candidate 7. European Space Agency (ESA)/ NASA, CERN, Wipro, IBM all think that one person cannot be expert in so many fields and they feel I should expertise in one domain.
Candidate 8. Even many organization where they indirectly interviewed me, have same opinion, how can you say that you can file at least 1000 patents in a year? My indirect question to them, is, by now allowing me to patent (All patent offices is great in India), human kinds are losing chance to develop new technologies, as those ideas may not be generated again, and we may lose those technologies for ever, or may be for few million years from now.

My answer is creativity has no end and every person can be that much creative.  Thus, by putting red tap-ism these all organizations are slowing don the pace of research reaching to the common man.

Candidate 1: Another important point it why after moon landing it is taking 40 years to go to MARS, it means research was slowed down....By now, we should have landed on MARS.

Candidate 7: Are these agencies becoming ivory tower or are the scientists shown the gilded cage, or are these organization becoming money spinning agencies,.... I've no answer, but it's worth debating.

I'm not against these organizations but, against the slower pace of implementation of research for the benefit of humankind. They are great at their own way and in their own domain.

Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude,

I've located at least 1000 places in India where smaller damns could be built on small / big rivers

I've located at least 1000 places in India where smaller damns could be built on small / big rivers

It could be Himalayas, where I'm living today. It could be Sahyadris, where I lived in the past. It could be Vindhyachal where I lived in the past. It could be Satpuda Ranges, where I lived in the past.

Thus, the heavy rains that is swiping away lives and properties today, it's water could have been tapped and could have been used in a year when less rain situation could be there in future. I don't know why this, as well as Ganga-Kauveri Canal, and many such projects are called the idealistic situation, when it's possible to tap rain water in many ways. Once Indian population is 1.5 billion, at that time also it could be useful, otherwise contaminated water, is what people would be drinking.....

On same damns even the electricity can be produced.

I've seen one village one big water storage/ tank, been implemented at several places, hope this also could be done in future, it will generate lot of employment if done ethically.

Why not whole earth mission to Mars, instead of USA or Russia or China or India, by 2025 AD?

Why not whole earth mission to Mars, instead of USA or Russia or China or India, by 2025 AD?

It looks foolish to me if competition is there, when there is not even a breakthrough.

Though I agree that with different efforts multiple technologies would be developed still, a broader though would help the whole mankind, is what I feel. Of course, left to the rest of the world to take their own decision.

Some time back I said same thing about GYM, i.e Google-Yahoo-Microsoft, when they were trying for cut-throat competition.

Please note, we're having children's technology at present and not major player in the Universe, till we reach more than 100 planets and if we keep fighting like children, on our own planet, then, we'll die our own death, foolishly and will lose the Juggernaut of progress.

Also, Gone are the days when one country (USA or USSR or China or India) or company (NASA or RCA or ISRO or ESA or ..) says they only have the knowledge or technology or any other resources, all have it and hence all should try for our own Moon, Mars, Titan, Europa, Pluto and beyond our solar system and galaxies. It's even foolish not to think on this thought process, as we need to survive, with our human efforts, apart from backings from the God.

Exactly 8 minutes it took explain 5W-1H of the Academic Calendar, Code of Conduct and Students Bulletin, that VP AA prepared.

All went happily. It seems poetic, but, one paragraph each was put on different slides, while explaining.
Please remember it's 1 year ago, incident, and I never repeat the content and believe in originality.  Thanks.

Debate: Research is not the priority in Indian Universities

Debate: Research is not the priority in Indian Universities

Opinion 1:

1. Government through UGC trying hard and lot of efforts have brought better results, Micro-satellite from Private Universities is an example.
2. Students do lot of research and funding agencies are coming forward, AGV, Robots for particular purpose are few projects, to tell you.
3.  Research can be "Delta" addition, should not be always big bang, so slowly we are moving ahead.
4. At least you have to agree that there are lot of conferences happening in collaborations with AICTE, UGC and they bring out lot of research materials.
5. Budgets have increased and documentation shows, there is improvement in the research culture in India, few universities filed 100's of patents.(He went on to win the debate)

Opinion 2:
"My foot. I'm a Professor, and one of the University offered me a profile of Vice-Chancellor and they wanted me to look at maximizing the Profit. Instead, I said, if allow me to file 10 patents every year and let me do my research I'll come. Later, there was no message from them. Education has become a business in India and have all the nexus, except the Research. Even if they do some research, that's hopeless as compared to world standards. It includes the top brass institutes. Tell me how many Noble prizes, we Indias have won?".........

Opinion 3:
"India requires 120000 PhD's per year, as China have done, where as we're getting hardly 5000 PhD and out of them 90% cut-copy-paste. Rest I agree with opinion 2."

Opinion 4:
"It's a nexus boys, how to get grants? Rest you understand and I'm with opinion 2. Also, what documentation you are talking? They can be manipulated, I've seen it and experienced it and I'm working with top ranked Indian Institute".

The Debate was hotting up and I'd to interfere and bring out the best among all the views.

Debate: Are GMAT, GRE, IELTS, IIT-JEE, IAS, ICA, SAT, TEL, TOEFL, CLAT, AIEEE, GATE test your intelligence or whether you've mastered the format of exams?

Debate: Are GMAT, GRE, IELTS, IIT-JEE, IAS, ICA, SAT, CLAT, AIEEE, TOEFL, GATE test your intelligence or whether you've mastered the format of exams?

It was a worth debate.

One opinion was, it's just a format. Otherwise, lot of coaching would not have been there.
Another opinion was, even mastering the format also requires intelligence, as those who practice more and master it crack the exams well.....

One genius said, "I cracked the exams, but, didn't last as a IAS cadre, as corruption  overshadowed our job. I left it after few years in Services."

One CLAT fellow said, it's a format, for those, who have practicing parents and grandparents and who have heard the terminology since early child hood.

Many of my friends scored 100% in GRE, and TOEFL, TEL even I scored higher, and I felt it's a format that rules for 5 years, 3 years, or 1 year or the time the exam committee decides.

I know, about MAT, SNAP and such Management entrance tests, they are having routine questions.

Even Board Exams like SSC, HSC also have format. Many start practicing 2 years in advance, any how left to the individual minds, how they perceive it.

Debate continued.
Due to millions of students appearing, it seems to be the best pattern at present, was conclusion, the student, who put this point was the winner.
