8. Even after hot talks, all the people in your room feel secured and relieved.
9. Even Young ones at your home and office can read your face and act accordingly.
10. You take care of elders and juniors as well as seniors, take care of you.
11. People call you and remember for your ethics and values, than money or other qualifications.
