Bureaucracy and Democracy are inseparable?
Democracy requires commanding officeres and offices and transperancy in activities. Does it mean Bureaucracy is inseparable part of Democarcy.
Still debate in on.
There are two views:
Side 1:
Faster decisions like happen in coporate world, cannot become part of democarcy.
2. Side 2:
Faster decisions like corporate decisions can be part of democracy.
