On working day:
1. Wake up early in the morning.
Go for jogging.
Drink lot of milk.
4. Meditation/ Yoga/ Puja/
Office.
Lunch.
Home.
Jogging/Go to by vegetables/ family walk
9. Family Dinner/ Supper
10. Peaceful sleep.
On holidays/ Non working days, keep in mind not to miss 4th, 9th and 10th liner.
Many seniors have done it and made it and I'm putting it from the horses mouth.
