"How to balance Materialistic life with Spiritual or even with Normal life?" This is Question of my student. My students are knowledgeable, intelligent and are highly self-motivated in their lives. They have achieved:
1. Work-Life balance, while bachelor, and
2. Family-life and work-life balance, after marriage.
Now, they are asking me, “How about balancing Work-Family-Spiritual life balance at all the fronts?”
Few feel they are interested in Practical Wisdom. Few feel they are interested in making their family and friends happy and live a comfortable life that will be their Nirvana. Still, the question is obvious from Indian especially, from Hinduism perspective, where it is believed that Dharma, Arth, Kam, Moksha could be achieved only if there is a Realization on all these fronts packed with some spiritual Sadhana / Practice leading to self-enlightenment/ Moksha / Nirvana/ Salvation / Mukti. Hence, let us have open discussion. In fact, in Christianity there is Salvation word for Mukti. In Buddhism there is Nirvana word for Moksha. Hence, an open discussion on this issue is important to let new generation get/ know VISION and MISSION, GOAL, OBJECTIVE in/ for their LIFE.
It is believed that once the direction of life is decided, then, young generation will lead a charged, inspired, enlightened and fruitful life on the earth and beyond.

Humanity require self-enlightened, self-governing, self-sustaining multi-dexterous cosmonauts
First the idea is ridiculed with laugher.
Then slowly radical idea is accepted and people work on it.
Then the idea is actually conceived into practice.
Hence, going to moon, mars and beyond may look impossible but it is possible.
Let us work united, and make it possible.
Let us make moon stock exchange, mars stock exchange possible.
Let us visualize our grandchildren on those places and beyond.
In fact in case earth is in trouble due to some catastrophe then we must be ready for contingencies.
Our people on moon and mars and beyond can help humans to regain control over our existence.
Think seriously.
Of course to go at that place you require self-enlightened, self-governing, self-sustaining multi-dexterous cosmonauts.
Let us start grooming our next generation for this obvious venture.

India need implementers along with idea generators
Ganga-Kauveri Canal, decades old idea, but not implemented.
Hanuman went to Sun and captured it when he was borne, but after that the technology vanished.
Since millions of years till just few thousand years ago there were Brahmastra (Missile which could put every existing thing at the brink of destruction), Parjanyastra (Missile which could cause/ create Rainfall), Parvatastra (A missile which could create stones to be thrown on the enemies), Agneyastra (Missile that could develop Fire to fired on the enemy), Nagastra (The missile that could create cobras), the Garudastra (The missile that could create the Eagles meaning Garuda, to eat away the cobras), The Architects those could build the brides using floating stones on the sea, the Architects and Builders of the Forts those could create more Sinhagad, Raigad, Janjeera, Gowal Kunda, Minakshi Temples, Aihole, Ajanta, Ellora, kinds of timeless marvels.
As the honesty and godly behavior in the next generation of disciples vanished, I hope the older generation Gurus did not let their knowledge transfer to next generation. Also, easy going and not working hard also made next generation to be unsuccessful and incompetent to retain that powerful stature for longer time.
There are many more reasons but lack of godly nature among next generation was major cause, not to transfer knowledge having capability to build the world as well destroy the world is vanishing.
Any how, structured knowledge, step by step procedure to develop such things and some constraints from the disciple can let him attain that level. These words are found in the ancient scripts.
Hope, there will emerge a leader and supporting leaders, sooner in India who could again take these ideas and implement them for the betterment of all.

Aim and Attitude will decide human Altitude in the sky
My aim in life is to establish civilisation on moon, mars, and beyond
Our human attiude will decide our altitude in the sky/ cosmos
Where are you leaders, managers and good humanbeings?
Are you on the Everest or Moon or enjoying life in the house?
Hope leading nations have crushed the ice in the space age
There is huge collaborations required
All nations should divide the work among themselves for the space age
Hope our next generation will make it happen.

Is world going the Indian way i.e. Multi-cultures, Multi-lingual put in one nectar pot?
Is world going the Indian way i.e. Multi-cultures, Multi-lingual put in one nectar pot? The question arises when you see monotonous life styles still in many countries. While the countries which are modernizing have same fate like multi-culturist, multi-lingual and so on. India already has it. There are more than 30 provinces/ states with almost distinct languages. In fact India has some 1618 official notable languages, there are registered 6400 social castes developed using amazing ways/ qualities / traits, there are 6 major religions, there are 29 major festivals, there are almost million dogmas, there are almost million sects, there are almost thousand the great major religious spiritual leaders. Adding spectrum to life is variety of geographic. Kashmir faces minus 50 degrees Celsius and Rajasthan faces 52 degrees Celsius temperatures. Cherapunji has more than one meter rain-fall through the year. Kanyakumari has three seas at its tip. Few people think Full moon day auspicious some not, some think no-moon day is auspicious some not. Hence, all kinds of varieties and permutation and combination is possible.
In Christianity there are Roman Catholic who pray god above in the sky while some go to Church, Hindus have 330 million gods, Buddhist have various practices like Vipasyana, Sikhs have various practices among themselves 10 Major Saint Gurus like Guru Govindsingh to follow along with Guru Granth Sahib the Jains have very many Gurus and 24 Tirthankars and Adigranth to follow, Jews have there own ways, and so on. On languages front, the scripts of Marathi do not match with Kannada, scripts of Gurumukhi do not match with Telugu, script of Bengali does not match with Malayalam, and all languages are independently rich and sustaining. All people have solid tolerance for all these ethnicity and live happily since many centuries. Take food, clothing habits, and living styles, there is a difference in it. Great to know. When I talked this particular thing with my foreign friends they just laughed and said, “Come on, if we have little difference we have different country”. I said, “That is the beauty of India”.
Just see the Languages in India and their richness:
