Top 10 Problems in Agriculture Sector in India: Again Reaching root level is the biggest problem and building trust is the Prime Solution

Top 10 Problems in Agriculture Sector in India: Again Reaching root level is the biggest problem and building trust is the Prime Solution:
All Top 10, series, are all my original research papers that I've been trying to publish since 1994. WE NEED DIFFERENT MODEL for research and contribution to society at large.
1. What IIT, IIM, NIT, Agricultural Universities and Government bodies devoted to Agrarian fields are doing, when almost half a million farmers are committing suicides? Are these so called (High Handed Approach) Institutions of Importance, just show off for the world? Why not their Summer Internship or at least winter internship or at least one week be devoted to such a grave cause? Why not one full month be given to students to go from home to home and take review and let help? Why not faculty, who show high impact journal publications, and go to many places around the world could not find out a solution to this grave situation in last so many decades? Why not a trustworthy system was suggested by them or why didn't they help it to be built in conjunction with governments? Do they think they are from heavens, the way imperialists people think around the world.
I think our thought process should be bottom-up than top-down to reach these poor farmers, and if, Government keep thinking like highhandedly like the other imperialist think, then, other parallel system could start the..that will be worst day in the Indian democracy....
Why farmers are asked to sign several forms and fill up, why not it be be made bio-metric? Is AADHAR / Unique ID, card not enough, when farmer goes to places for help in Government bodies?
These bodies are working like this:
What electrical department does, PWD (Public Works Department) doesn't know, what water works department does PWD department doesn't know, otherwise, why the road that was built a week ago be dug again for water pipe, or for electrical fitting?
Similar worst practices / things are been repeated again and again, against Farmers, when it comes to process and system. Is it governance or anarchy of mis-governance?
2. Why the Agrarian Channels are not watched seriously by Agrarians that was suggested by us in 2006, should be in local language and should focus local people from Village to village, town to town, district to district....place to place? Why commercials are there? Are the Agrarian Channels meant for business of certain products or for benefits of farmers those have lost faith in all governments....government should decide.
3. When it comes to RSS...they have "Antyoday Yojana"...concept....most of the BJP people know it......
When it comes to Gandhiwadi vichardhara (Gandhiyan thought process), they know Gandhian model....so most of the Indian National / Indira Congress people know it...
DMK, AIADMK, SP, BSP, CPI, CPIM, Shivsena, ......all parties know it, however, when it comes to implementation,....last person in the queue....never gets it....what ever is meant for his/her....
I fail to understand politics....governance....management....humanity....when all these people know it but are not been able to implement it till date.
One of the farmer asked me, "Just think boy, are they doing it ON PURPOSE? Is it game of death? Is it not equivalent to cannibalism when people are committing suicides and these people do not let the help go to the poor and needy?"
For a moment, I was shocked, to here this, but, then I asked him back, "Do you know uncle what are you saying? Does it meant this is happening on purpose, since ages to keep their chair intact....? ....Then, we're out of this, if this is game of chair....we are not interested, we just came to share experience of BT cotton...and help you people understand....few things..understand few things and share"...I touched his feet, as he was the senior-most in the village. I thought government should think bottom-up than top-down approach to reach these people.
4. Some farmers said, "In 1972, government used to buy the paddy for Rs. 54/ Quintal (100 Kg) and used to sell for Rs. 72/= . We were loss even if government was directly involved or agents are involved or MNC are involved....to whom should we trust boy?" Farming is business or not....it took so many years to decide to government and communication in governments is so fantastic that a product is launched by MNC we can know it on the next day, but, it takes one life to know what government is trying to do for us, and by the time we know it, the policy gets closed or players in the market know how to dismantle it....Long live our pseudo-democracy.
5. Half cooked policies of government is also a big problem....clarity is missing in many places. Last time, we were discussing the definition of BPL or....and there were distinct definitions of it, NABARD, NSSO...why can't one clear universal definition be there? What we scientists are also doing, why can't agricultural scientist finalize it? As 60% or more are farmers who live in villages are poor hence, this request....What kind of research they do....just high impact research journal paper or just millions of project dumped in files or what? Frankly, there were places where we went for our research during our publication, the farmers said, "Boy, you came, why not single person from Krishi Vidyapith (Agriculture University)  came to us, or agriculture department ....came to us? Meaning....if the communication roots are not deeply rooted, then how can government policies be developed or be reached at grass root level, in this non-coordination among various government bodies?
6. Japan never gets affected due to "Sukha/ Drought"....water gets stored in places then it's used...later...ex. gas used up vacant places...etc. In India it was planned decades before but could not get completed....where the money goes?
7. If 110 million can get money in their account, why can't the education and policies awareness reach them? RTE is possible ....
connectivity going.

May I be child, youth or working or retired or old, Living or at the death bed, you'll still find me at the feet of God.

Poem:
May I be child, youth or working or retired or old,
Living or at the death bed, you'll still find me at the feet of God.
I had meeting with lot of friends,
We were talking after long time,
Someone has become Advocate,
Has solved many cases.
Someone has become Businessman,
Has piled up millions or billions.
Someone has become CID officer,
Has brought control on crimes.
Someone has become Doctor,
Has cured many patients.
Someone has become Engineer,
Has built many things.
Someone has become Fashion Designer,
Has developed several new fashions.
But, I was same everyone said, thanks to them.
Yes, I said, "I still live at the feet of god."
Someone has become this, some one has become that...
But, I still live at the feet of God....
May I be child, youth or working or retired or old,
Living or at the death bed, you'll still find me at the feet of God.
Aum. Amin. Amen.

Dollars attracts, dollars not humans.
I'm so happy I don't hold the Dollar and the collar too.
I'm happy I live with humans.

Top 10: Problems in Indian Legal System: Where reaching to grassroot level is the biggest problem: The only solution seems to be bringing back trust, at present

Top 10: Problems in Indian Legal System: Where Laws, and, The Best and The Most Comprehensive Constitution seem to be show-off, when it comes to implementation of RTE like acts and reaching to the grass root level: The only solution seems to be bringing back trust, at present, so that common man goes to court and make a complaint and he gets decision in definite time period...as per budding Lawyers....
All Top 10, series, are all my original research papers that I've been trying to publish since 1994. WE NEED DIFFERENT MODEL for research and contribution to society at large.
  1. RTE is there, even, an Indian gets a Noble Peace Prize for working for the children’s cause, but, you still see, child labour and work force, children begging on the streets, children going to schools but teachers and better infrastructure and facilities are not there in most of the government as well as private schools.
  2. Public sector jobs are not result oriented….is the image…worldwide…. Yesterday, one lady was asked to go door to door however she was sitting in the crowd and taking review of them on Dengue and situation at home…issue…Literally, she asked one family, “Sir, do you want it? It’s review on dengue…”….The man replied, “Means the compulsory thing is also optional in government jobs? Why the hell we work in private sector that removes people of no cause…..he extended further… seems….Similarly…MLA, MLC and even going further Prime Minster and President kinds of jobs are also not result oriented. Ex. In each constitution, a person gets elected, but, shows no results of improvement and Laws are handicap to handle such problems. Are they for show-off?....”. What a agony public is facing….now a days….no control over inflation…black marketers….where is law and order on these issues…Is India meant for betterment of government employees and near and dear people of people in power or a powerful places….?” Later he said, “Why don’t you go door to door?” …She said, “We in Government work smartly not handwork….we’re not here for donkey work, we’re here for smart work…”…That person took his family furiously…and vanished in the crowd at this answer….
  3. Labour Laws are there, but, child labour is still there. Still 93% workforces in unorganised labourers are deprived of their rights.
  4. Motor Vehicle Act and Laws are there, but, you can see millions breaking the rules on roads. They break the rules, though I always follow, and try to alert them, few children say, “If, police wants to arrest us, let them, we’re in hurry, we’ll break the traffic signal.” Then, I asked the child, “Don’t you have fear of dying or let other person die in case you hit him….at least?” The child said, “Fear? Who has fear for law Sir? In case, I break the signal and he catches once in a while, I just pay Rs. 100/- and carry on my life….”.
  5. The next what just 18 an years old child said, was reality of life, just 18 years old…. “Money can buy anything, Sir, even, I’ve heard the Judges can be bought and judgement can be bought in India, and we’ve that reach and links. (Pohoch- Hindi)". I asked him, "How do you know child all these things?" ….He just broke the signal and went past. Similar thing has happened, when we saw one truck scratched a car in front of the 5 polices in front of Balliwala Chowk. Same things were spoken from both sides and even Insurance was invoked and the car of that rich person was seen scratch free and shining after a week. The person with high riches and reaches, said, “Sir, you’re simpleton, such ‘chillar chije’ ( such minor to micro things) keep happening in life, these Police are just show-off forces, ...at certain level where we've reach, these roadside police have no authority to deal such matters and power without authority is bird without wings…."
  6. Someone from USA, once said, “In USA 99% public do not corrupt and follow the law, but, we’re unsure what happens at top level. However, in India, it seems people like you must be only 1% others are either corrupt or might be compromising law at sometimes in life….”. I said, “No, in fact in India too 99.99% public follow the laws…”. However, what he spoke shows what kind of image India had in the year ....1992 A.D.
  7. Once I / We authored a paper, Laws for technology in India has a wake up call. Still, it has not woken up. There is no officially anti-hacking work force in India, there is no law for effluents being thrown in the big rivers secretly, or overtly or covertly…look at Yamuna river in Delhi, the best example of it. Thus, law can be managed at our own convenience….is reality in India. The rich are doing it everyday at large level and poor are doing it everyday at minor level. We who follow all rules and regulations look odd-one out of the crowd. Still, we’ll follow the Law of every country including India…otherwise…this world will look lawless.
  8. Go to some places in India, where there is a hill/ hale of Kachara  i.e. Hills of dung, dust, dirty things are piled up. Civic bodies are there are not nobody knows. What is the lawlessness ... there you come to know…whether government is there or not, no one knows….anarchy seems to be ruling such places…and there are million of such places in India, I can quote here if you watch the photos in the dailies that focus on such issues. It’s not about Kachara/ Dust only but, violation of human rights is also common in many places, but, what people say on this is also true. “Sir, with whom we’ll fight? With those billionaires, who can extend the dates of Advocate in the court with minor fees, who can buy the judges, who can arrange the supari killing, who can manage everything is there lives, with tons of money? It’s a waste of time for literate people or poor people like us….there is anarchy in our country when it comes to human rights and its violation…people also don’t have time to fight as 90% people are earning their bread only daily or on monthly basis….super rich businessmen are busy in piling more money…as they can manage time, resources, people and governments….Also, Sir, with due respect to good people, there are political parties who comes to power for 5 years….they do not work for 4 year but last year they show-off…even create laws like RTE or RTI but if they find that may hurt them they may and they can bend the laws I their favour, and if someone try to over smart them…they just get rid of that person, sends him out of the job or let him go out of country or politicize and malign the issue or kill the case by dumping it and / or killing it on Media by arising some other problem/s…and people have short memory due to lack of time and space and resources in their lives. We also have heard a person invoking RTI or who is alerting people have been killed…life is worthless Sir....
  9. Sir, politics have gone to nadir stage, everyone comes to power first siphon off tones of money, and diverts legal system in his favour…. for his/ her/ their benefit/s and the system favours the powerful people. Didn’t you heard, even CBI is caged and is puppet in the hands of political parties who govern? If CBI Director speaks it, it speaks a lot. Similarly, on chair Prime Minster, Rajiv Gandhi said, “85% policies and money do not reach to the common man, it’s reality of life even today…otherwise, farmers would not have committed suicides….political parties makes everything beneficial to them …and such issues are also not left…so we need to correct this system first…but…..people have so many faces that total system is compromised, now it’s impossible to get everything right in India, even if 10 Avatars of Vishnu comes at the same time on earth.”
  10. Thus, people have lost faith in the Legal system in India, whether it’s a consumer protection act, or citizenship rights or …. One of the lady was crying as her husband was in the jail for Rs. 9 or 10/- (i.e 0.06 USD) theft….since 10 years and they didn’t have money to pay to Advocate to fight the case…. She asked the media, “Jo log Karodo Khaa jaatey hai…oonko jail kyu nahi hoti?” i.e. "The people who corrupt and take away billions why they are not in the jail, and why her husband who stole and accepted he stole Rs. 10/= got the jail….. What kind of legal system we have…they want proofs that can be managed…they want…….draconian, devils, ..."..She used lot of such words...
  11. I can include and write more such different and distinct incidences…in many fields and lives of many people….lot of women are/ being harassed at home, but, they keep quite as she feels it’s a personal matter from the Bharatiya Sanskriti i.e. Indian Culture point of view, and who will help her?…......
  12. Public try to look at leaders for their trust but every leader has broken their trust….and it’s keeping on and on…and has no end it seems now, even in the legal system….which has gone beyond recovery, is what many poor people feel. They say, “Saab, Garibonko koun nyay dege? Is Dooniyame Garibon ko kabhi nahi milata nyay…” i.e. “Poor are always been deprived of their rights and judgement do not go to them unless it’s in focus of media. One case or 2 goes in their favor just to show off to society at large just to show that law still exists and the real judgement is still there. However, majority of cases goes against them, and simple persons like you, Sir, with due respect to you Sir..…." I laughed and said, "Yes, you're wright please go ahead." He continued, "Also, after media focus is gone on the case, does anyone asks what happened next?...Sir, yeh ganda khel hai kucch law wagira nahi hai”…i.e. In the name of Law, dirty games are played, and there is no Law in this world, better to avoid, Court-Kacheri and Police and legal system….” . One person said, "We look fool if we complaints about the obvious things....in life and when we are more than one billion then this harakri, corruption of rich...depriving of rights, hegemonic behavior....high handedness keep happening...Even if someone fools me I don't tell to anyone as others might think I'm fool". However, he forgot to take responsibility of society by not exposing that blunder, and that crooked person is doing....Other person said, and spoke what is the reality of more than 500 million population of India and similar conditions world over. “Sir, Democracy ….Democracy ….is there ....you said.... people keep saying….but, we’ve not seen democracy anywhere…our boss who takes us for the work shows his hegemony…if ladies are workforce they have to listen to their husbands….if child workers are there, they have to listen and act according to the caretaker or owner of the shop/ business…where is democracy for us? Sir, when one child was lifted out of home and was asked children to do lot of house work…we became helpless....tried to complain but…could not…. where is the law?….”…etc…..
Hence…..Words are inadequate to write this article…I’m worried about this world….really, once even …we literally cried, when, a child labourer/ worker said, “Is helping, our parents to earn daily bread a crime?” Where are rights of the children……Where are the rights of poor... Where are the rights of common citizen……Where are we heading? Towards Anarchy or Total Chaos or Human Extinction or Life Extinction on earth due to this negative behaviour of humans, as they throw bad chemicals on earth and depriving environmental laws and laws for their own benefits? …..
On lighter side there was a skit students played in the class:::::
One student came and said, “I’m here the most powerful person.”
Second student, slaps him front of crowd of 10 people and asks them, “Have seen anything happening here?”
All the 10 students say, “Sir, we’re not present here…one is in Delhi in the train…other….”
Everyone laughed at this and made mockery of law….I was deeply hurt, if this is what new generation feels about law in India….
Solution: I have faith in Law, Indian Democracy, and Legal System, Indian civilization and the strong culture, but, what common man at the grass root level feels, I've put it here because at the end of the day s/he suffers a lot and knows the true reality of life and true face of law as well. Building Trust, is the only way out it seems.......equal trust and faith among rich and poor, this and that, .....top level or bottom level....on the Indian Law...
Thus, bringing back the trust in Law, its process and the complete legal system is the only solution for India and the world over legal system, otherwise, parallel systems could emerge and that could be very dangerous in future….as we observe the happenings around the world…in the failed states or anarchic states…..In fact, why so many illegal things goes on and on for longer time, and still why people do not complaint? Is it because they don't get timely decision.....hence, what budding lawyers say, "The Time bound decision and bringing back trust could only solve many problems in India".... is also true....
This article is devoted to that child….who said, “Does helping parents in earning daily bread a crime?..... Rich people have money to spend for a costly liquor bottle, but giving us more daily wages...hence...after and before of my schools, I go to work and try to help my parents to earn bread by lifting and collecting polythene bags and plastic bottles and together we earn Rs. 200/day that too 5 of us in the family.”
She was goddess for me…who taught me lesson of life….who couldn’t see the plight of earning daily bread for her parents….she was sacrificing her childhood, education, playing time…for her own family at such a tender age of own child….in Dehradun…
God bless this world.
Aum. Amin. Amen.

Top 10: Problems in Medical and Pharmaceutical Sector India: Possible Solutions: We require different model for earning profit, at the same time reaching to grass root level, even at the global level.

Top 10: Problems in Medical and Pharmaceutical Sector India: Possible Solutions: We require different model for earning profit, at the same time reaching to grass root level, even at the global level.

All Top 10, series, are all my original research papers that I've been trying to publish since 1994. WE NEED DIFFERENT MODEL for research and contribution to society at large.

Following publication we wrote in 2004, Dr. S. L. Ashtankar the then Doctor in IGMC and then working for/ with WHO in Gadchiroli project and later with more Doctors...including my own elder sister.

Problem:
1. Go to GMC Nagpur: 1970's....situation great, it's the biggest Hospital in the world.
1. a. Go to GMC Nagpur: 2015...chaos. Is Government Governing or talking about Governance only?....There are some places where even X-Ray machines were not there....Queue is so large that poor people have to stay inside campus or on the streets or nearby Dharmashalas.
2. On other side, there was internship problem with students....who will go to remote place and who will go to top notch Doctor and hospital....

Solution:
1. Stricter management and compliance. If it happens in the Private Hospital will the owner keep that staff, which is not result oriented?
2. Once, I said, "You send me in Himalayas, I'll go. I was posted in Dehradun, I and my family will/ can even go to Badrinath if posted, as our requirements are less probably...then why the doctors don't go to remote places? We didn't mind facilities, we didn't mind ...anything...it's our country our people...One super rich asked, "Ashish will you send highly literate person to remote place or to brighter place?" Man if such a thought process is there about becoming Doctor and serving the people then, they should be rejected to become Doctors itself....these are the only people who are diluting ethics...even though they are well placed or this or that...There are 90% others who are willing to go anywhere due to their own need or they want to show, what they can do for the world or how they can contribute to society....let the way be created for such honest people who are willing....
Solution: Stricter....internship and working norms are required. Every doctor must spent literally....on such places than just show on records.

Problem:
3. Go to any pharma shop, the OTC medicines are plenty but, prescribed medicines are limited stock.
4. Now a days online medicine sells and strike is going on.Public health or cheaper medicines has become big food for thought....to so called intellectuals... and then they will decided the flawed model of business and then after few more years....such problems with arise....

Solution to 3 and 4: Government never act proactively. Why such problems are not thought in advanced? Or When we tried to tell, in person to few ministers they decline to here/ listen...then? Do the governments wants to be tyrants or common citizens or want to work benefit them proactively they have to decide.

connectivity going..feeble......

Top 10: In Brief: Problems in Industries in India: With Possible Solutions: We require different model for earning profit, generating jobs, and let reaching benefits to grass root level, even at the global level.
All Top 10, series, are all my original research papers that I've been trying to publish since 1994. WE NEED DIFFERENT MODEL for research and contribution to society at large.
1. Why can't education be business? Get it linked to industry and get it result oriented for this world. Right from 10th grade on campus placement should be there. If government can put money directly into the account....why can't government reach at home and provide education to all using service sector that is result oriented?
2. Why can't politics be declared business? Let be result oriented than profit oriented for the nation.... than party specific....the party that develops India or state or city it's ruling it's party-men should get some proper recognition after 5 years of public evaluation of record...
3. Taxes should not be more than 2% on anything...otherwise it should be treated as interference in our personal domain.....This 2% taxes will be paid at the end of the year for every / all transaction at home to government....Also, once I wrote, if government gives 3% or 4% or 8% interest on Deposit, then that should be rate of the housing loan or education loan or automobile loan..whey they ask for 10.1% interest on loan? If government and politics is business it must be declared in advanced in the Constitution of India itself.....
4. Service sector should be controlled by government in such a fashion that each and every person living in India should have AADHAR card and GPS attached to it....and his welfare should be taken care by government including provision of job, medical, education...facilities...misuse if proven should have...severe punishment...If government can put money directly into the account..why can't government reach at home and provide education to all using service sector that is result oriented?
5. All Professional Education should be Entrepreneurship oriented...
6. Vigilance, and compliance department must have highly ethical person who keep a watch on this....the most truthful, and ethical person should be trillionire not billionaire in fact.
7. The system should be so transparent that any fraud should be caught at it's first penny itself....
8. 93% laborers are working in un organised sectors and they should be brought in organised sector, as soon as possible and benefits should be provided to them to let them feel at least they are human. Companies those are showing loss but are earning profit in sister concern should be taken over by government ASAP so that, the right message goes to others.
9. Women Entrepreneurs should be encouraged....they can bring more ethics in the market....and slowly removing gender, class, this and that inequality.
connectivity going...

Top 10: In brief: Problems in Education Sector in India: Possible Solutions: We require different model for earning profit, and let reaching education and benefits to the grass root level, even at the global level.
All Top 10, series, are all my original research papers that I've been trying to publish since 1994. WE NEED DIFFERENT MODEL for research and contribution to society at large.

1. Education is global business: However, most of the Institutions and Academic domain show, they are not profit centers. Is it a fault of government policy? If it is then it must be corrected.

2. Right to Education (RTE) is there but on implementation front, how, the education institute should implement to run it and earn profit...where it is mentioned? ... IT must be clarified.

3. Theory and Practice goes hand in hand, if business is run ethically. Neither, Academics is benefited due this nonalignment not the business. In fact, Right from 10th grade school should have links with industry if some students wants to opt out for job due to his/ her family needs. Higher education should be job, consultancy, entrepreneurship and research oriented. In pre-final semester/ year it self the candidate should be clear about this. I tried it where ever I've been teaching and students are successful. Why can't others do it?

4. 75%, Academic Institutions in India is run with no full-fledged or full quota of Teachers, it includes IIT, IIM, AIIMS too. If this is condition of top ranked Institutions then leave others aside. The process of application is so complicated that we think better not to apply. 10 forms to be filled online, many times online server is down, many times, favoritism is there, there is no communication after application. Just Imagine. I've seen one well established scientist and one well established author and a well established Professor faced such insulting and inhuman treatment in 1998, i n 2002, and in 2007, then, why the they will apply? ......Ultimately they went on to apply in Singapore NUS, .....some in Australian, ....some in USA Universities and they never came back.......Now, I heard....their sons and daughter are pursuing Ph.D. there itself....they don't want to return to India...otherwise they feel frustrated...as they'll get less salary or will have to work in University and institutes much lesser grade than they learnt.....

5. In many roadside schools, village level schools, and schools in remote places, and places like high up in the Himalayas,  Teachers are there they are not paid like teachers, not treated like teachers, and don't have facilities like Teachers. It's government policies or implementers at grass root level, that do not shows respect to Teachers is also a big question.

6. a. If highly literate person is not treated as fit to join industry, as they are too ethical and not practical, then? What kind of business you're running? Only profit making? It shows, even higher management is not ethical, as they treat employees as servants, and benefits are not provided to internal and external customers, yes I mean it. One of of my senior was rejected a job as he was from IIT ans was too ethical and was told, they believed in infrastructure business domain, he can't be a fit to join as he can't supply liquor bottle to CEO of other company. My senior friend said, "Why do you mix, party and personal things with my job? Let me work on project, if that CEO want to drink Champagne let  him go home and drink, why should I provide the same to him?" He lost the job...it's a fact... in 1998....Thus, clarity of roles is not there.
Few of my seniors, including our own teachers, were sent for Census, as they were the only literate people, and these teachers do cooking, day-care of children, census, letter writing of people in villagers/ illiterate people, ....why can't proper service industry be there for these people instead?
6. b. The Draconian Rules and Practices in Education Institutes are ruining the student - education - teacher and core of curiosity of learning and knowledge practices.
If you read following you'll also touch the feet of the employer as Education Don/ Mafia or something like that only and not as Education Maharshi (Saint):
Ex. 1: Few Institutions even ask their Principal to Professors to submit their original degrees, and later play gimmicks like they will return them only if they finish this session or this year or....this and that. One of my student could not get her Mark sheets even after 7 years. After, 2 years, "We're Literate Bonded Labors", one of the Principal said jokingly to the employer and the employer was holding the skin of Rhino and replied back, "For that only you're paid handsomely". The laugh was still bigger.
Ex. 2: Salary promised 100%, paid only 10% to 50% however signature is taken on 100% only. This was so common in 1990's that government had to take action to formulate compulsion of regular teachers on regular scale.
Ex. 3: In one of the institution they pay salary in cash, just to help their employees save taxes. How? God knows. Height is that institution belongs to some celebrity and in India ....you can't question them.....
Ex. 4. In one of the schools, few faculty paid 5 figures to the institution as bribe, and then the school authority handed over the permanent job appointment letter, to a B.Sc. B. Ed. Teacher. If even teachers also feel, I've to feed family and run life, then is it the Land where Teachers are respected? Guru = Dev = God....?
7. Just go to any construction site in India, except few, children wander on dangerous sites where even grown ups are not allowed. The un-organised laborers are 93% who get a job through outsourced way, where they are deprived or benefits....how about education of these children? Why can't government keep a record and have a work force devoted to it, if they are so serious about RTE? Why don't Governments of all/ any party avoid advertisement in Dailies and instead put same 10000 Crore to develop task force, work force, devoted NGO, SHO work on this, so that Vision 2020 of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam be achieved? Why only temporary show off of Flag hoisting is there and not everyday flag hoisting be there on such places and real school work at millions of construction work sites are there? Those who do, do not show, and those who are not dong they are showing they are doing is and that, could be image if too much marketing is there...

8. Why can't there be transparency in systems, procedures, accounting, be there? Why 80% of the Education Institutes are owned by either Politicians or top Businessmen, and not academicians? Why academicians are treated like second grade in Academic Institutes itself? Why the institution is hold of illiterate at some places and why can't it be run by ethical teachers? Is running education business so unethical that truthful and honest people are....treated second to third to fourth to last grade? Where is the governance of government?
9. Once, we went for admission of one of my friends son in Dehradun. A person said, "Your UPES is excellent Sir...but, not other institutes..." . Later as friend insisted I went to other school. That child was shown, a swimming pool is in the campus, ....laboratories....library etc. and it were shown from the glass office itself. While, the admission form was getting filled up....somehow we escaped and saw the campus....nothing was there....it was just words...and on paper...later we laughed a lot.
Thus, I mean to say, all rankings in India and around the world can be manipulated by these types of organisations. Government should have vigilance department, compliance officers to let institutions come up-to certain standard within stipulated time otherwise....God knows future of education industry in India, how much it will it deteriorate we don't know....yes...
8. Academic domain of India is in trouble....look at the lot of Government Schools, dilapidated buildings, no buildings at all....how children study there, no one is concerned....and if one student shines there....people try to take credit of that as well....will visit that place....the whole media is also gets biased...media shows all these things but..is so handicapped that...they can't force government to take action on it....just look at many such cases...

9. Slowly, Private Institutions has become a big to giant business. Earlier, children used to start software company and then used to sell for multi-million dollars, now, education institutions are sold at multi-billion dollars. So, those who perform better, shows, ultimately have to buckle under pressure of government institutes or their coccus or in-front of MNC pressure to perform or to sell of....very many reasons an institution is sold out...we know....

10. Research and its impact is in troubled phase....whereas I like to see changes happening in front of my eyes after writing to government...or on websites...some of my friends like publishing in high impact journals read by only few....but...at the end of the day....high impact journal is what matters in education fraternity.....and in PBAS...that matters....imagine...if academicians who are always abreast in latest things...devote only time for this...that could change only if it's implemented....and they publish and leave it to others for implementations then what and which kind of impact they are forcing?

11. Why education institutions can't be run be Teachers? Why education institution be run by Ladies? Even if they try they are shown their places.....Everything can be manged by authoritative people, people with money....people in politics....people....this and that...has to vanish, this interference is destroying future of humanity....as education forms the basis of human development....deprivation of it...will lead to disastrous end...deterioration values....only few will be called as hero..heroines...and the real...hero/ heroines in life those who shape future of the best of the best leaders teachers will be left not only in penury but..day is not far off when....teachers like earlier days...will live on begging...or ...madhukari.

What are pros and cons of online medicine sells?
Cheaper Medicines or Health of nation, what is important?
Self Druggist ....or ....Doctors prescription and Pharmaceutical guidance and then taking medicines is good?
In fact, e-medical help is good, e-medical guidance is good, but taking medicines on self prescription is bad....

Super/Superb Governance of Her Highness Queen Elizabeth, evidence of letter sent to Nagpur Railway Authority on completion of 100 years of over-bridge

We were discussing, what is governance, in the MIS i.e. Management Information System, and I gave this information to students. Queen Elizabeth herself has sent a letter to Nagpur Railways Authority about completion of 100 years of the over-bridge and it has to be reconstructed. It's Super as well as Superb Governance, which keeps record and responsibility, too. What she has to do, after handing over powers to Indians 60+ years ago? I said, "The Grandmother is so responsible, then why can't our people take responsibility of their own people? Why keep blame game on?"
At this staunch Indian National Congress Person / student said, "Sir, people and BJP people especially talk about governance, where as, this is truly a true responsible governance. We agree upon it."
A BJP, staunch student belonging to ABVP said, "Sir, Amitabh Bachchan left politics because of this.  He saw, congress men were showing bridges where even river was not there....read his statements...."
I said, "Children, why can't we discuss independently and not as a party specific?"
One student said, "Sir, I can talk in favor or against anyone including myself, this party and that party and this nation and that nation....I know, everyone's positives and negatives....due to the way they throw mud ... and cow dung...on each others..."
We laughed a lot.
One student said, "Sir, really, even after they left India 60 years back, they, hold responsibility of their work? Sir, I know a bridge, that fell just after its inauguration.....built by our own Indian construction company...and as Amitabhji said, we also have seen a place where no bridge is built but on map it's there...."
Again we laughed.
Finally, one student, said, "Sir, if every political party, every government, and every company becomes such entity...like what you're talking....then, our India would be great place....we have everything but...this...point..."
I said, "Not only India boys, but, the whole world, will be better....if each one holds responsibility of everything they do....that is why I'm saying it's super governance... we had this system in India, and we have evidences like Ashoka Pillar near Kutub Minar, the several forts of Shivaji, several Temples, several Palaces, which are still State of the Art even after hundreds and few after thousands of years. However, greed and selfishness and myopic visionary holding real power has destroyed it. Hope, with advent of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will bring revolution along with the dare devil citizen....like you...."
One student said, "Sir, we're Gods, we are humans, we are Devils, we are Godevils as well...."
We laughed....one student asked,  "What is Godevils?"
The students said, "If there can be Global plus Local means Glocal, then why can't there be God plus Devil equals to Godevil? We must tell it to government authorities that if you behave properly we are Gods and better than you, if you behave like Devils then we are better Devils than you, we should tell it to rulers of India...then only it will happen. Sir, all Ministerial jobs should be jobs...not positions...as you said, in Switzerland the Prime Minister goes in the local Bus why can't our PM?...and if they only talk and show shyanpatti in your Mumbaiyya language we should show them their place, otherwise also, Sir, after they are out of power even kala kutta bhi nai penchanta oonako (after they are out of power even the street dog do not recognize them)...all the Citizens also should be so alert that all such ruling people should have fear for doing bad works...then only super governance will come."
I said, "Boy, on several occasion in Indian history, and it's in records, that the super governance was there in India, during Ram Rajya of / for 25000 years, 68 years of Yudhisthira Rule after the Mahabharat war, some time in Maurya Samrajya (rule), some time in Samudragupta dynasty, the time during Shivaji ruled, ...... (and quoted several occasions with evidences)....and just to tell you, all the Constitutions in the world are influenced by the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Kautilya/ Chanakya's Arthshastra...as well....in which it is quoted at many places, how to rule and have good governance....H.H. Queen Elizabeth has proved it that even after 100 years of completion of bridge one, in fact the Ruler/ Queen herself can hold the responsibility, even though she is not directly ruling India, hence, this example. Tell me how many authorities in India can hold such responsibility, at the present moment?"
One student said, "Really great, Sir.. we'll remember it for life time..."
One students said, "In fact our generation will bring this glory to India and the world at large."
Aum. Amen. Amin.
