When GOD should mourn and when should he celebrate?

When GOD should mourn and when should he celebrate? (1985 poem of Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude)

We’re thinking about God and when he should mourn, and when should he celebrate.
Should he morn at a death of virus, that dies in Atlantic ocean or in Pacific Ocean?

Should he celebrate the birthday of Ram, Krishna or any other Avatar?
Should he cry at a galaxy been gulped by the Black Hole?

Should he celebrate the Earth like object is being born in some galaxy?
Should he cry at the world is going to end?

Should he celebrate if the world is getting created?
Though he is almighty, all-known, still will he show his emotions?

He is always happy, though when in human form he cries for some time?

Still, when he is formless, how should he express his feelings?
Who would understand these feelings?

If someone understands his feelings, will others follow his words?

There were unlimited questions raised.

Though god knew the answer still he kept silent.

He conveyed to the wise souls that, everyone in their lives will come to know all these facts, at appropriate time.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Marathi was like this:

Mi Kashya Kashyachi Khant Karu aani Kashya Kashyacha Aanand maanu?
Tya Atalantic madhey ek virus ihlok sodun gela tyachi ki ikade ek awatar janmala tyachi?

....as I remember it will write here.

The self destructive habits of human beings

The self destructive habits of human beings

Who cares?
Even when you see the earth is becoming the black hole and dumping ground of waste materials.

Greed, Greed, and Greed.
Greed to earn by name, fame, money by unethical ways,
Greed to grow by any unethical ways,
Greed to follow, that path, which should not be followed.

Compete, Compete and Compete in anything and everything.
Grow, Grow and Grow without considering future.
Go, Go and Go, even you die.
Ignore, Ignore and Ignore more, even if fellow humans are been killed, which could be called indirect cannibalism.
Dump, Dump and Dump even if your house gets bad smell.
Enjoy, more enjoy, enjoy more, even if you're tired
Spoil. Spoil, and Spoil more, even if their is no space left for spoiling our planet.
Produce, Produce and Produce more weapons and improve ignorance of cannibalism.
Kill, Kill and Kill more projects, like going to places in Universe, even if that will eradicate the human existence on earth.
Hide, Hide and Hide, bad things in the name of classified.
Use, Use and Use the resources, even if they are on the verge of extinction.
Doubt, Doubt, and Doubt the existence of God and deny his system of morality.
Burn, Burn and Burn, the classical scripts, in the name of intellectual or some times not intellectual ventures.
.....
I think there is no end to these destructive habits of human beings and
These tiny mistakes of human beings is killing the "subjects" like moral sciences, ethics, ....and thus the existence of human beings.

My father's amazing legacy and great contribution to the nation in the field of Railways

My father's amazing legacy and great contribution to the nation in the field of Railways

Imagine a man 75 years old, going on the Railway Track, at 1 pm night, and telling Engineers, to built a railway track like this and that, and doing it willingly as a service to nation. Not only consulting, but, giving on job training to General Managers, Managing Directors, ...junior Engineers, ....Contract Labours, guiding to Indians or foreigners, equally, as a fatherly/ grandfatherly figure, amazing.
Imagine, a person, doing it since and for last 50 years with passion, as service to nation, to God, that too after he got 3 heart attacks due to blood clot.
That's my father Mr. Manohar Govind Urkude.
He did it in India and Abroad.
We don't know how to felicitate him, honour him, hence, I've put this stuff here, to get some ideas from world at large.

In a vast ocean of cosmic super conscience every entity can heal itself in long run

In a vast ocean of conscience every entity, can heal itself in long run

Earlier, there was Ocean where today there is Himalayas
There was Jungle today where there are human civilisations
There was civilisation in the past where most of the Jungles are there
Thus, In a vast ocean of cosmic super conscience every body can heal itself in long run
Earth will regain its own-self, some time in future by doing so, it seams now.

Look at the cosmos, the Universe and Multiverse goes the same way
Universe expands to its limit, then contract to become a Hiranyagarbh
The cycle continues for ever, whether you check Veda, or Scientific evidence
There are set up norms and there are un set up violant explosions,
There are super glowing objects, there are black holes,
Ultimately all converge to one point, the Hiranyagarbh.

Thus, in this ocean of vast super conscious God,
There is huge power, energy, one just has to realise it, some day some time.

Nothing is hidden here, it's written even in Bagawat-Geeta.

Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo (Hindi) Charaiveti Charaiveti (Sanskrit)

Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo (Hindi) Charaiveti Charaiveti (Sanskrit)

These are the words, my child inspired me while walking in the evening, yesterday.
In fact, in the child hood my sister, Amita Tai, was writing an essay in Sanskrit, Charaiveti Charaiveti, at that time also, it clicked but, I didn't wrote it and have missed at least 1000 poems later on by not writing it, in fact, I forgot that it comes from lord Saraswati, i.e. the source is Goddess Saraswati, I'm going to say sorry to her, right now. Hence, this effort.

(Hindi)
Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo,
Chahe Tufan Aye, Aur Tham Jaye,
Chahe Tufan Aye, Aur Ate Rahe,
Chahe Tufan Na Aye, Aur Simple Rasta Hai,
Kyunki Sadhe Raste Par Chalaneko bahot andaruni Prerana lagti hai.
Isiliye Badhte Raho, Jindagi mey Badhate Raho
Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo.

Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo,
Chahe, Sidha Rasta Ho,
Chahe, Ubad khabad rasta ho,
Chahe, Nadiya Ho,
Chahe Pahad Ho,
Chahe, Patharila Rasta Ho,
Chahe, Kate Ho,
Chahe, Phul Ho,
Chahe, Barfila Rasta Ho,
Chahe, Koi Bura Kahe,
Chahe, Koi, Kare Rajniti.

Badhe Chalo, Apane Lakshya ko Prapt Karane.
Badhe Chalo, Apane Lakshya ko unchai par rakhane,
Badhe Chalo, Apne Apako Pane ke liye,
Badhe Chalo, Sulaza huwa insan banane.

Badhe Chalo, Acchcchai ke raste,
Jisme bahot aage badhana hai,
Jisme bahot rukawate,
Jisme bahot takeliphe hai,
Lekin phirbhi yehi rasta sahi hai,
Purna Prayas se Badhe Chalo.
Manzil Hame Pani Hai, chahe wo dur kyo na ho,
Chahe, choti moti safalta mile na mile,
Chahe bahot sukh na mile,
Chahe Dukh Pichcha na chhode,
Chahe lage hame bhagav bhul gaye,
Chahe, lage nirasha,
Badhe Chalo Badhe Chalo.

Akhari hame, Suraj ko chhoona hai,
Akhari hame, Asaman ko chhoona hai.
Paripurnatva Paneko, Badhe Chalo, Badhe Chalo.

Due to migration of different communities all across the globe all languages have become Universal

Due to migration of different communities all across the globe all languages have become Universal
Take Indian languages like Tamil, almost 200000 Tamil live in Singapore.

Take Chinese, almost 2 million live in USA itself.

Take Hindi, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Urdu 2 million live in Canada who speak these languages.

Take Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, almost 2 million stay in Gulf.

Take Marathi, Guajarati, Rajasthani, Bengali, Odiya, almost 1 million stay in USA, Canada, UK, and Australia, New Zealand.

Take Japanese or German, almost all the industrialized countries have technological collaborations with Japanese and German companies.

Take Finnish, or any Scandinavian language, Nokia, ....and so many companies have their wings in all over the world.

Take English, Spanish, French, Russian, Dutch, Portuguese, and tell me where they have not reached on this earth?

It's also true with Tulu, Sanskrit, kinds of languages, to whom people say are dying languages. It's also true with languages I heard in news which could be spoken by 2 people, or 100 people, or any number of people. They have become universal once the script is cracked, like pali, ...etc. Even those languages are also universal which were not been cracked like some languages found in lothal and other civilizations.

In fact, no language can be dead as it's many of the worlds and culture and civilization words might get absorbed in other sister languages, it could be Latin, Sanskrit (we can speak, read, write, construct poem in Sanskrit, by God's grace, which is most scientific and short and sweet language), any.

Hence, it's true Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam, i.e. whole earth is one family.

An UNO level intervention is required in revolutionising Education Sector, right from Kinder Garden to Doctor of Philosophy

"An UNO level intervention is required in revolutionising the Education Sector all around the world, Right from KG to PhD to Post-Ph.D. to create some real value," Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude, expressed his views among the students, professionals, and faculty community. The major, reason being, on one hand Right to education is implemented in 135 countries, still 100% literacy is pipe-dream, it seems, still now.

Education in India at primary to Ph.D. level is in fantastic stage.

"After cut off marks of 99% in several colleges, now, even intelligent students find it difficult to get good education in good colleges. Why can't the quality of existing colleges be improved by mandatory requirements to run it?" A student.

After reading the article in Indian Express about this issue on URL:
http://www.indianexpress.com/news/the-new-brain-drain/971872/
A hot blooded students replied, "All about Brain Drain, and policies to prevent it from Brain Dead, Sir?"
I told him, shut-up, don't talk such way to/of our seniors, they are also trying to up grade the quality of education system, however due to sheer volume and population explosion around the world, it's difficult for them to cope up, with limited resources that they have.

I told him, that, I think it's a world level problem and new hot blooded students, have such classical questions that we academicians have no answers. Also, there are only 57 institutions and universities who provide management education have triple accreditation, which shows global situation. Just look at the Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_accreditation , it means other mass of almost 10000 institutions, have no Quality of Business education????? I wonder, why not we have such world level body, it's a huge task and we've to take it forward before it degenerates further, otherwise, humanity will lose it's quality itself.

An UNO level intervention is required in revolutionize Education Sector all around the world,
Right from KG to Ph.D. to Post-Ph.D. to create some real value.

Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude,

Some more evidence coming up: Take example of India: Visit URL:
http://www.naac.gov.in/sites/naac.gov.in/files/ASC%20-%20Consolidated%20List.pdf
I can provide more such experiences from around the world, in the higher education field.

You see, if 100 million students are not getting quality education, which could more than the population of few countries, and if it is not an UNO level problem, then, hat's off to UNO and the Educationists, and Experts like us, for their existence itself.

Visits are not in millions, but, most among these 55K+ visitors have ability to move trillions, or they are leaders to influence minds of many, that's how they are influential to the world at large. Of course, some are common men/women, and some are ascetic, some are faculty, some are students, some are relatives, some wanted inspiration from Nick, some wanted career guidance, some wanted financial guidance, some wanted spiritual guidance, some wanted to read poems, some wanted to read the tips on this and that, etc. there is no end to human desire, need, and wants for reading and keeping up to date, and awake. However, one thing is sure, they don't believe in cheap popularity, that's for sure. Thus, it's a mixed bag, of them, and that's how the spectrum of rainbow and this world is.
The biggest thing is they also like good things from various places around the world.

Some regular visitors include:

Picture of mine and sister holding real tiger, real panther from Indonesia, 1992.

It's true, that in Taman Safari, Jakarta, Indonesia, they allow visitors to do this, it's worth the experience.

From a humble student, I'm now called a humble Educationist, Dr. Ashish Manohar Urkude.
While my elder sister is Dr. Amita Sachin Bhusari, a famous Physician/ Doctor from Mulund, Mumbai.

With Tiger.
Now,
With Panther.
Now,
Both of us.

Dr. Amita, and Dr. Ashish with Dolphin.

Now,
Disney land or Anchol, Roller Coster, Dr. Ashish and Dr. Amita. It's Kodak photo, on digital camera photo, so flash appears.

With panther.
We've touched this Walrus and fed a fish each as no one was daring to come forward. I'd to take initiative to start, all these activities, while in group. By god's grace, I trust, the person or guide or teacher or adviser all the times.

Photos recovered and immidietly cought on the digital camera and put over here.

In this photograph, I'd watched these two wonderful creatures talking to each other and moving lips, cuddling each other. One was Giraffe and other was one Horne Rhino, as we call Genda in Hindi as well as in Marathi. Immidiately caught on camera. Everyone was amazed to watch this photograph.

We feed the Macau and were happy doing that.

Were on Sentosa island, Singapore.

On Go Cart, where, I got idea of Rs. 15000/= cheapest car in the world at that time.
My sister took one more photograph as she could not resist to do this again before we came back to India.
Thanks to father who was posted in Singapore and Djakarta, Indonesia, made these amazing moments possible. He was awarded by Indonesian Government for his work, and was given royal send off by Japanese counterpart and Indonesian Railways as well.
If anyone get a chance, just see these majestic animals, and wonderful creatures the creation of God; they also have heart, brain, body and soul, you realize it once you hold them in hand.

I did this in the recess time during 1 to 1:30 pm.
