Top 11 Problems in Organised and Unorganised Sectors around the world

Part 1: In Unorganised Sector: Top 10 problems in unorganised sector, according to experts, nothing personal :

  1. Lot of exploitation at all the levels, and inhuman behaviours at all the levels at some places
  2. No Records of some of the workers even in any of the government files
  3. Unethical and even draconian practises at some places
  4. Criminal elements holds the power, and control at some places
  5. Job security do not exists in all the places
  6. Less trust and faith among contract labourers and actual labourers, in some places
  7. Migration of workers kills the career and education of most of the children in most of the cases
  8. Payment is shown something else and given something else, at some places
  9. Working conditions, a big question? How can humans look at others like cheaper labourers?
  10. Morality is kept out of picture and emotions and earning huge money does not go hand in hand is taught while handling labourers to Managers who take care of this business of contract labourers …. This is the biggest hurdle….
  11. Salary deduction is very common, in case duty is missed even one day or for some time, but there is no over time payment.

Part 2: In Unorganised Sector: Top 10 intellectual and smart problems in organised sector, according to some experts, nothing personal :

  1. Even qualified and skilled engineers are working at far low skilled jobs…. Even top ICT and Technology companies hire them and pay less. Isn’t it an intelligent exploitation in this era?
  2. Interview is kept at certain destination and to and fro journey tickets are not paid, even the farce interview is conducted and jobs are also given to previously fixed person
  3. Even Teachers and Professors are literate but are paid salary not up to the mark of 7th pay commission even if it should be made mandatory by the government of India in all the institutions. Some are paid only if the admissions of the students are full and up to the mark. Why not government of India declare education is the business for such institution? Even top Institutes do not have full strength of Professors and staff, and they are ranked above all, showing “Show Off” Rankings. Height is the graduates from this place tell lot of things to others, but, they could not fix there Alma-matter till now, and they are accused of forming a cartel and accused of not letting others get higher positions, is very old story, that, appeared in many dailies across world.
  4. Politics, Power and Penny, Plays a big role or the only role in getting job done, here too. Biggest tragedy is still, the Smart workers most of the times outsmart the hard workers.
  5. At most of the places bottom 5% of the performers have been shown the door most of the times, at the end of the financial year. In fact, even pink slip is very common, in the morning job is there and in the evening while going home, jobless.
  6. Working culture is better kept away from this talk. Let me know at least one person who has not worked overtime in private sector in India and have claimed the overtime unlike government sector. Though now a day, both government/ public and private sector have equally big stress of work load.
  7. Benefits, Welfare Scheme, looks better in government/ public sector and even very few private sector companies in India are coming up with it.
  8. Talent war is the era of the past it seems, as even today, Ph.D.’s from top institutions are searching jobs. Even though many have proper skills, qualifications, attitude, and hard work and connections are there, still, joblessness is too high.
  9. Opportunism has increased and opportunists take advantage of it.
  10. Multilaterism has increased but, BrExit proves, nationalism and job to locals is the major issue even in the Globalisation, Privatisation and Liberalisation era.
  11. Most of the entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial adventures are failing in the hyper-dynamic world, hence, increase in joblessness and unemployment.
