I can't answer this question, "Sir, if I don't get services in a Bank, during working hours, when the employees are busy in their own work like printing their own salary slip, can it be called corruption?"
One of my student went to one Bank, and this has happened to him. The reason he said, "They are paid for the customers services and if they neglect then?..."
I could not answer immediately.
