A Word of Caution: Really Made In India or Any country Vs. Make In India or Any country, in the era of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization: What are the real solutions?

A Word of Caution: Really Made In India or Any country Vs. Make In India or Any country, in the era of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization: What are the real solutions?
Points appeared in may surveys and dailies:
1. Patent fees/ Royalty goes to Japan from Maruti-Suzuki: More than Rs. 2000 crore/ year. Just read the URL: http://www.business-standard.com/article/reuters/maruti-suzuki-to-pay-japanese-parent-royalties-in-rupees-for-future-models-114090400293_1.html
2. Manufacturing Technology / Technologies don't belong to India. Ex. Robotics, Assembly line, etc.
3. Expert and Expertise mostly belongs to nation of origin. Ex. Whenever we had a problem on Finish Machine, we had to call the experts in one of my past organisation.
4. Even in Transfer of Technology business stands above the patriotism. Famous Example of Cryogenic Engine transfer to India.
Then what are the real solutions?
1.  Indiginization was my topic of Ph.D. and hence I found that, Indignisation can help any and all the countries and the whole mankind too.
2. There are more job generations in Made in India/ Any country, then Make in India/ Any Country, as the country tries for Patent belonging to their own country, whole manufacturing technologies belongs to them, man power and experts belong to them.....

3. Moving further from Make in India/ Any Country to Made in India/ Any country. To start with it's okay but, looking at the realities of life/ business/ country politics....Make to Made is the journey for any country.

4. Even USA lost many jobs as they outsourced the manufacturing to China. They had only patents but manufacturing was outside and in Detroit they used to only assemble many vehicles. Thus, R & D is there but manufacturing is not there and vice-versa is also not okay, in 2013 Detroit was looking like a ghost town. Everything has to be in only one country then only that tag suits frankly...Made in ...XYZ country.....Though we're not against LPG, but, when someone talks about Made in India/Any country, these are realities.
Connectivity going....
