Do you think ethics are vanishing?

Yesterday, I heard, more than 25% of India population has gone nonvegetarian. Does it means that Indian ethoes are vanishing slowly and steadily?
Few years ago there was purity of thoughts and truthfulness, honnesty had great value but how about present practical generation who is on fast track to success, money, name and fame?

I would say that the ethics are not vanishing, ethics are unavoidable part of human civilization. But yes ethics are changing with change in time. The perception of humans are different some might call it a positive change and some other might call it a negative one.

As far as the increasing trend for non vegetarian food is there, I think the more than 25% population is and has always been non vegetarian. But there is no evidence or proof to support both the statements.

At the end I would say ethics are evolving, with the evolution of human civilization. And change is just inevitable. Accept it or ignore it but everything except the change will change.
