Bureaucracy and Democracy are inseparable?
Bureaucracy and Democracy are inseparable?
Democracy requires commanding officeres and offices and transperancy in activities. Does it mean Bureaucracy is inseparable part of Democarcy.
Still debate in on.
There are two views:
Side 1:
Faster decisions like happen in coporate world, cannot become part of democarcy.
2. Side 2:
Faster decisions like corporate decisions can be part of democracy.
Coming more.

Monsoon and Indian Culture
Monsoon and Indian Culture
One of my seniors once predicted that where ever there is monsoon rain Indian kinds of Culture exists around the world.
It is a parallel thought existing still on earth.
His self-explanatory examples were:
Cambodia-Ang Kor Wat Temple,
Indonesia-Borobudur Temple,
Near Brazil and Mexico, INCA, MAYA, etc.
He supported it with evidence by living over there for few days.
He also meant that Indian living style suits at these places as there is Summer for 4 months, Monsoon Rainy season for 4 months, and Winter for 4 months...
Research is further required....for further findings.

Space Age Schools, Institutes, Organisations in 22000 A.D.
Yesterday we talked about how would be our Institute in the year 22000 A.D.? There will be students from Pluto, Mars, .... The space above our school, say one kilometer above, the Library will be hired in Cubic Meters and someone will build its hotel or home there and will come down just 10 minutes before the his contact-hour/ lecture starts. There will be students who will come at the speed of light from Pluto and beyond, as they find that ethics still survive on earth and hence few also will send their children to take education on earth.
There will be corporations who will take material from earth and there will be ethics debate on earth that whether even cow dung should be allowed to take out of earth or not? As it is a very good fertiliser and it is part of the Bio-Geo-Chemical cycle on earth.
Whether other space material should be brought on earth and its weight should be increased or not will also be an issue.

Awakening Child Within and Keeping Child in You Alive
Awakening Child Within and Keeping Child in You Alive
We travel almost 100 kilometers everyday in super traffic of Bangalore everyday.
To invest time in Bus becomes a hell for few people. Few take a nap few get bored.
We invest time.
We just start kidding.
Yesterday we talked about how would be our Institute in the year 2100 A.D.?
There will be students from Pluto, Mars, ....

There will be space ship drivers in demand....the imagination went at such level that few Professor literally were started falling down from their chair. It got stretched up to the break-fast table (we take break-fast together in college canteen), and then while eating only it stopped forcibly.
....
Let us not let die a child within so that imagination and fantasy and real life enjoyment do not die off.
It's a joy.
Swami / Bhagawan Ramkrishna Paramhansaji used to say to the Goddess Kali that he was her child and was always got deeply engrossed in his meditation. Further more, doing that he used to forget his bodily senses. Such was his ultimate devotion that child within him took him to ultimate reality.
I know one Business School in Pune the SCMLD where awakening child is a big exercise, they do it seriously.

The space above our school, say one kilometer above the Library, will be hired in Cubic Meters and someone will build its hotel or home there and will come down just 10 minutes before the his contact-hour/ lecture starts.
There will be students who will come at the speed of light from Pluto and beyond, as they find that ethics still survive on earth and hence few also will send their children to take education on earth.

Super Mothers and Super Fathers
Super Mothers and Super Fathers
Yesterday, we saw one mother driving her child to school. She was driving on the footpath like any teenager in Bangalore or Pune.
It just clicked me as if I am watching super mother of modern times. Otherwise we saw such mothers in Terminator movie who tries to save her child. We know about Queen of Zansi and we know about our own mother.
My mother was teacher and was perfect in domestic and job work. Thus, I know many such super mothers, like our sister, Ms. Indra Nuyi has also said that she takes care of her child well. Thus, also our American Sister Ms. Angelina Joli becomes super mother. My sister, Dr. Amita, is height of super mother she is Doctor (Medical) and she took care of twin daughters. She had one friend who delivered triplet and was working as well, super height of super mother.
Similarly, I know one father, who cooks breakfast for his lone son and takes him to school, brings back him, he doesn't have other family members, and still his son is one of the topper in the class and the super father is also working well without any complaint.
In future when human being will go to space there will be super-mother, super-father, super-sons, super-daughters on the board of space-ships.

Elephant drawing his own Painting: Watch Extraordinary movie of 5 minutes: Please don't disturb him
Who says only Human beings have the great brains?
http://ishare.rediff.com/filevideo.php?id=144939
5.9 billion human beings out of 6 billion population around the world won't be able to draw this kind of drawing, and painting.
Already one of my friend has got a nasty comment on his drawing abilities when he was compared with this super elephant.
One of the most Superb movie on animals I ever watched around the world.
Thanks for this contribution on rediff.

The truth is that, this world doesn't require anybody
The truth is that, this world doesn't require anybody (Poem)
One boy was moving around the world, with his contributions and learning.
He was living happily for moment to moment, and cruising the life's unique journey.
After few achievements he started thinking he is very important person on earth.
He went to Prime Ministers, Presidents, Kings, Rulers, Authorities, Richest, all big personalities.
Once, he heard the most important person in his life and his icon is no more.
He cried, kept his cool, as he felt earlier that the world requires the people like his Icon.
For few days, he felt world requires important people like his icon and all the biggies mentioned above.
Soon he started feeling his importance, a lot and a lot.
Once, he was just passing by and heard what people say behind him.
He was shattered for the moment, when heard, "Understand the business, today Him, next someone else."
He took a break that day.
Thought over it, in and out, this and that.
Came to the conclusion, DEATH is the ultimate reality, that he will face at the end of life's journey.
Went to God ask him few questions, got his answers, and was again back on his life's journey.
His, first sentence when he came back was, "This world doesn't require anybody".
.....Rest is history.
Every moment the boy was dying his past moment and was living in new moment.
After all body perishes and not the infinite,
This material world perishes not the immortal soul,
This mortal world perishes and not the God,
All the half-truth and falsehood dies and not the ultimate truth, and
Hence everyone else dies but not the enlightened soul, because
After realisation enlightened soul gets unitised and fused with God himself, hence,
All qualities of God are applicable to him.
Many call such people Saint, Prophet, ...this and that,
However, he remains the representative of God on earth,
Whether you accept it or not.
The Reason,
This world does not require any reason to exist,
This world does not require anybody to retain its existence.
It moves on its way whether you are there or not.
The Reason,
This world does not require anybody...
This is the plain, straight forward truth of life,
The early we understand the better.

We Require individual space travellers like we had Magellan, Viking, VascoDaGama, Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci for exploring space near earth and beyond
If humanity has to survive in long run then humanity require individual space travellers, with individual spacecrafts who can travel in space and come back, telling stories and experiences. Earlier we had Magellan, Viking, VascoDaGama, Columbus, Amerigo Vespucci who explored the earth, now it is for exploring space near earth and beyond we require adventurists.
It has been requirement of the day for the future and survival of man kind.

If giant organisations can merge then why cannot India-Pakistan, USA-Russia, Israel-Palestine, North Korea and South Korea kinds of countries merge?
If giant organisations can merge why, yes, why cannot India-Pakistan, USA-Russia, Israel-Palestine, North Korea and South Korea kinds of countries merge?
Just see there is news that GM and DCX merging. Last decade they were competing with each other.
There was a news that AIG has 1.3 trillion assets and taking help from Federal Bank. Come on 1.3 Trillion could be GDP of both countries together few years back.
Hence, if giant organisations can merge why, yes, why cannot India-Pakistan kinds of countries? That's the question, I have expressed before many Indians, Pakistanis, and lot of people around the world, since I was 9 years old.
However, till date I didn't get a proper answer from seniors.
In this regard, I want to be as old as 9 years as if I feel I am grown up then suddenly the hot discussion starts in the room over this issue.
Yes, next generation has to think over it again, we are wasting time, energies, money, resources, on fighting.
In fact if Russia and USA are enemies they should be merged/merged,
If India-Pakistan are enemies they must be united/ merged,
If Israel-Palestine are enemies they must be united/ merged,
If N. Korea-S.Korea are enemies they must be merged,
If ....
It will stop arms race and wastage of money and resources.
We invest this money in development of humans and will take human beings to multiple places in Universe and Multiverse (Multiple Universe).
We are short of time for other many problems like pollution etc. we invest manpower into that.
Sorry if I have hurt anybody's feelings but clashes, blasts, deaths, unfair competitions, corruptions, pollutions at all levels, hegemonies, and time wasting attitudes should stop for survival of human kind.
Otherwise human beings will be the ones who will be responsible for their own destruction.
I know now no one will listen to me, hence, Amen, Amin, Aum.

Similar Spiritual and Religious Stories from All the Religions
Similar Spiritual and Religious Stories from All the Religions
Since childhood everyone listens to the stories told by seniors, it could be parents, teachers or relatives or friends or anyone.
When once I heard the story of Jesus Christ, immediately I came to know that in Hindu - Script there is story of RantiDev. Very much similarity between both sacrifices to hold high the humanity. (Story of Ranti Dev, by Geeta Press Gorakhpur). One more story all of us listen in our childhood is also, Dadhichi Rushi. He literally donated his bones to develop the weapon for Gods to over power/ kill Demons.
Another one, there was story that Grandfather of Shivaji went to Shahasharif, i.e. a Hindu went to Muslim Saint and asked for off springs/ sons. When he got two sons he named them Shahaji and Shrafji. Similar story is there for Nabab Shujauddoula's wife. She was devotee of Hanuman the Hindu god, when she got a son she constructed a Hanuman temple in Alipanja area of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. (A story in Loksatta, Monday, 6th April 1998).
Thus, FAITH HAS NO RELIGION and BHAKTI or DEVOTION has its own POWER called SHAKTI which has no barriers. In this spiritual field, any one can offer his/ her prayer to any God anywhere in the world. If some one finds a barrier, then it is an artificial barrier and many have successfully broken it many times, as an individual whenever s/he was in trouble and when even they came to final decision, that only this God/ Saint can help me/ my family/ near and dear ones.
Then there is a story of 'Noah's Arc' which is similar to the Matsyavatar (Incarnation of Lord Vishnu) and a Man, who saved the Vedas (the spiritual script along with the basic seeds of the living entities on earth) using his formidable Boat/ Arc.
There are so many similar stories we can quote here that a trillion words/ pages will not be enough. Thus, ultimately, all religions are similar and have similar foundations. Ultimately that ultimate reality is also only one, it reminds us.
Faiths are same religions are same, they differ by not more than 0.0000000000000001%. It is fact, because faith overpowers all religions. FAITH is ONE God is One the almighty and alpervading, Allah, Yehova, the anant koti brahmand nayak....
Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude, ashish.urkude@gmail.com

India to North Pole, India to South Africa via Egypt and Israel, and India, China, Russia to Japan : A common Rail and Road Link
India to North Pole, India to South Africa via Egypt and Israel, and India, China, Russia to Japan : A common Rail and Road Link
Why cannot India and China and Russia, UK, Scandinavian countries, Korea and Japan (in fact up to North Pole) and up to South Africa via Iran and Egypt and Israel link their Rail Links? Americas, Australia and Antarctica could be done later.
Right from the start it could be super fast trains.
Ok?
Similar thing could be built on moon, mars, and other planets later in our solar system and beyond to Universal places and Multiversal ( Anant koti brahmand) places.
There is news about: Rail link:

Trans-Siberian + Korea = A deadly combination for Euro-Asian Cargo transport:
http://www.moscowtimes.ru/article/1009/42/369700.htm
Are we more interested in breaking humanity and human bonds than connecting them? Are we more interested in fighting than in friendship? Are we more interested in corruption and lethargy than activity and peace on earth? I don't know, but these are worth trying and accomplishing projects.
In fact why rail only road link is also possible.
Asia to Americas, Antarctica and Australia could be done later but this project is viable.

Pope warns to avoid extreme Atheism and extreme Godless societies
Pope warns to avoid extreme Atheism and extreme Godless societies:
He means it. If faith in God dies, then there may be a possibility of ethics, values, die and humanity may be in pipeline of self destruction.
Thus, all religious leaders are concern about faith in God not less nor more. Hence, I repeat all the times FAITH has NO RELIGION. Similar warning is there from all the religious leaders, may it be Hindu, Muslim, Buddhism, ......Now, that 83 year old senior Pope Benedict, says it, then it means we are in trouble and has to find a permanant solution over this problem.

The Aim of Vedas essentially is Enlightenment of Self and every entity. In fact other side of it is if one is enlightened soul then he finds everything else enlightened. Other side is if you can enlighten yourself then after knowin the path you can guide others for the enlightenment/ salvation/ atmadnyan/ atmagyan/ nirvana/ brahmadnyan/ brahmagyan/ mukti.
I had few videos and audios sung by very many experts but it is not accepting hence couldnot load here, I'll try later.
It is worth listening and practicing.

In fact what Upanishads predicts Geeta confirms it or you can say that there are many similarities between Bhagavadgeeta (Geeta/ Bhagavatgeeta) and Upnishada, there are many shlokas/ stanzas having similar meaning, due to similar experiences of rishis and munees and seers and the God himself. The reason given was that at particular level of enlightenment all the entities get united with that almighty which is in everything. Hence, confirmation from Lord Shrikrishna and the prophets like Ramkrishan Paramhansa, Jesus Christ, Vivekanada, Sai Baba, Mohammad Paigambar, Lord Buddha, Lord Mahavira, Guru Nanakji, Sant Dnyaneshwar, puts the confirmation on all pervading existence of bliss of God.
There are many lessons and experiences and rules and regulations of the game of life are given in this classic book.
It is more an experience than any thing else.
Words are inadequate to describe the experience of God and his words in Geeta.

Why projects fail around the world? : The Reasons and Concern: A wake up call to humanity
Why projects fail around the world? : The Reasons and Concern: A wake up call to humanity
USA, Western European Countries, Canada, and Japan build their infrastructure first then their Economy took giant leap. Just see how the Metro Railways are planned; just see the multi terrain but multi-lane highways were planned and built, just experience the fastest trains like TGV from France and Bullet Trains from Japan. In fact, China is supposed to be the over heated Economy due to infrastructure build up and timely completion of the best projects like multiple flyovers and express ways in many cities and the giant projects like three Gorges Dam. Also, nobody can forget the Stadiums and infrastructures that were built to convene the Beijing Olympics 2008.
Similarly, Mexico, Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, everywhere the infrastructures build up is timely and phenomenal.
However, there are 200 countries around the world, where such Projects add value to their infrastructure. Also, today, many countries are on the verge of infrastructure collapse due to non execution of well planned projects or if there are few projects then they lack the political-will to complete it. However, it is certain that construction activities are a non stop phenomenon around the world.
Hence we analyzed few projects in different parts of world, successful projects as well as projects those were failures. We observed that many projects in underdeveloped and developing countries were not completed on time. No one realized that by doing so they had wasted time and human efforts and money.
Later on we carried out a proper analysis.
Finally, we came to the conclusion that for starting a Civil Engineering Projects in these countries, following are the basic considerations for its successful completion.
1. Availability of adequate Capital and supporting Financial Management,
2. Availability of sufficient Land as per requirement and proper Land Management,
3. Availability of Raw Materials required for the work in the vicinity and proper Logistic and Supply Chain Management,
4. Availability of Talent both Skilled and non skilled Man-Power and their Management,
5. Availability of Energy in the zone and Energy Management,
6. Availability of Water in close vicinity and better Water Management,
7. Availability of latest Technology know-how and the Technology Management,
8. Availability of viable Roads and non-stop Commutation mediums all around,
9. Availability of suitable Political support and security provision from the state,
10. Availability of better Project Management team that keep a track on Project activities,
11. Availability of the better Governance, the better coordination, the cooperation and the synergy among the governmental and non-governmental parties.
Thus, before planning for any project these factors has to be examined judiciously. Otherwise non – fulfillment of any one of the above the project may collapse before the aim is achieved which may result in huge loses. For example, there was an Outer Ring Road that was planned in Nagpur City and huge funds were allocated but unwillingness of political support was major cause of failure and the funds were either diverted to other major projects or expansion of the cities made this project unviable after five years. Then, there are cases in Nigeria, where Shell built the best pipeline for fuel transport, however, after the clashes between two groups, one group used their influence and literally exploded the pipelines and the project was stalled for many months. The problem here was not considering the security issue. Then there were major project failures in Pakistan, Bangladesh due to similar reasons.
Thus, there are various Real-Time causes of Project failure, some of which we are putting over here.
Incorrect data collection: Generally, before the civil engineering project there is a survey of site. E.g. in three Gorges Dam in China, different teams were conducting the survey of the site, so that the USD 20 Billion Project becomes a huge success for all the organisations involved. There was geological team, there were seismologists, there were chemical analysts, etc. they conducted a through survey to know the details of the site, before and after the dam is build.
Now if the survey team has been found not exerting to record updated data, the project would fail. In other case if Detailed Project Report (DPR) team depends on very old data recorded somewhere then also the project may fail. Hence latest data has its importance.
Also, Geological and Geographical changes that will be developed due to pressure of Dam water that could lead to Earthquake effects also had its importance. If they are not considered then it may lead to faulty design of the whole structures of the project.
Indian Railways (IR) had a bitter experience in one of its Project where soil investigation data recorded was based on very old record. At the time of designing foundation of major bridge of Railway Track. The old data recorded was found to be wrong as per the present conditions which were due to rapid geological changes in that area. If IR had considered it to be correct the foundation for the major bridge could have been wrong. In fact the bridge would have been down within few months of its construction. The remedy was IR had to go further down for the foundation for safety purpose. This had resulted in loss of time and financial overruns.
Not acquiring whole piece of land required: Some times it happens that construction activities are started only after getting some portion of demarcated land and keeping efforts to get the other important part of the land. After completing lot of construction, some time the other part of land can not be acquired and get delayed very much. This is also a cause of concern for delay and additional financial burden on the client which is not included in the estimate.
Sudden change/s in pre-planned capacity: In one case, a project was started for a preplanned and approved capacity of 'A' size. All the arrangements were made accordingly. However, after some time under some political pressure it was planned for enhanced capacity 'B' without thinking over pros and cons. The result was inevitable, after 5 years the project was closed, for want of additional resources and time. In short, there was shortage of water, lack of sufficient electrical energy, non availability of raw material in that part of country, land acquisition was a big problem, availability of more skilled man power became a problem, adding fuel were, the non availability of viable roads and advanced technology as the project was not previewed from time to time for this enhanced capacity. It delayed the project and later on it was closed for not being viable option.
Inadequate fund flow: It has been observed that some projects have been started with limited financial resources on some assurance. After investing lot of available cash and loans the further requirement of fund flow could not be fulfilled and the project remained incomplete resulting in total Failure.
Labour Unrest: Valuable working hours are lost due to causeless labour unrest created by some political parties or labour unions or people having vested interest. In almost every country on this earth, every political party has its own labour union or people having support to some ideology. Their demands are never ending.
The major problem among these people is that they should think telescopically than microscopically. They should think that if they are BPL (Below Poverty Line) at present moment then after well planned hard work they could come up as APL (Above Poverty Line). However, ideology and practical never goes hand in hand and thus, due to continuous strikes and intermittent closure of work, the most valuable man days are lost and production is affected. It increases the cost of the production on one hand and on the other hand the workers get fewer wages. The low paid employees thus never recoup and the wages are lost and they remain BPL from generation to generation.
Bad political influence: Many experts claim that even if all the above points are taken care of well in advance in some countries like India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, there is no guarantee of showing political maturity. There are hundreds of examples where the government of "A" political party has sanctioned and started a project for the benefit of public the government of "B" political party coming in power will not allot sufficient funds for that project to be completed in time or will stop it which results in national loss.
Imagine a situation like in Italy where there were 19 governments in 17 years.
Hence, we must state here that, the projects are started in national interest for the benefit of all the citizens. Hence, they should be completed on time, in the larger interest of public. The political leader from a particular party, who comes as an administrator should not have interference in it to spoil or stop but to apply his skill to complete early in a better way to add value in the project and to add in his list of achievements in place of showing his bankruptcy of political maturity. No one shows maturity that other political party started this project and our political party has completed it in the interest of nation.
It is the same story, 1950's through 2010, the on job Project Leaders find all kinds of deficiencies as explained above to complete the project in scheduled target.
Hence this article to alert the government/s and peoples from various nations.
Mr. Manohar Govind Urkude, and Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude, ashish.urkude@gmail.com
