Promise Jobs, Create Jobs, Get Elected and Protect Jobs of your citizens, is new trend in Democracies all over the world

Promise Jobs, Create Jobs, Get Elected and Protect Jobs of your citizens, is new trend in Democracies all over the world

India, Greece, then BrExit then USA elections, ...you name it and proofs are there.

Any government who cannot do is going to lose the election or power, it seems in future, unemployment is great demon and unless jobs are created it cannot be tamed.

Hence, I always say, jobs, jobs and jobs, creation of jobs can solve many problems and even can bring peace and prosperity and progress on earth as it will keep busy people in their daily lives.

I'm writing this, as I've seen, even Ph.D. from IIT, Ph.D. from other Universities having all qualifications and skills, but are sitting jobs less. Lot of recently graduated Engineers sitting helplessly in the squares/ chowk/ nukkad in all across India and talked to them. Lot of commerce and arts graduates same fate. Their major complaint is they don't have money to start business and they are not willing to do 'negatively fantastic things' in their own business... They also have a complaint that they appear for interview but they are shown where they stand than what they can do. A person had done MBA from UK, didn't get job in UK came back, now when he applies for the job, ... the interviews treat him like UK MBA and feel they cannot afford the salary...at par... Many voted new government in view that it will create jobs for youths but they are disappointed, they feel all parties are same, when not in power they promise a lot but when in power they are same....

A few days ago I was on the railway station to drop a relative, there was huge rush. For just 500 seats of vacancy, more than 1,000,000 were appearing for the exams all over India... They had no concession for travel and hence, many were walking on the streets and walked 10 to 20 km till railway stations to go back home from big cities to their home, to travel by train or buses....

Recently, when we conducted the interview for one Institute. The vacancy was for the position of Assistant Professor, just for 2 post, we had to interview 257 candidates... as it was walk in and the owner was conducting the interview after some 10 years and he had no idea that there are so many people pursuing Ph.D. or have competed Ph.D. and they are promised full scale but are not getting full scale if they are in job...etc. so from fresh to already Assistant Professor were coming for better opportunity...

In one of the factory, for the permanent job after of apprenticeship even B.Engg. , BA, B.Com. and even MBA candidates were there, where the required qualifications were 10th grade....

It's a wake up call for humanity and which could start from at least world's well known democracies, hence, this effort.
