In peace everyone survives, otherwise everyone dies (poem)
In peace everyone survives, otherwise everyone dies (poem)
In Mahabharata War only few survived,
In Second World War millions of people died,
In Corporate wars many organisations lost their existence,
In family wars lot of family are not even seen today,
In individual wars, many people die,
In every violence some one loses its some thing to every thing.
Then why violence?
Is is a fact that, people have lost emotions,
No.
They don't know what to do?
No.
They don't have trustworthy leader?
No.
Sometimes the hot pursuit is OK, but every time?
No.
The best solution is peace.
Everyone living in peace.
In peace everyone survives,
Everyone progresses,
Everyone earns at least two square meals a day,
Everyone gets educated,
Every one gets peace and joy at home and in societies,
Then, why not give a chance to peace?
Few have expressed the fact that,
Even violence in reel life is not OK as it creates bad impact on children.
However, when compared,
Violence is OK in films, movies and reel dramas,
but it is not OK in everyday real life,
if everyone violet some norm or ethics
then no one will survive on earth,
Humanity will die its own death.
Hence, I strongly feel, what our seniors and ancestors felt,
In peace everyone survives, otherwise everyone dies.

If every one works at its level best, then it can create miracles
Every one work at their level best, then it can create miracles
It was normal work place
Until one employee came up and said, "I'm the best."
Suddenly, everyone started yelling, "I'm the best."
Everyone started telling his or her contribution in every project,
There was lot of egotism, egoism, and ego displayed by everyone.
I was just watching it as a leader of a team.
Once I was sure that everyone has jumped into this rat race,
I just went in to the middle and laughed at one person.
He also laughed and I just stared at him, indicating keep laughing.
Suddenly, everyone started laughing.
They realised that till a few minutes ago there was enviable climate in the team.
Now, after this yelling and shouting, "I'm the best," made the climate morbid.
Everyone looked at me,
I said, "Unless everyone acts at their level best,
Unless everyone desire to be the best,
Unless everyone prepares at their best,
Unless everyone shows integrity and understating,
Unless everyone reaches at their optimum level of skills and knowledge,
Unless there is a responsible team work,
Unless there is dilution of ego, egotism and egoism,
There cannot happen the best in this world.
Remember the best people at their level best only can contribute the best"
Thus, everyone paid the rapt attention and then I said the final words,
"If every one works at its level best, then it can create miracles".
There was deafening sound of clapping...everyone said,
"Yes, Miracles do happen if everyone do their job best and performs the very best."

What, Why and How of MBA or any professional education; and a Scientific procedure to select Specialization

Evolution of modern MBA education:
Let us see how it started, evolved and then been professionalized.
1. For Military purpose: In World War I and II, it started with Operation Research for minimum effort and minimum casualty to self on one side, but maximum damage to enemy. Its analogy to business could be, how to tackle the competitors.
2. For Entrepreneurship: All PGP courses were designed to develop Entrepreneurship skills.
3. For Top Executives: Exposure to Market and preparation to face it
4. For Marketing and Selling: Started with Developing selling skills and now it has elevated and added market research skills
5. For Leaders and Managers: To develop leadership qualities and to manage people and organization tasks. E.g. Infosys, Wipro, GE, etc.
6. As part of Professional Requirements: It revolutionized the Management education and many governments across the world have started management education en-masse.
7. Ranking for the Best Management Education providers: Then started the ranking of the Business Schools where right from HBS of USA to Oxford of UK, IIM of India to NUS of Singapore all are ranked by various stakeholders on number of factors like, Placement record of students, Ambience, Infrastructure Facilities, Specializations offered, Faculty holding Ph.D./ Doctorate, Research Publications by Faculty, Alumni contributions, System of students evaluations, students opting for entrepreneurship path, and so on and so forth.
Now a day, in India, any one and every degree holder wants to pursue MBA for several preconceived reason/s. There are Scientists, Doctors, Pharmacists, Artists, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Politicians, everyone …..
Ideal purpose of attending MBA School for budding Managers/ Leaders:
1. To groom yourself to take charge of your future, irrespective of your varied background.
2. To become better than the best by acquiring more skills to advance your career for future endeavors
3. To learn how to contribute and how to achieve better and more in your life.
4. To become a leader than a follower
5. It is a pay back time for you towards your parents. You are going to value the hard work and dedication of your parents.
Seniors have some tips for budding managers and leaders. Make it more a collaborative learning experience than the individual learning experience for 2 years. Thus, you learn a lot from many sources and in many ways.
How to Invest Time on Campus?:
For that you have to achieve some specific daily achievement/s. Thus, by these cumulative improvement/s in yourself, you can build a solid foundation. You build a confidence that, yes, it is possible to change in and out and make a change in life, hereafter. It will help you to realize your dream in your life.
Ex. Your everyday task from the DAY-ONE could be:
• Know at least one new case study daily that are top rated by management experts.
• Know at least one new Leader and his achievements.
• Know at least one organization In and Out. Commerce background people share Financial info while Engineers share Tech info, similarly students from Health Science, Pharmaceutical, and other can share their knowledge in their fields. The exchange of views and knowledge add value to every discussion and make students realize about diversified fields and opinions around the world.
• Share with others at least one new thing from the corporate world. Thus 60 students in class can share a lot in a day.
• Just you have to invest 2 hours more than your class room sessions and home work or field work, if any. However, this sharing and caring brings results. It is my experience.
• You come to know that one can learn in many ways. Debates, Quiz, Simulations, Dramas, Movies, Experience sharing, Role play, discussing research article, and other number of ways.
• Try to learn basics of maximum number of skills today for tomorrow, you don't know where your dexterity will be useful in future.
• What you should do? :
Try develop these skills or at least know what they do in the organizations in these 2 years of studies. Share with colleagues.
• Finally, Invest your time than waste time when you are in the campus. These important days will never come back to you in your life. We have seen total paradigm shift in the mindset of lot of students. You could be next Narayan Murthy or Setve Jobs or Sabir Bhatia, or Kiran Shaw Mauzumdar or the person you choose.
Is there competition among institutions?
Few say yes few say no. The reason as per the aptitude and other qualifying reasons they either choose or get their institutions. Let us see how few Institutions differ in their methodology to groom the managers and leaders.
•HBS: It relies on case study method and academic rigor, as they admit the experience holder candidates.
• IIM: Peer pressure to multitask and perform well, they also rely on case methods and academic rigor.
• SCMHRD, MDI, XIME, ICAI: More number of case studies, more number of theory books on same topic, and more exposure to multitasking by doing it yourself.
• IIT, NIT: They believe in Results. They like to see results before their eyes in the field of Engineering and Technology.
• CA, ICWA, CS, CPA: Especially they know finance and accounting of an organization in and out
• Top University MBA: Importance is given to street-fighter-skills and achieving the target/s.
• Others: Infosys hired M. A. (Music), MFA (Creative Arts) as a creative evangelists. Thus, these kinds of people can be highly competent when it comes to creativity.
Expectations of top organizations around the world:
• Passionate Employees who try to out perform themselves and who always complete their job on time. For they are ready to pay and take of employees.
• No problem and NO-EXCUSE employees
• Dedicated and committed employees
• Employees with Never-Say-Die-Attitude
• Employees who are creative in problem solving
• Result oriented employees
• Perform or Perish culture
• Adjusting to Multi-culture environment and Ready to go at Multiple-places around the world for company affairs.
• Respect for every one and loyalty to organization
Thus, you must try to groom yourselves according as this could be your last time to know yourself and do the needful.
There is no compartment, then why specialisation?
Also, what are the basic steps and how to decide specialization?
First and foremost important thing is there is no compartment in management and there are no demarcation lines in the management education. Hence, still if needed you must take guidance from experts. Why?
The reasons are here:
* At the top of the hierarchy you must know all the functions of management
* There are cases when many have worked across the functions due to sheer need of the organization in the highly competitive market
* For a Leader or a Manager, unless he knows the business he cannot be successful. Hence, few experts claim that, these specializations are just for the sake of getting a formidable degree/ diploma.
Factors deciding specialization of MBA/ Management Education:
* Aptitude
* Passion
* Interest
* Motive and Aim and Purpose of choosing this kind of career
* Emotional Intelligence
* Intelligent Quotient
*Physical Stamina
* Tolerance
* Background
* Vision of life
* Mission of work
Let us know some fundamentals on how the specializations were selected till date. New comers can make a difference if they wish.
Who can go for Finance specialization?
* If you are B.Com. M. Com. Or have some business background or have knack to solve some mathematical problems at faster speeds.
* Those who like to seat at one place and work
* Those who have passion for Accounting and Finances, and who have passion of stock market, etc.
Who can go for Marketing?* Those who like to convince people, build contacts, like to see business grow, like to see always well dressed and those who like glam-sham.
* Those who like
Market Research, Selling activities, go to places, like to talk with different customers and make them happy, those who like to serve people, etc.
Who can go for HRM?
* Who like to deal with people
* Solve people's problems
* Like to build relationships for company
* Like to believe in people's abilities
* Like to value their own people as an asset
* Like to prove humanity and human being are the best part of business dealings
* Knows how to use Talents of talented people
Who can go for International Business?
* Those who like multiple cultures in the world
* Like dealing with foreigners who but also are human beings
* Like to travel and go to places with time bound work, and work with deadline
* Who don't have complaints about any food, or any place to live in comfort
* Those who can learn new things faster including new languages and business etiquettes
* Those who know international trade practices and understand various organizations in-depth
* Those who can compete the international market at par with any international player and executives
Who should go for Computer and Technology specialization?
* Those who love technology and are conversant with the way they work
* Those who like to deal with technology
* Those who like to work in Artificial world than the Real world
* Those who can tolerate more technology than humans and like to work in isolation for some time
* Those who can solve technological problems
* Those who have some technical background like BCA, BE, or having some family business in the field of technology
* Those who have been exposed to technology during Video Games, Cell phones, and know how to quick-fix the technical problems.
Other specializations like, Hospital Management, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship, etc:
You need to know what you are going to study and where you are going to implement and what career option you are going for. What is the aim of doing that specialization? It must not be short term to get an immediate job. It must have long term vision as well. Remember organizations expect all its employees to be intrapreneurs, hence at the end of the day, Entrepreneurship skills have become a must for all the MBA graduates. Remember, not failure but short aim is crime, hence, gather as many skills as you can and become as much dexterous as much as you can.
Individual S-W-O-T Analysis:
* No one is born perfect, those who have strengths can capitalize on their strengths
* They must know how to deal with their own Weaknesses
* If you have done SWOT analyses then from above background you can choose your specialization well.
* This is the era of Shoot-at-sight-competition and not cut-throat-competition, hence you must know, to whom you'll compete and hence must decide your strategy for life and work.
* At the end of the day, you are the best judge of yourself. Hence, regular SWOT analysis is order of the day. Say daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and yearly. We have seen people taking high rise in their life who do their critical analysis for positivism in their life.
Experts, around the world, feel that people had to jump jobs in the recession across the border and across the functions and across the horizontals and the verticals of the business. Hence, multi-dexterous and multi-skilled employees and employers have become order of the day. Thus, few experts claim that it is not only applicable to Management students but it is applicable to others, as well. Finally, you are the best judge of yourself. Hence, invest your life, skills, and work at proper place/s to get what you want from the most precious life.

* Aptitude
* Passion
* Interest
* Motive and Aim and Purpose of choosing this kind of career
* Emotional Intelligence
* Intelligent Quotient
*Physical Stamina
* Tolerance
* Background
* Vision of life
* Mission of work
Let us know some fundamentals on how the specializations were selected till date.
* Those who like
Market Research, Selling activities, go to places, like to talk with different customers and make them happy, those who like to serve people, etc.
Who can go for HRM?
* Who like to deal with people
* Solve people's problems

Even body is binding for God
Even body is binding for God
Once, Sant Tukaram said that he would not trouble God to come into some form or other, it binds God.
Once, Ramakrishna Paramhansa also said similar words. His body he always regarded as a mere a sack of sugar.
Once, Swami Vivekananda also felt the same.
These kinds of people do not renounce this world they renounce their bodily senses. At will they can go, let everything off or on.
Body has bindings, Soul in its free state and soul in the form of almighty has no binding. Hence, many wise men ask, demand, feel, wish not to get into some form or other and demand for salvation / mukti/ nirvana/ atmagyan/ enlightenment/ kaivalya prapti. So as to get out of these bindings.
There are opposite side stories as well.
Though body proposes binding still few free and enlightened soul claimed that they would like to born to serve their Guru, Nation, Cause, ....
However, truth is that every body has binding.
Even body is binding for God. As he has that particular identification and people are always demanding and these demands are always unlimited.
Binding has limitations of Maya.
On the middle path of these extremes once my Sadguru Swami Madhavnath said that the advantage to Saints is that once they become realised soul they become God themselves and they can feel, watch, experience Sagun (Form/ Bodily) and Nirgun (Formless) God at a time. We listened to his almost 1000 Pravachana, he did not leave a single script on earth mentioned in his discourses supported by his experience. We used to feel the God, his blessings, his compassion, everything in every script we were experiencing while we were completely lost/ immersed / engulfed in his discourses.
He always claimed, proved that body goes, no one is immortal with this body, however, atma and atmagyan is never perishing.
We found that ultimately people never realise the real truth and get involved in foolish activities and seers and saints then get tired and try to leave away from society.
Even God/ Goddesses had/ has same feelings whenever s/he was/ were in any form.
.....
coming more.

One of my friend asked me question:
There are two iron bars given to you 10 by 1 cm and by 2 mm in size.
You are locked in glass chamber how will you find which one is magnet and which one is just an iron bar? No tools are provided to you.
Solution 1:
I'll break my hair and hang one of the bar, if it points one direction, North- South, then it is a magnet.
Solution 2:
My spectacle had iron screws, I'll find out the magnet immediately.
Solution 3:
I'll be wearing some cloths. So I'll break a big thread from it and hang the bar and will find out which is magnet.
Solution 4:
My spectacle has glasses with curvature. I'll put the iron bars on the curvature and the bar which find the N-S direction will be magnet.
Solution 5:
I'll hold the magnet on my finger tip, whichever finds the direction N-S it will be magnet.
Solution 6:
If there is some kind of dirt inside the uncleaned Glass chamber, I'll find out the hard iron particles and the bar which attracts those will be a magnet.
Solution 7:
I'll put the magnet on my figure tip for half an hour. The bar which attracts my haemoglobin and segregate the blood on the tip will be a magnet.
Solution 8:
Alternatively, I'll rub each bar on other from one end to other. The one which gets magnetised temporarily will be weak magnet, hence, an iron bar, while other will be a permanent magnet.
Solution 9:
I'll try to break the iron bar and magnetic bar will repel the other half.
Solution 10.
I'll bend the bar if possible and find the solution by force of attraction or repulsion.
Solution 11:
coming more.

No Wonder (Poem)
No Wonder (Poem)
No wonder, if human being develops civilisation on other planets and galaxies
Because it is very old concept and fact
No wonder, if human being develops all disease cure medicine
Because, the concept of nectar and amrit is already there
No wonder, if humanity develops contacts with aliens
Because, there are already many who claim to have established that
No wonder, if humanity develops a heaven on earth
Because, there was some time when it was already been achieved
No wonder, if God wishes not to come on earth
Because, already humanity have destroyed the base of ethics and truthfulness on earth.

Why there is a Gap between ideal and real?
Why there is a Gap between ideal and real?
Ideally a child is asked to speak truth.
However, in reality, when the same child grows old he does not dare to speaks truth.
Ideally a child is asked to be high on moral conduct, everywhere.
However, in reality, when he grows old he doubts moral conduct of everyone.
Ideally a child is asked to not live in the dream world.
However, in reality, he is asked to dream big, to gain positivism in life.
Ideally, child is asked to not use corrupt practices, anywhere.
However, his own near and dear ones, practise corruption at many places.
Ideally, everyone and every specie are Equal on this earth.
However, in reality human beings are more favourite to live on this earth.
Ideally, everything has to be finished on time.
However, unless it becomes favourable to few, no project finds an ends.
Ideally, all should be trusted for their code of conduct.
However, now a day, no one seems to be trustworthy.
Ideally, man comes to live a happy life on earth.
However, you hardly find any man living happily forever.
Ideally, there should not favouritism but merit.
However, in reality it is favouritism that rules everywhere.
Ideally, Soul comes here for salvation.
However, temptations and bodily senses, makes it difficult, to attend that state of salvation.
Ideally, there should be peace on earth, all the times.
However, there is nothing but noise, in and out of mind of everyone, on this earth.
Ideally, humanity is one.
However, in reality plurality rules.
Few things everyone knows ideally.
Few things no one knows in reality.
I don't know why we allow to keep this gap in reality and an ideal.
However, I know, unless we bridge this gap, humanity cannot live happily forever.
The major reason to say so is
If this gap widens bigger
It will increase bad practises on earth
It will make life unlivable
It will lead to total destruction of mankind.
Hence, it is a challenge, opportunity and compulsion to remove this gap forever
To sustain the human life in this Cosmos, otherwise humanity will die its own death.
This time we are creating our own downfall, not other entities.
Better we realise early to bridge the Gap between ideal and real life.

Some articles on Indian and Chinese Economies
Some articles on Indian and Chinese Economies
Just read the powerful sentences from this article:
China took off in 1978, when it adopted free-market policies. In reality it does not fit any of our textbook models of economics
Will the global economy be able to rely on China and India to deliver it from recessions in the future?
The Economist in early October observed, "its structure and links to the state are so convoluted that the most diligent China watchers have little idea if it is a private or a state firm".
The fraction of GDP that comes out of state-owned firms in most market-based developing countries, such as South Korea, India, and Thailand, is between 5% and 15%; for China it is nearly 50%.
India does not have that risk, since there is no comparable centralisation of authority.

What can destabilise growth is political instability and nothing fuels this more than when large segments of the population feel left out of the mainstream .
The steep rise in global oil prices has hit India

Peace only can and will avoid pieces of earth
Peace only can and will avoid pieces of earth
There is so much scope for everyone to grow in this world that I do not believe in fighting. Peace will avoid pieces of earth.
Once we were discussing about languages. India has 5000 languages. In Maharashtra we say that at every 12 kilometers the language literally changes. Then dialects and some addition and subtraction and modification changes all the languages in the world.
In China, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, there are many languages.
In erstwhile USSR, also there were many languages, Moldavian language is different from Bulgarian and Russian is different from .....them.
In Europe one of my friend joked, "You develop a language and can have your country". Few said, "It is sheer madness". However, after this lighter comment, we realised that it is just mode of communication than anything else. To make identity and dominance and ...is again fanaticism.
Forget it. It is not our topic here.
Let there be millions of languages but we are living is peace here in Bangalore. In our lane, there are people speaking 22 different languages, we never had a quarrel, then why on earth so much fight is there? No two things are alike, no two flakes are alike then how can two human being or two communities be alike?
There is so much scope for everyone to grow on earth that there is no need to clash/ fight/ quarrel.
If you find less space on earth then, why not human beings work together to go to multiple galaxies and establish their own identity over there?
Shall I say, "AUM/ AMEN/ AMIN?" It is not Sermon/ Pravachan/...it is just a fact of life, early we realise the better.

India is the 22nd Country to do this after Russia, USA, Japan, China and group of 17 European Union countries.
Again I say, divided humans cannot go on Moon, Mars and Beyond. They will fool themselves as 1969 USA go to Moon, 2014-15 India, 2100 some other nation, waste of energies and resources.

Human beings are capable enough to destroy themselves?
Human beings are capable enough to destroy themselves?
Since day one we are observing few things in Bangalore.
Take it positively if Critics of Religion and Critics of Science are reading.
Every day we see "BALAJI-Wines", "Narayan-Wines" on one shop and other. Then we also see "Bismillah-Hotel" on other shop and "Madonna Wine" and then "Mary .." on other shop. I don't have to say here that these are THE MOST SACRED WORDS IN THOSE RESEPCTIVE RELIGIONS. Still people from same religion use those words where ever they wish.
We didn't like it. Hence, we felt to convey this message.
Come on, they belong to the same religious person, and their own people are not taking objection on this. It shows that the people from same religion are capable enough to destroy themselves.
In fact, atom bombs, ecological imbalance, untruthfulness, dishonesty, unethical prqctices, corruption and malpractices are biggest villains in/ for the humanity and hence human beings are capable enough to destroy themselves.
Above example is mere a show piece of this fact.
I am afraid to say but it is the fact, that Human beings are capable enough to destroy themselves.
Similarly, I apologise here if some one is hurt, but, in case we stop these useless things just now then our Next Generation, will understand the true meaning and sacredness of these words and they will continue to be sacredly used for ever. Otherwise, slowly they will lose their importance as people may use these sacred words any where they wish.
