He is author of book "The Solution Master" which has crossed the readership of one million across the world.
Now a Full time PVC in VOU and looking after each and every aspect of fulfilling DEB requirements. Earlier was Author with www.ijordgroup.in and authored 43 books with ISBN. Earlier he was Professor; also till 2013, he was part of Strategic Management Committee as a Vice President Academic Affairs (PVC-Academics) in the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun/Delhi and working directly with Honorable President, CEO, Honourable Chancellor, Honourable Vice Chancellor, and Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) and thus is part of every decision that shapes the positive future of the University. As a VP AA, he solved daily academies and academic administration problems in the relatively new university and built the standard continuous evaluation and implementation procedure and system to a level of self-propagation and even streamlined the strategic affairs as well.  For this he had to send 13000 emails to his team members, he had to develop more than 79 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to link every academic and administrative operation in the University with SAP with 13000 emails to exchange ideas, views, feedback, suggestion from all across the stakeholders of UPES. Thus, he restructured student admission to final placement procedure and system as a part of Academics and influenced the career life cycle of /for all the professional in the UPES. It helped UPES to become first University to implement SAP. He solved all these problems by respectfully conducting meeting at the chamber/desk of Chancellor, Vice Chancellor to Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) to Directors and at the desk and chamber of each and every Faculty to every executive, student leaders and thus every stake holder of UPES. He firmly believes that position is given to serve and solve the problems not to enjoy it in the chamber by holding that position. Many claimed he did the job of 5 years in the span of ONE year. That’s his work is worship approach and he believes that god does these work through him.
