Public cannot and don't have short memory when Internet is awake forever and available 24 by 7

Public cannot and don't have short memory when Internet is awake forever and available 24 by 7

I was listening to one political gimmick world over. Public have short memory, they keep in mind what is given to them for a short-while, and immediately.

A person said, "The work of any government in the world is visible in the last hour of its tenure and then s/he demands vote....in democracy...."

I said, "I don't agree. On this my answer is clear and hope all agree on it and it's applicable to all and everything under the Sun....(Everyone laughed). Come on man, People have terrific memory, when internet is available 24 X 7 and forever awake and working, if they require something they will know it just then and there. May it be instance, event, people, person, government, work, etc. Even Law favors public like RTI and RTE and.....furthermore, Transparency and Accountability in Public Work is the future, .....Also, Responsible Democracy and Direct Democracy is the future.....whether anyone like it or not."

"Hey Ashish, how can you say that?" A friend.

I said, "Just google anyone here, his work, his details....they are available....online 24/ 7.....same is the case with all the news and events and all the government departments and individuals and scientists and doctors and politicians and ...... come on boy....it's internet, it's stored forever and it's growing and its reach is increasing and getting cheaper as well.....and it's technology is user friendly and its utility is getting better and better and the best and exceptional and excellent and....(All laughed)."

He said, "Ashish, you think amazingly and differently that's why.....we like you...." .....I was flattered and left the scene.....

God bless this world.
