Mobile phone as well as humane sensitive democracies are need of the hour

Mobile phone and Touch screen sensitive democracy including voting rights and humane sensitive democracies are need of the hour

1. Why can't the voting be done through cellphone why old people have to go to voting booth? Why the Democracies are not mobile phone sensitive? Why problems are not solved via video conferencing everyday by the corporate and MLC, and MLA of that area?
2. In fact, voting by s.m.s., emailing, personal voting, by post, by courier, by many ways can be done when the AADHAR / Unique ID (in India), SIN (in Canada), and PAN and so many identifications are interlinked per person.
3. Another example:
Why not every infrastructure project be finished in / within deadlines by builders? Who is responsible for that? In case live video is feed through proper channel then it's review can be done and the authorities can decision then and there, as all the other records are available on the portal for each builder.
We need decision makers than delayers.
4. After looking at the child labor students asked where are the law implementer? The politicians talk big show us big dreams but can't implement simple laws and can't get it implemented by others and then how can you tell Sir, to trust them? I was helpless.....hence this article.

After all, all technologies should help building human civilization in total and not for selected few....was the main concern of all.

What will be the skills, and qualities of the head of the country, Prime Minsters and Presidents in 2100 AD? Suggestions are welcome...

What will be the skills, and qualities of the head of the country, Prime Minsters and Presidents in 2100 AD? Suggestions are welcome...
1. Cool minded and highly ethical and truthful, having empathy for all citizens, equally well, in case he has to be appreciated by the citizens due to increased transparency in the day to day activities with 100th generation of Telephones and Information and Telecommunication Technologies.
2. Skill to/ of getting work done from his ministry and from government employees.
3. Work in collaborations with UNO and associates, an improved version than today.
4. Work in collaborations with Moon and other space settlements.
5. Walk the talk or ............face the music.....from citizens or leave the office if can't.

Why the question is relevant?:

1. The question is so relevant as, by that time, China would be 4 billion population, India 4 billion, Russia 3 billion and the only place having excess space.

2. The question is relevant as people are questinoing all the existing government systems across the globe.

3. The question is relevant as there is growing unrest among the intellectuals, genius and even wise people about the accountability of the governments across the globe.

4. In the faster development of technologies, if each person can have his/ her say, then while implementation the best suggestion can be selected by technology and can be implemented for the national or global cause, then why not a government where in each citizen is the ruler of the state, idea, be implemented by 2100 A.D.  ?

5. The question is relevant as many feel, any government may come but our problems are not taken care by any of the government. If it leads to intolerance then?

6. Why can't it may be made compulsory to have 100% or even 99.99% voting in the system? Where each one can vote free from any influence on his cell phone? Or have his/ her say on any issue? Why each and every person be literate and wise enough to take decision be made by that time?  In case these issues are not solved holistically, human civilization will dig deep its burial it seems now. If each human being is not given importance like viruses give importance to their each being, we humans will perish that's for sure.

Suggestions are welcome.

If they cannot help it doesn’t mean they are not our well-wishers, they themselves are feeling helpless, and that’s all

If they cannot help it doesn’t mean they are not our well-wishers, they themselves are feeling helpless, and that’s all

My neighbor said, “My child expressed grief over my job loss, and offered prayers to God for our well-being. That’s all she could do, at that time, being just infant who just started talking and Indian etiquette. What more can I expect from her? What could she understand from job and job loss? She could help in that fashion only”.
Some one said, “Look, who is helping you, none. Can this child help you?”
At that time, I intervene and said, “If they cannot help it doesn’t mean they are not our well-wishers, they themselves are feeling helpless, and that’s all!”
Hearing this answer, the, boy himself, who is also a well-wisher, was stunned.
It happened many a times.
Once, our neighbors son went for fighting on Indo-Pak border with militants, many retired soldiers were watching the news and said, “We feel sorry about your son getting injured…”..etc. The soldier himself said, “Its part of routine….It’s the person on the front-line who has to take more bullets, and it’s very common for us.”…Thus there are many who think, even if they cannot help and still its part of lives even though they are well-wishers or in fact parents or relatives, as they feel, it’s the profession that is selected by the person demands so much risk to lives. Of course, in case, we can protect them, we will.
There are so many cases, that, the page would be insufficient to express the public views on this issue.
Parents teach everything but the child himself has to appear for the exams, and they offer prayers to god when child writes the exams in India.
If a person is undergoing treatment, many well wishers offer prayers to God and many a times, the person never knows that.
Many a times, seniors just offer blessings to the on going person on exams, or on front or for most important work…by that way they show they are well-wishers too…sometimes vibes show that someone is showing s/he is against us, but, at the end s/he helps in such a fashion that at the end we come to know how indirectly that person has helped us….
Thus, there are many ways to help a person and show we’re well-wishers than just actually taking part in some/ same activity; it may be due to our helplessness or due to some other issues.

They’re not hardworking that’s why I’m worried, not for they’re smart working, Sir.

They’re not hardworking that’s why I’m worried, not for they’re smart working, Sir.

Once, few people went to villages for marketing agro products, my boss wanted me to go but because of my busy schedule, I could not. So, my boss sent other two people in place of me. They were not hard workers and worked smartly only.
I asked boss, “Why they went and the office could not wait for just a day?”
My boss asked, “Why are you worried?”
I said, “They’re not hardworking that’s why I’m worried, not for they’re smart working, Sir.”
My boss said, “That’s good they’ll do twice the work than you can, and laughed.”
I said, “Time only will tell.”
Really after a month, the work they did could not be accepted by the management and I was sent again.
I went from door to door, from Sarpanch to common man and inquired about the fundamentals and then we could plan the strategy.
My boss explained what and how I went from door to door, etc. and brought phone numbers of almost every important person in that region that helped the organisation to plan the strategy. Then to smart executives were called, why could not you do that? They replied, “We’re General Managers and not simple executives to go door to door. Hence, we hired the local people and gave them the job, they failed to collect the data, hence, and we failed.”
I was asked, “Ashish, why you went door to door?”
I said, “Since long I work like that, as I like to live on ground, and unless I know ground realities I never work in any field. Problem solving is important than what position we hold, what money we got, or what power we have, or what links we have and profession we are in. In case we don’t solve problems of the world then they keep compiling a lot and after a century like today we have, we’ll have millions of problems only and no solutions left, hence, I always go door to door and person to person and understand the things and you all know the results.”
The people in the hall from our company kept clapping for a minute or more.

Can the government employees always online on Facebook or LinkedIn or Twitter or YouTube and other social sites be more helpful and better serving and transparent and more productive?

Can the government employees always online on Facebook or LinkedIn or Twitter or YouTube and other social sites be more helpful and better serving and transparent and more productive?

Thanks for the unstoppable but delayed decision to allow government employees to be online on social websites, but with one condition that they cannot write against government…..etc. Every Government in India forgets 5 million government employees vs. 1.3 billion citizens (As on 2016 A.D.) of this country make a huge difference in the likes, dislikes or neutral or hits or….

Also, in this world of transparency how so ever any government or organisation try to keep secret, the public are smart enough to make a dent in the information. Thus, why can’t government employees discuss openly about pros and cons about some policy matters? Open invitation to such issues can give us more edge in future.

It’s a matter of time, when people will demand more helpful, better serving, transparent and productive government offices and employees, hence this suggestion. Otherwise, for millions of years, the government offices and their image would remain the same unless they implement suggestion from well-wishers like me…… hence, left to government.

We should come together ASAP and solve the international and national and provincial boundary disputes once and for all and work for development and progress

We should come together ASAP and solve the international and national and provincial boundary disputes once and for all and work for development and progress

The point I'm raising has following reasons:

Part A: International Boundary Disputes:

1. Look and India and Pakistan, 4 wars over the boundary dispute.
2. India and China, 1 war over the boundary dispute.
3. Argentina and Great Britain, Falkland war, over the boundary dispute.
4. ........... can quote at least 200 such hot and burning cases, instantanly.

Part B: State or Provincial Boundary Disputes:
1. Tamilnadu and Kerala,
2. Maharashtra and Karnataka, ex. over city of Belgaum,
3. UP could be divided into several smaller parts, some say....
4. Maharashtra could e divided into Vidarbha and other parts, some say.....can quote 10 such hot and burning cases.

Part C: Even Cities, Towns and Villages have boundary disputes:
1. Some people who get benefits of Jungle land do not their land to be included in City or Metropolitan regions,
2. Some villagers want, their village to be part of big urban bodied and get Metropolitan facilities, ...over 1000 such burning cases, only in India....

There is no end.

Why not we sit together, solve these problems once and for all and work for development of societies?
Why we waste time on such petty issue and why we create it?

The point has following live and hot news as the reference, that China has border disputes with Philippines, Japan, ................., India,........ LET'S SOLVE ONCE AND FOR ALL and avoid future conflicts.

Babysitting with conducive atmosphere need to be created for Scientists Athletes Researchers Professors and others in case we need the Developed Society or to go to Distant Galaxies

Babysitting with conducive atmosphere need to be created for Scientists, Athletes, Researchers, Professors, other Experts and others in case we need the Developed Society or even to go to Distant places in the Galaxies

Various reasons:
  1. Only 10 countries trying for these things will not solve the total humanitarian problems.
  2. Ex. If India wants to be advanced nation, or any country needs to be at the top, these are necessities. Top doesn’t always means in certain domains only. If athlete has to perform the best, baby sitting can solve the problem, just try. We’ve seen children performing well, in studies, if babysitted, and it’s applicable in other domains as well, it’s my experience. Have records of more than 1000 people on this issue.
  3. Ex. Unless encouraged of given special importance none will opt for it. Ex. Astronauts and Cosmonauts, etc.
  4. Ex. Undue importance to non-essential people, places, and events, wastes time as per each individuals mind set. This could be different for each individual, for few watching movie is waste of time, for few going to religious places is waste of time, etc. but in case it’s balanced among each one of these are taken care as per their needs and wants in a limited framework can help and give humanity a better result. Ex. Some people hate politicians, some hate movie stars, some hate religious leaders, some hate the news readers, some hate teachers, some hate enemy country people, etc. and in case you make these people comfortable for sometime and then convince them that plurality is the humanity, and help overcome then it will help in long run.
  5. Article appeared earlier: “India should try for 2016 and 2020 A.D. Olympics written in 2008 A.D.” http://www.indianmba.com/Faculty_Column/FC886/fc886.html  etc. Similarly, it’s applicable everywhere, “Early the better.”

Like BrExit can we have plebiscite on Rise in Government Employees' Salary Rise.....A student

“Like BrExit, can we have plebiscite on Rise in Government Employees' Salary Rise?” A student.

While: Open Debate on: “5 million government employees versus 1.30 billion Indian population and plurality in the wake of 7th pay commission”

First person: “Sir, it’s unjust, we are more competitive than any of the government servant but we don’t have government job and they are getting salary rise, that too unjust and without any clear evidence of any of the employee’s great contribution to nation while working in government organisation.
Second person: “Can you prove you’re more competitive than any of the government employee in your domain?”
First person: “Sir, with due respect, I worked in HDFC bank, I was taking care of multiple domains and that too at multiple levels. Once, when we asked several Branch Managers of Government Banks, they could not deal with what I could, even though my position was just a manager. These people work in such a concrete framework that customers are not important to them but their so called government job they hold is very important and their salaries are most important.” (Almost every one in the class laughed).
Third Person: “Sir, I also have case where in I could deal in better fashion than an IAS Officer.”
Second person: “Can you prove you’re more competitive than that IAS Officer?”
Fourth Person: “Why the hell you always want proof?” (All laughed for a while)
…. There was no end.
Amar: “Sir, you go to more than half of the SBI, you’ll find 25% of the counters not working, 10% of their ATM not working. When, complaint is launched, nothing happens. We’re fed up, but still they get rise, and we’re left high and dry.”
Second person: “Oh! So you don’t have government job hence you’re jealous about government employees.”
Amar: “No, not like that. I left the government job and here I’m perusing the further studies, as I found, I’m wasting my talent in government job that I was in, and my conscience didn’t allow me to earn the salary for working for just 15 minutes to 1 hour job and showing I’m working for 9 to 10 hours.” (Everyone clapped and laughed).
Vikrant: “Sir, except for the Military personnel that too exceptional cases, why the image of government employees is corrupt, less working, communal, and united for money cause is there…..all across the world?”
Professor: “I’m facilitator and will not answer, though I can, you people come out…..with certain answers…”
Rajendra: “Sir, in Malaysia, people say, at least something happens in India in government jobs, at our place, for years together nothing moves on, even snails move, tortoise move but the files.” (Everyone laughed)
Rakesh: “Sir, when we have 700 million working population, if we don’t have more organised sector jobs, then, how can we grow? Why still labour unions are allowed and are there in the Bank, the Postal Services, the Telecommunications, the Railways, the Electricity board, the Water board, ….in ….are always triumphant? Are these people more important than Prime Minster or President that they can’t be replaced? What are the criteria of their position being hold for years together? Why can’t they be replaced once they get the job? Why can’t all the departments be privatised except the Military services?”
Raj: “Sir, I also have a question against the private sector employers who do not pay the salary on 1st of every month. Why government norms are not strict against these rich employers?”
Edwin: “Sir, when farmers are committing suicides even after hard work it’s a injustice to raise salary after every 10 years, when farmers are not getting raise, in basic commodity pricing, isn’t it?”
Richard: “Sir, I know, better Doctors than got selected in Government jobs. I know, better Engineers, Administrators, even better shooters, runners, players than those who got government jobs with these basic qualifications or skills. Why the best are not selected in Government jobs, why always the mediocre or those who have links get selected?”
Rashid: “Sir, since 50 years people are talking about black money and bringing back from Swiss Banks. (Laughs). Sir, are the people who keep money in Swiss Banks by fooling their governments so fool that our Government will declare in advance and these people will let their money bring back to their own countries? (All people laughed and clapped too.). Are we running fools governments on black money issues since long, how childish these people are, or how childishly they behave and rule or how smart these people are who show they don’t know the names of the people even if they know and try to hide their names and ……” (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Sir, if the money is properly distributed and tax is taxed properly there would be no misappropriation of money and there can’t be any beggar left in India, and even in the whole world. It’s a organised crime going on since millions of years. Sir, you just try to be Prime Minister of India, none will support you being honest and due to vested interests. They want a person who understands their business to be on the top. Who will pretend to be boss, but, actually is the follower of the decision makers at the back. We always agree, your words, “PM and Presidents are just show off positions.” (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Gurpreet: “Sir, even quota system is fraud and fixed to get job, to get salary and for vote bank. If there is 75% quota for OBC then also population is 750 million and by that way no quota is left, people making fool since long. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, any special comment?”
Dr. Ashish (Facilitator): “How does our country works only God knows?” (All people laughed and clapped too.). Every time, government jobs are discussed quota comes into picture, job fixation are raised, corruption is obviously discussed, non-working people are shown with pictures, no customer services point are raised, performance indicators are put into oceans are shown with proofs, and still they get salary rise after every 10 years is discussed…..where as more intelligent, smart, great administrators, better, …. Who are working in private sector is left high and dry is also discussed… You name it and I discussed it in so many countries and the points are same…. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Please continue boys and girls.
Sumit: “Sir, let this time, the strike is there by the government employees, and, I’ll put a petition to know the performance criteria of the government employees. Sir, you go to many banks and in post offices, half the employees are always missing. (All people laughed). Why can’t an alternate person be there to take care of the important job of customer care services when people are standing in queue and they don’t know the person is not coming to office… (All people laughed and clapped too) and then after half an hour when they raise the voice they come to know, there is no one to be there in the counter….(All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, I went to State Bank of India, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur Branch, and I faced it at least 10 times this situation.
Amit: “Sir, you people are lucky, at least your banks open everyday. Come to our village, hardly, it opens 4 to 5 days a week. Attendance is shown and work is shown but the gates are not open for common public”. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Ankita: “To whom to complaint Sir? If we complaint then we’re not dealt well next time, and at our village we don’t have other options, so we don’t want to spoil relations. Why and how can few people work in the same office for years together, when we heard government people can be transferred every after 3 years? The people who are there for more than 3 years have become “Gabbar” (Notorious) except for few. (All people laughed and clapped too.). There is fixation in transfers in the government jobs too. Still, they get rise in salary every after 10 years”. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Sanjiv: “Sir, I appeared in Bank Probationary Exams, not a single mistake, but, I was not selected. Even in case some 4 to 5 mistakes are there, still, I heard the passing marks are just 60%, then why I was not selected? I didn’t know where to complaint and by the time I came to know, the time had left”. (All people laughed and clapped too).
Rajiv: “Sir, one of our friend, extremely good in Statistics and have paper publications in top 5 journals around the world, that too consistently, whenever he applies in IIT or IIM, he is not selected. Are IIM and IIT too are fair in selection? (All people laughed and clapped too.). In case, these top institutions are not fair, government is not fair, hence, leave these 5 million. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Dr. Reality: “I’m a Doctor by profession. I know my good or bad profession more than anyone here. (Laughs). I’ve faced the rejection in the government jobs, in the private sector jobs and both sides are not fair, is my conclusion. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Where as uncertainty kills the private sector jobs sometimes, similarly, certainty in the government sector jobs also kills the productivity in that job is also too. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Why not government jobs be fixed for only for 15 years so that like vehicle is scrapped out in 15 years…. (All people laughed and clapped too) Dr. Ashish, why not you get a chance to build the IIM Nagpur as a Director? You’ve, experience of building infrastructure, running profit centre, running research centre, running the University, placing students, sending students for SIP, solving students and all stakeholders problems, …. Building the organisation, foreign collaborations….. You name it and you’ve put a hand in Institution building… why such messages of skilled people like you do not reach the Governments and why not they call you? Why people like you keep applying for jobs, where as jobs should follow you? (All people laughed and clapped too.). The major reason is, in private sector, education institutions are secondary earning for many and many have other sources of income….(All people laughed and clapped too). Where as in Government sector, already you know, even IIM and IIT have 4000 vacancies for the faculty positions…. It’s a show-off….educationists are well behaved and docile in behaviour and hence are sidelined always. However, Gunda elements are treated as important and dealt importantly….even our discussions are of no use and is of importance to them… (All people laughed and clapped too). The reality is government and government jobs have become monopolistic and hence we’re facing the music. (All people laughed and clapped too.). We’re not helpless but we show we’re helpless and hence they get salary rise where as we don’t get even a job, sometimes. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Dr. Popat: “Once, I visited a spot, where in the government department and documents a Dam is there on the river, but, there is no river as well dam (All people laughed and clapped too.). Now, these people are also going to get rise in salary. (All people laughed and clapped too.). It was a big issue at that time, but, the media is also not highlighting it, the media is also fixed it seems (All people laughed and clapped too.). Incidentally, the vigilance officers, the anti-corruption officers will also get a rise. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, in our village, the road is not built since 5 years, but, PWD department will also get a rise. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, the place where I live here, the local common Dust-Been is also not got cleaned since last 15 days, but, they will also get a rise it seems (All people laughed and clapped too.). The hospital building was to be built in just 6 months, and the job is not done since 10 years, but, the responsible people will also get the rise in salary. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, I come from Railway Bridge which was to be built and completed in 1 year since last 10 years, but could not, and the responsible people will also get the salary rise. (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, there are more than one million cases pending in the Courts in India, and still judges and lawyers will be the rise in salary (All people laughed and clapped too.). HAL built the Tejas Aeroplanes in 30 years, the Defence Minister admits that it took too long, but, still HAL people will get salary rise, but, you and me the highly skilled people a simple job (All people laughed and clapped too.). Sir, shall I talk about NTPC, and other top public sector industry and CII, all Ministries too? I’ve lot of harsh feelings about these people as I’ve seen them corrupting and still getting rise. (All people laughed and clapped too.). God help this world. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Anju: “Sir, it’s so known to all, but still it’s happening”. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Dr. Ashish: Facilitator: “Can anybody conclude? As I think we need to conclude, as it’s becoming monotonous boys….and girls”. (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Manju: “Sir, can I conclude in one word?”
Dr. Ashish: Facilitator: “Yes!”
Manju: “Unfair!” (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Dr. Ashish: Facilitator: “Please make it 100 words now!” (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Manju: “Sir, in place of giving rise to government employees government should ensure that the private sector employees get salaries on time. (All people laughed and clapped too.). What kind of education and employee development government is doing, in case they are to be given pension? (All people laughed and clapped too.).
Why can’t the government employees become independent by the end of 30 years instead? (All people laughed and clapped too.). Why can’t the plebiscite be done on this, like BrExit? (All people laughed and clapped too.). 99% of Indian will oppose it. (All people laughed and clapped too.). That’s my conclusion Sir; I hope the class agrees on this. (All people laughed and clapped too, and all raised the Hand and said, “We oppose it Sir.”).
Dr. Ashish: Facilitator: I’m speechless on the 100% plebiscite over this issue. After all, the government servants are for the services of the people. Hence, I’m in favour of having performance based criteria for salary rise in Government. Hope governments across the world are listening and will take action on this before it becomes an agitation issue in future. If governments and PM and Presidents can be changed then why not, non-performing government servants is the main concern of many across the world. Let’s act and make the world better, live-able and lovable too.

Reality of Indian North Eastern States

Reality of Indian North Eastern States

  1. 99% Public except public servant who knows the government services well, feels that they are not treated well by the main land ‘Indians’.
  2. When a person wanted to come back to Nagpur in emergency, the airlines ticketing options available were like this:
    1. By Helicopter from Itanagar to Gauhati, then from Gauhati to Kolkata, then from Kolkata to Delhi and from Delhi to Nagpur.
    2. By Helicopter from Itanagar to Gauhati, then from Gauhati to Delhi, then from Delhi to Mumbai and from Mumbai to Nagpur.
    3. By Helicopter from Itanagar to Gauhati, then from Gauhati to Kolkata, then from Kolkata to Chennai and from Chennai to Mumbai then from Mumbai to Nagpur.
After hearing this, we could not decide whether to laugh or what?
Even, after 70 years of independence we don’t have commutation and could not generate too.
  1. Even in the Itanagar, Naharlagun, there are so many spots where there is not a single mobile connection is there, leaving aside the remotest places. No commutation and no communication, then how can we progress?
  2. Yesterday, the meteorological departments had shown that there is no rains in the Arunachal Pradesh and Itanagar, where as it rains daily in Arunachal Pradesh at least for 4 to 5 hours. While we watched this, the local public who understand English and we were laughing. Then they said, “This apartheid against North Eastern (NE) States by mainland should vanish. Sir, you people are intellectuals and don’t mind coming and serving here, how many others are willing to come? How many can survive the atrocities of nature and human made? We tried to make glorious future of our next generation but we could not see the golden day even today and that’s the reality of us”.
  3. We could not find a beggar in Arunachal Pradesh as they are all hard workers. There are 26 Tribes in Arunachal. All have their own language. Indian Government failed to realise the fact that when 100% population is either Schedule Tribe or Nomadic Tribe, then how the Government system will work here in case the Quota system is implemented. Still no decision.
  4. Arunachal Pradesh and past NEFA and Assam and other NE have some border line disputes, and they are still unsolved, some are landed in Supreme Court. One of the senior said, “There are some big national and international games and state border disputes and international border disputes which are created just not be solved but for political gains only. We all NE are made either scapegoats or victims of it and this is reality of us. For Kashmir and NE states, people are playing double games, they have different teeth to show and to eat is what I feel at 90 years age. We should have clear Strategy, Policy and Unity on such issues and in case we want to be a strong nation.”
  5. People here are well skilled but don’t have guidance and direction to explore more. Education system is taking shape but communication and reach is the problem. Even in the Government Institutions there is lack of proper Teachers and workers.
