Faster the SPACE - AGE Collaborative Efforts the better
After Launching 10 satellite in one launch of PSLV-C-9: http://www.rediff.com/news/2008/apr/28sat.htm I have few more suggestions.
Let us see what top technologically advanced countries are doing. Let us visit their websites. Really it is worth human efforts to know in details:
1. USA through NASA: http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/shuttle/main/index.html
2. Russia through Roskosmos: http://www.roscosmos.ru/index.asp?Lang=ENG
3. China through China National Space Administration (CNSA) : http://www.cnsa.gov.cn/n615709/cindex.html
4. Europe including UK, France, Germany, and all European nations, through European Space Agency: http://www.esa.int/esaCP/index.html
5. Japan: http://www.jaxa.jp/index_e.html
6. India through ISRO: http://www.isro.org/
In fact there are 22 space organizations/ agencies working on space missions:1. People's Republic of China2. Russian Federation3. United States Soviet Union4. European Space Agency5. India6. Israel7. Japan8. Ukraine9. Argentina10. Brazil11. Canada12. France13. Germany14. Indonesia15. Iran16. Italy17. South Korea18. Malaysia19. Pakistan20. Rep. of China (Taiwan)21. Spain22. United KingdomClick and Try these following links on Wikipedia website. Thanks to free Wikipedia.People's Republic of ChinaRussian FederationUnited StatesSoviet UnionESA European Space AgencyIndiaIsraelJapanUkraineArgentinaBrazilCanadaFranceGermanyIndonesiaIranItalySouth KoreaMalaysiaPakistanRep. of China (Taiwan)SpainUnited KingdomSome classical feat by India:
Launching 10 satellite in one launch of PSLV-C-9: http://www.rediff.com/news/2008/apr/28sat.htm
Now that India is developing Chandrayan 1 (Moon-vehicle 1), I have few suggestions:
1. Let us divide job work,
2. Let India go to Moon and establish civilization there few other developing countries will help India,
3. Let China go for Mars and do the same,
4. Let USA with NASA as sphere head will go for Europa and do the same,
5. Let Russia go for Titan and do the same,
6. Let Japan go for Asteroids,
7. Let us also try to establish base on small planets between mars and Jupiter. If this division of workload does not happen quickly, NASA, European Space Agency and Roscosmos will be overburdened.I firmly believe that, to go beyond moon, mars and even beyond our solar system, and galaxies this exercise has become need of the hour.Hence these stress easing exercises.
Lastly, I would say one thing: The early we do this, the better.

DR. ASHISH MANOHAR URKUDE
Profile
of Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude
Now a Full time Author with www.ijordgroup.in . He authored almost 8 books on his Ph.D. and PDF research based on indeginisation is the only solution for any country to survive in this world at any level and in any field. Earlier he was Professor; and till
2012, he was part of Strategic Management Committee as a Vice President Academic
Affairs (PVC-Academics) in the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies,
Dehradun/Delhi and working directly with Honorable President, CEO, Honourable
Chancellor, Honourable Vice Chancellor, and Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin)
and thus is part of every decision that shapes the positive future of the
University. As a VP AA, he solved daily academics and academic administration
problems in the relatively new university and built the standard continuous
evaluation and implementation procedure and system to a level of self-propagation
and even streamlined the strategic affairs as well. For this he dad to send 13000 emails to his
team members, he had to develop more than 75 Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) to link every academic continuous evaluation and administrative operation
in the University with SAP. Thus, he restructured student admission to final
placement procedure and system as a part of Academics. It helped UPES to become
first University to implement SAP. He solved all these problems by respectfully
conducting meeting at the chamber/desk of Chancellor, Vice Chancellor to
Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) to Directors and at the desk and chamber of each
and every Faculty to every Executive of UPES, to student leaders and thus every
stake holder of UPES. He firmly believes that position is given to serve and
solve the problems not to enjoy it in the chamber by holding that position.
Many claimed he did the job of 5 years in the span of ONE year. That’s his work
is worship approach and he believes that god does these work through him.
About Academic Excellence, in brief, he holds Bachelors of Engineering, MBA, M.
